Abstract

Craft mats should be preserved and sustainable considering that handicraft is one of the ancestral heritages that can improve the community's welfare, and their uniqueness can attract the attention of domestic and foreign tourists. However, the welfare gap received by the artisans can threaten the sustainability and existence of the two mat crafts. Based on a literature study, it is concluded that in improving the welfare of artisans in Indonesia, with a case study on mat artisans in Lengkok Lendang, Tembeng Putek Village, they must be guided to continue implementing the feasibility study. Through their SME forum, the artisans must maintain good market and marketing aspects but must make improvements to several things in terms of the business environment and financial aspects. To overcome impropriety in marketing, business, environmental, and financial aspects, it is necessary to build a joint forum to strengthen the role of SMEs in digitally marketing these mat products by displaying prices that are in line with their quality and aesthetics.

Abstract

Banyaknya multi korporasi yang beroperasi lintas negara dengan karyawan yang mencapai ratusan ribu dan banyak lini usaha di seluruh dunia telah menimbulkan tantangan tersendiri. Dengan mempergunakan metode kualitatif, disimpulkan bahwa dalam mengatasi tantangan tersebut korporasi atau organisasi harus menyelaraskan SDM dengan rencana bisnisnya melalui 3 (tiga) hal berikut: (a) Membangun kepemimpinan kelas dunia berdasarkan beberapa kompetensi dasar, (b) Mengadakan pertemuan rutin antara para pemimpinnya dengan dengan para karyawan terbaik, dan (c) Mengimplementasikan manajemen talenta terhadap seluruh karyawan dan tanpa terkecuali.

Abstract

Visi dan Misi Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai (DJBC) sangat vital dalam mendukung visi dan misi Presiden. Perlu melakukan analisis kebijakan organisasi (dashboard) berdasarkan data kinerja DJBC tahun 2020. Berdasarkan hitungan capaian dan bobot diketahui bahwa Internal Factor Analysis Strategic (IFAS) DJBC masih mencapai 73% dan External Factor Analysis Strategic (EFAS) DJBC masih mencapai 81,56% atau Strategy Factor Analysis Strategy (SFAS) hanya 77,28% dari 100% target. Sekalipun masih dalam zona kuning tetapi DJBC harus meningkatkan capaian IKU pada tahun-tahun berikutnya agar minimal 100% mengingat kinerja yang baik harus menunjukkan realisasi diatas target.

Abstract

Persaingan bisnis video on demand cukup ketat dan massive mengingat bisnis tersebut adaptable dan saling tergantung dengan internet. Berdasarkans tudi literature, disimpulkan bahwa persaingan bisnis video on demand sangat tergantung pada Infrastruktur Teknologi Informasi yang disediakan oleh perusahaan. Salahs atu penentu dalam memenangkan persaingan bisnis video on demand adalah penggunaan cloud computing, sehingga dapat diakses setiap saat oleh pelanggan dengan kualitas management data yang bagus.

Abstract

Budaya perusahaan dalam pilihan strategi bisnis kontemporer didominasi oleh 2 (dua) budaya besar, yaitu budaya barat dan budaya jepang. Berdasarkan studi pustaka dengan metode deskriptif, disimpulkan bahwa bentuk strategi non-interupsi dengan menerapkan metode continuous improvement, kanban, kaizen, dan persediaan just-in-time telah menjadi metode yang diterima secara luas untuk mengurangi biaya operasi dan meningkatkan efisiensinya. Strategi non-interupsi tersebut selalu melembagakan dialog dan menjaga hubungan jangka panjang dengan pelanggan maupun suppliernya, sementara strategi lain yang mempergunakan budaya perusahaan di Eropa dan Amerika cenderung menerapkan nilai-nilai individualistis.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of personal selling and digital marketing on easy wadiah savings at KC 2 Makassar Bank Syariah Indonesia (Tbk). The research data was derived from the responses of 319 Kc 2 Makassar Bank Syariah Indonesia customers to a questionnaire about their decisions to save on easy wadiah savings in 1 month. The data collection method employs a questionnaire that has been validated and reliable. The results of this research indicate that (1) personal selling and direct marketing have a 0.723 effect on decisions. Personal selling and direct marketing can represent 72.3% of the variety of saving decisions in this case. (2) A simultaneous test of the hypothesis on the effect of personal selling and direct marketing on saving decisions yields a F test statistic of 416,739 with a probability of 0,000. (3) A t-test statistic of 4,695 with a probability of 0 is obtained from partial constant testing of the hypothesis on the decision to save. (4) A t-test statistic of 4,302 with a probability of 0 is obtained by testing the hypothesis partially on personal selling on saving decisions. (5) Testing partial direct marketing hypotheses on saving decisions yields a t-test statistic of 10,511 with a probability of zero. This researchers reported that (1) personal selling has a positive and significant effect on saving decisions. (2) that direct marketing has a significant and positive impact on saving decisions.

Abstract

This explanatory research was done on purpose to test the hypotheses of the variables of budget planning, human resource competence and also the use of information technology on budget absorption performance, either directly or passing through organizational commitment that becomes the moderating variable. The research was located at the Faculty of Medicine, Hasanuddin University and it has sample of 55 respondents. Data was taken through method of survey by giving set of questionnaires which then calculated using multiple regression and moderated regression analysis. The results shows that budget planning, human resources and information technology have a positive and significant impact toward budget absorption performance. Organizational commitment moderates budget planning.

Abstract

Creating quality human resources, teachers are at the forefront, because teachers directly deal with students in delivering the learning process. the teacher is one of the human components in the teaching and learning process, which plays a role in efforts to form potential human resources in the field of development. Therefore the teacher who is one of the active and elements in the field of education must play a role in placing his position as a professional, in accordance with the demands of an increasingly developing society. The importance of Organizational Citizen Behavior (OCB) for all forms of organization, because Organizational Citizen Behavior (OCB) can increase organizational effectiveness. All forms of organization will be in dire need of employees who go beyond their job description. One form of organization is educational institutions, namely teachers, therefore this study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, organizational commitment, job satisfaction through Organizational Citizen Behavior (OCB) on the performance of private school teachers in Makassar, South Sulawesi. This research is quantitative and the data collection method using a questionnaire of 105 samples. Methods of analysis using validation, reliability, analysis, pathways, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the influence of organizational culture, organizational commitment, job satisfaction through Organizational Citizen Behavior (OCB) had an effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Population, Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), poverty, and economic growth in Makassar City. This research is quantitative research. The type of data used in this study is secondary data in the form of annual time series starting from 2009 to 2018 wich are quantitative data. Data analysis was done using multiple linier regression statistical analysis with path analysis type. The results of this study show that population and GRDP have no significant influence on poverty and population and GDRP has no significant influence on economic growth and poverty has a significant influence on economic growth in Makassar City.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine an empirical evidence in the form of Electronic Word Of Mouth (e-WOM) variables on Purchase Decisions mediated by Brand Trust. This study's sample consisted of all consumers of Wardah brand cosmetics in Jayapura. Sampling in the study used Probability Sampling, research data were obtained utilizing a questionnaire distributed online via Google form as a study instrument to respondents containing 13 statement items as measured using an interval scale. The data analysis method used in this study is Structual Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study show empirical evidence that Brand Trust significantly mediates Electronic Word Of Mouth (e-WOM) on Purchasing Decisions. The contribution of the results of this study can obtain empirical evidence regarding the factors that influence purchasing decisions, which can provide information to the holders of the Wardah cosmetic brand so that they can maintain quality and improve the quality of Wardah brand products.
