Abstract

Pulau Madura merupakan salah satu pulau yang terletak di Provinsi Jawa Timur yangkeindahan alam yang mempesona, namun keindahan alam tersebut belum banyak diketahui olehmasyarakat luas, karena belum ada sistem informasi yang memadai untuk mengelola objek wisata diPulau Madura. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis websiteuntuk mempermudah masyarakat untuk mengetahui objek wisata di pulau madura dan sebagai mediapromosi kepada masyarakat untuk memperkenalkan objeck wisata yang ada. Metode pengembanganyang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari beberapa tahap yaitu dimulai dari tahap analisa, desain,pengodean, pengujian. Website yang dikembangkan dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrogramanPHP dengan framework Codeigniter 4, CSS dan MySQL sebagai pengeloaan basis data. Website yangdikembangkan juga memanfaatkan algoritma Sequential Search sebagai metode pencarian databerdasarkan kategori objek wisata.

Abstract

This research aims to address the issues of ineffective damage reporting at PT Kayu Multiguna Indonesia. These issues include delayed reporting and equipment failures that are not promptly resolved. The objective of this research is to develop an Android-based application using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology to facilitate and expedite damage reporting while enabling better monitoring. The development process involves requirement analysis, visual user interface design, application development, as well as testing and continuous improvement. The result is an Android damage reporting application that allows employees to quickly report damages, reduce incident response times, and track repair statuses through the application. This application is expected to enhance the operational efficiency of PT Kayu Multiguna Indonesia by integrating Android technology and RAD methodology. The discussion covers the advantages and disadvantages of the application, as well as potential future improvements and developments. In conclusion, the Android-based damage reporting application developed with the RAD methodology successfully addresses the issues of inefficiency in reporting at PT Kayu Multiguna Indonesia. Suggestions for further development include enhancing the application's functionality, such as reporting with images or maps, and considering integration with the company's asset management system. This application is expected to assist PT Kayu Multiguna Indonesia in improving operational efficiency, accountability, and productivity in handling damages.

Abstract

Untuk mempromosikan keindahan budaya dan kekayaan alam provinsi Sumatera Utara, internet sangat dibutuhkan. Untuk memberikan akses internet kepada karyawannya, Dinas Kebudayaan Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif menggunakan teknologi jaringan nirkabel. Setiap karyawan menggunakan jaringan internet dan menginginkan kecepatan akses internet yang paling cepat. Akibatnya, kebutuhan internet yang sangat tinggi sangat tinggi. masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana merancang dan menjalankan pengujian kualitas jaringan di Dinas Kebudayaan Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini dilakukan di lingkungan Dinas Kebudayaan Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Provinsi Sumatera Utara dan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan menggunakan aplikasi Speedtest dan Speedcheck sebagai aplikasi untuk uji coba kecepatan jaringan. Data yang terkait langsung dengan masalah penelitian digunakan untuk pengumpulan data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kecepatan kualitas jaringan yaitu adanya cuaca yang buruk, letak geografis bahkan mati listrik bisa membuat user tidak bisa koneksi ke internet. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengatasi gangguan adalah dengan merancang topologi agar kualitas jaringan bisa stabil atau seimbang. Setelah melakukan analisis dan pengujian maka didapat kesimpulan bahwa akses kecepatan internet yang berada di Dinas Kebudayaan Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Provinsi Sumatera Utara dikategorikan sangat baik sehingga didapat untuk melakukan download saja bisa sampai rata-rata 85 Mbps, upload 49.7 Mbps dan delay (ms) mencapai 8.2 ms. Sedangkan rata-rata kualitas jaringan pada aplikasi speedcheck.org yaitu download sebesar 32,86 Mbps, upload sebesar 22,6 Mbps, dan kualitas ping mencapai 189,15 ms. Dan untuk pengujian delay Untuk mengakses ke server disbudpar.sumutprov.go.id, Wi-Fi provider Indihome menghabiskan delay rata-rata 48 ms, Untuk mengakses ke server google.com, Wi-Fi provider Indihome menghabiskan delay rata-rata 19 ms,  Untuk mengakses ke server youtube.com Wi-Fi provider Indihome menghabiskan delay rata-rata 32 ms, dan untuk mengakses ke server Kompas.com, Wi-Fi provider Indihome menghabiskan delay rata-rata 27 ms.

Abstract

: PT. Indo Pacific is a private company operating in the textile sector, where in the creative department of PT. Indo Pacific requires inventory data on goods allocated for fabric inventory which is useful for controlling the company's existing fabric inventory. The inventory system in a company plays an important role because inventory can simplify or expedite work in managing stock data. The data collection system in the creative department still uses handwriting so that the data reports presented are very ineffective and require quite a long time to complete, and there is often a buildup and reduction in stock of fabric that runs out and is not known to employees. Therefore, we need a web-based data processing application with the Reorder Point method which is expected to facilitate fabric data collection in the creative department. And this application was built using the Reorder Point (ROP) method with a feature of displaying stock quantities less than 10 meters or yards which functions to prevent shortages of fabric which could cause delays in fulfilling customer requests. designing an application using UML (Unified Modeling Language) and research methods using the SDLC waterfall method. The final result of this research is the development of a fabric inventory data collection application in the creative department of PT. Indo Pacific.

Abstract

The utilization of the Internet of Things (IOT) in everyday life has penetrated into various fields, including in the field of animal husbandry. In this study, the authors raised a problem found in the Fish Friendly fish shop as a research site. The main problem found in this study is that farmers have difficulty in feeding which is carried out regularly and on a schedule. Sometimes in certain conditions, farmers cannot feed fish according to their schedule, this can cause a decrease in the quality of fish health so that it has a negative impact on the selling price of fish. This factor can be very important considering that fish feed must be maintained in quality and quantity. Based on the existing problems, a solution was created to design and make a tool by utilizing an automation system using IoT (Internet of things). To get the complete data needed, the author uses interview and field observation methods, besides that this research uses NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller devices and Servo Motors to design automatic feeders, as well as the use of the Blynk application as a remote control via a smartphone. The result of this study is that the tool made can provide feed to fish according to a predetermined schedule so that feeding can work periodically and effectively. In addition, remote control carried out through the blynk application runs smoothly, so the tool can work without manual control anymore.

Abstract

This research addresses the issue of letter archiving at PT. Visi Karya Prakarsa by designing an E-Archiving application that implements the Sequential Search algorithm. The purpose of this study is to develop an application capable of facilitating the letter search system with the necessary flexibility. The study was conducted within the company's environment, and through interviews with staff, constraints in letter management were identified, including unclear archiving procedures, irregular letter numbering, and deficiencies in management and monitoring. The limitations of the letter management division lead to delays in the letter approval process and reliance on personal communication channels for delivery. This research aims to design a computerized system that can generate incoming and outgoing letter reports, addressing archiving issues. A qualitative approach using the SDLC waterfall model is employed in the application design. PHP programming language, Bootstrap framework, and MySQL as the database are used in the implementation process. The results of this research are expected to provide benefits in the form of a digital Archive application with the implementation of the Sequential Search algorithm. This application is anticipated to rectify irregular letter archiving issues within the company, provide solutions for the approval and delivery process of letters, and offer guidance for enhancing corporate archive management.

Abstract

This research focuses on the design and implementation of an inventory application by applying the perpetual method. The inventory application is a tool created with the aim of producing digital reports on the flow of incoming and outgoing goods. This study was conducted at PT Visi Karya Prakarsa that the inventory recording system is still manual with problems such as data input errors, overstocking and understocking, late deliveries from suppliers, and problems with damaged goods. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to design an inventory entry and exit system at PT. Visi Karya Prakarsa that is able to generate inventory reports, while overcoming the problem of inaccuracies in the organization of the procurement cycle. A quantitative approach is used in this research, with the application of the SDLC waterfall development model to design the application. The results of this study are expected to provide benefits in the form of inventory applications using the perpetual method.
