Carbohydrates not only meet the basic needs of the body, but are also the body's main source of energy, and the most widely consumed carbohydrate in Indonesia is starch or rice starch. There are many types of rice such as white rice and black rice. This study aims to compare the starch content of white black rice and use the iodide test to determine the best type. White rice (Oryza Sativa L. Indica) and black rice (Oryza Sativa L. Indica)) were used for descriptive analysis, and iodide was used to test the sensitivity of these samples). Starch content test. Data were analyzed using t-test to compare the starch content of white rice and black rice. The results showed that the starch content of white rice was 24.47 mg/100 mg (24.47%), while the starch content of black rice was 16.94 mg/100 mg (16.94%). The statistical t test then gave a p value <0.05. This shows that the starch content of white rice and brown rice is significantly different. The results showed that white rice has a higher starch content than black rice.

Abstract

Facial soft tissue trauma is a common case in the emergency department. Handling this case requires special attention because the face is a prominent part and a marker of identity. Thalassemia is a blood disorder that causes the sufferer to experience anemia, where thalassemia patients must undergo blood transfusions for life. This case will describe a 14-year-old girl who came to the Emergency Department of Hasan Sadikin Hospital Bandung with complaints of bleeding on the eyelids due to a motorcycle accident, from the patient's history it is known that the patient is a thalassemia patient who routinely undergoes transfusions every month. As a result of this hemorrhage caused a significant decrease in hemoglobin value in the patient, so that emergency management was carried out, namely suturing the patient's traumatized eyelid and blood transfusion. Emergency management of facial soft tissue trauma in children with thalassemia must be done carefully to control bleeding and restore the function and aesthetics of traumatized facial tissues, besides that we also collaborate with pediatric colleagues for the management of anemia due to thalassemia in this patient.

Abstract

Coronary heart disease is a global health problem worldwide as it is the leading cause of death in cardiovascular disease. Cardiovascular disease is a condition where the heart and blood vessels do not function normally due to disorders, resulting in congenital heart disease, rheumatic heart disease, stroke and high blood pressure. According to the World Health Organization, the global prevalence of coronary heart disease increased to 23.3 million in 2010. Meanwhile, based on data from the American Heart Association (AHA) in 2010, it was the cause of 1 in every 6 deaths from coronary heart disease in the United States. Knowing the risk factors for a disease is very important in understanding early detection. Stress is one of the risk factors for coronary heart disease and is still widely considered trivial and gets less attention as early detection of the disease. This research is a literature study that will describe the relationship between stress risk factors and coronary heart disease. The purpose of this journal review is to determine the risk of stress disease. Literature findings from previous studies suggest that stress is associated with or affects the risk of coronary heart disease.

Abstract

Puskesmas is a health facility that organizes public health efforts and first-level individual health efforts that always strive to achieve efficiency and effectiveness of services to the community, so it needs a facility and infrastructure that supports data processing of a website-based information system that is useful for providing information quickly and accurately. The system used at the Pataruman Health Center still uses a manual system using paper as a data processing tool so that in the end various problems arise. Such as the difficulty of controlling information on user data, patient data, patient registration, the process of searching for patient data becomes long and inaccurate due to the accumulation of paper containing data, and because of the perishable nature of paper, it is very possible to lose data. This research uses the waterfall method by using Apache 2.4.34 as a web server, PHP 5.6.38 as a programming language and MySQL 5.0.21 as a database. So the author created a website to support the performance of Pataruman Public Health Center, based on the results of research conducted at Pataruman Public Health Center. This website is designed with a simple display to make it easier for health center staff to use it. It can be concluded that this research has succeeded in creating an information system using the website method.

Abstract

Performance is highly correlated with workload and work stress for nurses providing health care, with higher workload and work stress associated with lower performance. This study aims to identify and analyze the relationship between workload and work stress in nurses at the Sukabumi Police Job Training Center, Bhayangkara Setukpa Hospital. The sample size was 68 nurses. Data were analyzed using univariate, bivariate and multivariate chi-square analysis. The results for workload variables obtained p-value = 0.000, work stress 0.001 <0.05 which indicates that workload and work stress affect nurse performance. B 7.017 indicates that workload affects nurse performance by a factor of 7. Workload and work stress affect nurse performance. Multivariate analysis revealed that the main result was the effect of workload on nurses' performance. Nurses are advised to spend more time on the tasks assigned to them and hospitals need to improve their policies to improve nurses' performance.
