Screening used Massey Bedside Swallowing Screen (MBSS)and evaluation of intervention using royal Adelaide Prognostic Index for Dysphagic Stroke (RAPIDS). The results showedan improvement in swallowing function assessed by the RAPIDS Test (Royal Adelaide Prognostic Index for DysphagicStroke). The RAPIDS score before the intervention was 78, and the RAPIDS score after the intervention was 91. Basedon this research occur a significant change in the improvement of swallowing function in stroke patients. This paperexpected to be information in the field of nursing in the application of nursing care to stroke patients with dysphagia withthe provision of oral motor exercise.

Expert-based mHealth is one of the efforts that can be made to monitor pregnancy. The aimed of thisliterature study is to determine the effectiveness of using expert system-based mHealth in pregnancy monitoring. Method: writing in this study used the PRISMA method to describe the application of expert system-based mHealth in pregnancy monitoring. Scientific articles were collected from an online database consisting of ClinikalKey Nursing, Elsevier,Scholar, and Scopus from 2017 to 2022. Results: the use of an expert system-based mHealth application has proveneffective in improving pregnancy monitoring, especially in monitoring pregnancy danger signs so that it can be carriedout early warning of high risk pregnancy. In conclusion, this application is useful for pregnant women and health workers. This application is needed by mothers and health workers in monitoring their pregnancy effectively, easily and costeffectively. Abstract

Anxiety is an emotion that is often experienced by patients who admitted to the ICU. Anxiety occurs due to the ofenvironmental stressors, multiple invasive actions, feelings of loneliness and fear of death. There are severalcomplementary therapies that are feasible to be administered to reduce anxiety levels, such as music therapy and murotaltherapy. The purpose of this study was to identify the application of music therapy and murotal therapy to reduce anxietyin patients treated in the intensive care. The study design used a case study on 1 respondent with the criteria of patientsbeing treated in the ICU > 48 hours on a ventilator, with compos mentis awareness. This study was conducted for 5 days. The results showed that there was a decrease in the level of anxiety of patients who were treated before and after givenmusic therapy and murotal therapy . Before the intervention was applied, Mrs. I anxiety score is 86 (moderate) and afterbeing administered for 5 days, the anxiety of the respondent decreased with score of 62 (mild). The pain level in Mrs. Ibased on Behavior Pain Scale (BPS) has decreased from scale of 6 (moderate) to scale od 3 (mild). Based on these twomeasuring instruments, the vital signs which previously rose within the upper normal limit decreased to within the normalrange. Based on the data this intervention is considered effective in relieving anxiety, pain, and making vital signs stablewithin the normal range experienced by critical care patient.

Abstract

Aggressive behaviour in adolescents is closely related to online games. Addiction that occurs in adolescents will result inaggressive behaviour such as anger and hostility, which can hurt themselves and others. The research aims to analyzethe effect of online game addiction on violent behaviour in adolescents. This type of research, quantitative with crosssectional approach. The research population was all students of class X-XI at SMA Negeri 2 Tambun Utara. Samplingused a non-probability sampling technique, namely total sampling according to the inclusion criteria of 108 respondents. The measuring tool for determining the level of online game addiction uses the instrument Chen and Chang (2008), whilefor the aggressive level using the Aggression Questionnaire Scale (BPAQ) from Buss-Perry. Data analysis used isdescriptive statistical test and chi-square test. The most played type of online game is Mobile Legend (62.1%) with aplaying duration of 3 hours (62.1%) and most of the respondents (52.4%) have high aggressive behaviour. The results ofthe chi square test obtained p-value = 0.001 with ? = 0.05 (p-value <?), meaning that there is a significant relationshipbetween online game addiction and aggressive behaviour in students, with an OR of 3,770, which means that respondentswith high addiction have a 3.77 chance of highly aggressive behaviour compared to respondents with low addiction.

Abstract

Heart failure is a chronic, progressive disease that occurs when the heart muscle can't pump enough blood to meet thebody's need for blood and oxygen. Heart failure is caused by problems with heart function, valve disease, or anythingthat can block blood flow in the context of fluid retention resulting in pulmonary congestion, peripheral edema, shortnessof breath, and fatigue. Efforts to control the symptoms experienced by heart failure patients by doing deep breathingexercise. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of deep breathing exercise on reducing dyspnea in heartfailure patients at the Depok Regional Hospital. This type of research uses a quasi-experimental research design with apretest posttest with control group approach involving 34 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The researchmeasuring tool uses a modified borg scale. Intervention by giving deep breathing exercise 15 times which is done 3 timesa day for 3 days. The results of the study found that there was an effect of deep breathing exercise on reducing dyspneain heart failure patients at the Depok Regional Hospital with a p-value (p<0,05). Researchers recommend the applicationof deep breathing exercise as a form of intervention in the inpatient phase to reduce dyspnea in heart failure patients andadd variables that have not been studied.
