Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand ambassadors and brand trust on purchasing decisions on Wardah products. The type of research used is quantitative research. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sample in this study was 96 people from the population of consumers of Wardah products. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling. The data analysis method in this study uses Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis (R2), hypothesis test, which is processed by the SPSS program. The results showed that (1) from the partial test results (t-test) for the brand ambassador variable, the value of t count > t table (15.846 > 1.985) and the significance result of 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that there is a positive and significant influence between brand ambassadors on purchasing decisions on Wardah products in Probolinggo City. (2) from the results of the partial test (t test) for the brand trust variable, the value of t count > t table (3.731 > 1.985) and the significance result of 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that there is a significant influence between brand trust on purchasing decisions on Wardah products in Probolinggo City. (3) the results of the simultaneous test (F test) obtained the value of F count > F table (345,590 > 3.09) and the significance result is 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that brand ambassadors and brand trust together have an effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, brand image and price partially and simultaneously on consumer satisfaction of AmandaBrownies in Probolinggo City. The population of this study are consumers who have purchased Amanda Brownies in Probolinggo City. The data collection technique used a query. In addition, this study used a sample of 104 people with a sampling method, namely incidental sampling. This type of research is causal associative. Data processing in this study used SPSS version 23. Data analysis methods are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that product quality (X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) with at test value of 4.810 and is at a significance of 0.000 and the regression test results are 0.383, brand image (X2) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) with at test value of 1.948 and is at a significance of 0.004 and the regression test results are 0.238, and price (X3) has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction (Y) with at test value of 4.310 and is at a significance of 0.000 and the regression test results are 0.449. The results of statistical analysis obtained an F count value of 27.883 > 2.694 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. So that there is a joint influence of the variables of product quality (X1), brand image (X2) and price (X3) on customer satisfaction of Amanda Brownies in Probolinggo City.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the variables of motivation, compensation, and employee performance that influence employee job satisfaction at Sarana Jaya Building Store in Probolinggo Regency. In this study, the type of research used was Quantitative Descriptive. The variables used include independent (explanatory) and dependent (response) variables. The independent variables include: (1) motivation, (2) compensation, (3) employee performance. While the dependent variable is job satisfaction. The population in this study is all branch employees of UD. Citra Indah in Probolinggo City, namely TB. Sarana Jaya in Probolinggo Regency, totaling 40 employees. The sample taken consisted of 40 employees as respondents using saturated sampling. The data sources used include (1) primary data (2) secondary data. The analysis methods used include: descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, and partial tests (t-test). The results of this study indicate that (1) the motivation variable has a significant effect on job satisfaction. (2) the compensation variable has a significant effect on job satisfaction. (3) the performance variable has a significant effect on job satisfaction

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Social Service on Jalan Raya Dringu No. 13 Pabean Village, Dringu District, Probolinggo Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline (X1) and training (X2) on employee performance (Y). The type of research used is quantitative research, with a population of 57 employees using data analysis methods, including validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis, analysis of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing using the SPSS 22 statistical program . The results showed that all the validity test results of all variables were valid with results greater than the r table 0.261 and the reliability test results of all variables produced reliable results with results greater than the Cronbach Alpha value of 0.60. The results of this test show that the variable the value of tcount ttable (2.026 > 1.673) (sig. 0.048 0.05) which means that the X2 variable affects the Y variable. The independent variable that has the most dominant influence on the dependent variable with the largest tcount value is the work discipline variable (X1) of 7.486 which is greater than the tcount value of the training variable (X2) of 2.026. this means that the work discipline variable (X1) has the most dominant effect on employee performance.
