Abstract

The system of gouramy cultivation in ponds conducted by the community of Tambelang Bekasi Regency is still based on their experiences that develop in an unwritten manner with the application of the Pendederan I, Pendederan II, and Pendederan III systems to anticipate the length of time they need to go from ready to consumption. Pendederan II in addition to the need for optimization on input variables (feed, sente leaves, area maintenance officers) is also a transition period that is vulnerable to predators or predators such as snakes, bats, and cork fish. Techniques and methods for dealing with predators are being developed by these farmers. The analytical approach that examines the system of gouramy cultivation in pond ponds conducted by the Tambelang Bekasi Community becomes a very urgent matter considering that the results of preliminary studies conducted on yields obtained in nursery II only range from 60% to 70% of the entire seedling population distributed . The results of the analysis of mathematical models of carp culture in pond ponds in Tambelang District, Kabasi show the results that mathematical solutions through numerical simulation are strongly influenced by intrinsic rate and emphasis on the number of predators in the form of pool sterilization efforts every three months.

Abstract

Municipal solid waste largely consists of market waste which has become a critical problem for city environment. Indiscriminate dumping of waste around city poses environmental hazards causing ecological imbalances with respect to land, water and air pollution. This waste in the form of vegetable left over, rotten vegetables can be successfully being converted into effective micro-organism i.e. In the present work, the influence of hydraulic retention time on dark fermentation metabolism was evaluated through the operation and analysis of a series of three tank reactors ranging from 7 dayto 21 day.In depth analysis of microbial communities showed growth increases up to 8,0 x 108cpu/ml.

Abstract

Perfume oils have become a popular consumer product worldwide. The use of perfume oil is not only related to a personal need to smell good, but is also part of one's culture and identity. One of the main components in perfume oil is alcohol, which serves as a solvent to transport and evaporate fragrances. Alcohol is a common ingredient used in the manufacture of perfumes and can affect the quality and characteristics of the fragrance. Therefore, it is important to monitor the level of alcohol in perfume. In this research, we designed and developed a device for detecting alcohol content in perfume using the MQ-3 sensor. The main objective of this research is to obtain accurate data on alcohol content in various perfume brands on the market. This research consists of several stages. First, we selected and collected various perfume brands as samples. Then, we designed an electronic circuit consisting of an MQ-3 sensor, an Arduino microcontroller, and an LCD brightness module as a display interface. The results showed that the designed detector was able to measure the alcohol content in perfume with sufficient accuracy. In our case study, we found variations in alcohol content between different perfume brands. The result of the measurement is that the farther the measurement distance, the smaller the value of the sensor reading. Every vulnerable distance of 1cm has a difference of 45% - 50%.

Abstract

Along with technological advances, the increase in the number of motorized vehicles that have occurred in recent decades has led to an increasingly pressing problem of parking availability. This is especially the case in densely populated urban areas, where drivers often spend a long time looking for an empty parking space. The purpose of this research is to facilitate the process of finding a parking space for users. The Smart Parking System aims to make it easier for parking lot users to find a place to park without spending a lot of time. Parking monitoring in the Smart Parking System is carried out by using the website as a display media on the monitor. This system consists of an ultrasonic sensor as a vehicle detector and NodeMCU as a microcontroller. The design of this system shows that it has not worked perfectly because it still has problems and deficiencies in the prototype system. Due to differences in the NodeMCU type, it is difficult to connect to the access point. For the solution, NodeMCU must be connected one by one to the Arduino IDE serial monitor so that it can be connected to the access point. The results of this research trial, the sensor can detect parked vehicles and can send data to NodeMCU. It takes 1 second to send data from each sensor to NodeMCU and it takes 4 seconds to loop from 4 sensors. Meanwhile, sending data from NodeMCU to the database takes 15-20 seconds from each NodeMCU, this can happen because it is influenced by the signal.

Abstract

Some home industries, such as the bakery industry, in their production still use manual methods or human labor to mix the bread dough until it is smooth. The disadvantages of using the manual method are that production takes a long time, requires a lot of energy, requires more than one person to mix all the ingredients for the bread dough. So research is needed on the design of a tool that can facilitate the production of bread, namely a mixer. The purpose of this study is to design a horizontal mixer machine and to design a horizontal dough mixer machine with a capacity of 15. This research is supported by literature studies in the form of books and internet sites. The design of a bread dough mixer machine with a capacity of 15 kg which describes in detail the machine elements used includes calculating the power of the driving motor, the diameter of the pulleys, the diameter and number of teeth on the gears, as well as determining the shaft material and shaft diameter used, the type of belt, and the dough mixing lever. This designed mixing machine has a capacity of 60 kg/hour which is capable of producing 1500 pieces of bread in 1 hour, while the components used consist of 1 motor with a power of 1.5 kW, 2 pulleys, 2 continuous rotation shafts, 1 rotating shaft. turning the mixing spoon, 2 belts, 2 gears, and 4 bearings that support the shaft. The bread dough reservoir is made of stainless plates to avoid rust which is able to maintain cleanliness and sterilize food dough, the shaft material uses ST 60 carbon steel. It is hoped that using a horizontal mixer machine as a result of this design can be one of the solutions in fulfilling production capacity both in quality as well as production quantity.
