Information dissemination is carried out through communication media such as mass media. Among the mass media are newspapers and magazines. The technical data analysis used is direct and in-depth observation and interviews and documentation during the time this report is made. With this uplink unit, the broadcast signal that is sent is then changed its beam frequency to be retransmitted (downlink) to one area on earth. Where the radio broadcasting process was first carried out in the studio room, then the results of the audio were received by the audio room which was processed as perfectly as possible so that the radio listener community could hear it

Abstract

Abstract Caesarean section is an act of delivery assistance through a surgical process that results in changes in tissue continuity and causes pain. The impact that occurs in post-cesarean section patients includes infection in the suture marks, uterine infections, keloids, blood vessel injuries, and amniotic fluid entering the blood vessels. In addition, the discomfort felt by post-sectional patients can cause mother's dependence on nurses and families in meeting the needs of activities and the relationship between mother and baby is disrupted because the mother is more focused on the pain of the surgical wound. In addition, the process of physical and psychological adaptation of the mother will be more severe when the mother undergoes a surgical delivery process. The pain felt by the mother after childbirth and the physical limitations in carrying out activities tend to have the potential to affect the mother's ability to care for her baby and breastfeed her baby. Mother's Milk (ASI) is the best nutrition for babies because it provides adequate nutrition and is in accordance with the baby's needs. The mother's lack of confidence in her ability to breastfeed her baby can be caused by the mother not making initial contact with her baby. This can affect the welfare of the baby in the future. This research is quantitative research. The design used is cross sectional or cross sectional. The sampling technique was done by consecutive sampling. This study aims to analyze the effect of breastfeeding self-efficacy on breastfeeding behavior of post-cesarean mothers. The results of statistical analysis using chy-square showed that breastfeeding self-efficacy for post-cesarean mothers affected poor breastfeeding behavior by 80.9%. On the other hand, mothers who had poor BSE only 31% had good breastfeeding behavior. These results indicate that there is an effect of BSE on the breastfeeding behavior of post-cesarean mothers at the source of life hospital in Ambon (p value = 0.012). There is an influence between breastfeeding self efficacy on the behavior of breastfeeding mothers after cesarean section at Sumber Hidup Hospital in Ambon.

Abstract

Violations of human rights, the cause of human trafficking must be eradicated and prevented. Due to the lack of intervention and regulation of a country, this is a very worrying condition that is very dangerous. It is difficult to bring traffickers to justice. Trafficking in persons is an act that is contrary to human rights and dignity. Trafficking in persons has become a threat to society, the nation and the state, as well as the norms of life based on respect for human rights, thanks to its spread by organized and unorganized crime networks, both within the country and between countries. This research relies on library research, also known as normative empirical research methods, and juridical research methods. The normative legal research method is a method that looks at what is already in the library. The results of the research Legislation, legal theory, and opinions of leading legal scholars are examples of secondary data sources used in juridical research methods. According to the 2010 UNAFEI report, women and children constitute one-third of all victims of human trafficking worldwide, with numbers ranging from 200,000 to 225,000 per year. To protect victims on a national and international scale, proper legal protection must be implemented. rather than the perpetrator being punished, the suffering of the victim is only used to make laws or instruments that punish the perpetrator.

Abstract

The emergence of the Covid-19 Pandemic in Indonesia requires the government to enforce regulations that have positive and negative impacts on Indonesian society. One of the regulations issued by the government is PP No. 21 of 2020 concerning Large-Scale Social Restrictions in the Context of Accelerating the Handling of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). The existence of the PSBB issued by the government has a positive impact on the health sector, to reduce the number of people who are victims of Covid-9, but on the other hand the negative impact of this PSBB is that it appears in the economy because it is difficult for people to work, and some companies also lay off their employees. So that socially it does not rule out that problems arise in the household where the community is expected not to carry out activities outside the home if it is not too important. So from this government regulation, one of the household problems that arise is the presence of domestic violence. The research method presented in the writing of this journal is a normative juridical research method in which researchers look at problems from studies and literature studies from various sources as research material, such as legislation as the main material (primary legal material) and secondary legal materials from various books. - Legal books, scientific papers, scientific articles that discuss the criminal act of trafficking in persons (human trafficking).

Data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed using validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, linearity test, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study are that the religiosity variable has no significant effect on muzakki's interest in paying zakat through fintech as evidenced by the t arithmetic value < from t table which is 0.741 smaller than t table 1.66159 and sig value (0.460) > 0.05. The trust variable has a positive and significant effect on the interest of muzakki to pay zakat through fintech as evidenced by the value of t count > t table which is 6.003 greater than 1.66159 and the value of sig (0.000) <0.05. The digital literacy variable has a positive and significant effect on muzakki's interest in paying zakat through fintech as evidenced by the t count > t table, which is 2.14 greater than1.66159 and the value of sig (0.012) <0.05. Then the variables of religiosity, trust and digital literacy together have a significant effect on muzakki's interest in paying zakat through fintech with the results of F arithmetic > F table, namely 29.9006 > 2.14 and sig value of 0.000 <0.05.
