Abstract

Language is an important self-identity of a country. Because language is used as a means of communication with each other. This figure of speech is a part of language. In making short stories, poetry, literary works, scripts, and novels, figure of speech is often used. Not only that figure of speech is also often used by people in everyday life. But it is rare for parents to use figure of speech, usually often used by teenagers. As has been conveyed from the definition above. The purpose of this study is to discuss knowing and understanding the meaning of the figure of speech contained in the song "Shackles" by Amygdala. The research used is descriptive qualitative method. The data in this study is in the form of the lyrics of the song Belenggu. The analysis technique uses stylistic analysis which is a science that examines the analysis of the meaning and style of language in literature. The results of each verse of song lyrics store different meanings and figures of speech such as parallelism, metaphor, personification, and hyperbole

Abstract

Over the years, Indonesian has developed into the state language and national language, but many Indonesians cannot be proud of it. When they talk about Indonesia without really understanding it, the fact is clear. One of the reasons for this lack of pride is the implementation of the educational process by the government, the community, and the teaching staff. Although there are several rules regarding the use of the Indonesian language, the government has not taken serious action against public violations. people are more proud to use a foreign language than Indonesian, and young people today are less interested in learning it so they cannot create pride in their language, namely Indonesian.

Abstract

In Law Number 24 of 2009 Article 25 it is stated that the Indonesian language is a national identity, national pride, a means of unity as an ethnic group, as well as a means of communication between regions and between regional cultures. Therefore, as an Indonesian language user, you should be proud to use Indonesian. However, in the context of higher education, most students do not really have a positive linguistic attitude. Awareness of feeling loyal, proud to own, and maintain the Indonesian language seems to be lacking. This is because students tend to be more confident when using a foreign language compared to their own country's language. A positive attitude in Indonesian can be shown in the form of language loyalty, language pride, and awareness of language norms.

Abstract

Masalah yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA materi Jenis Sumber Daya Alam pada siswa kelas IV melalui penggunaan media benda konkret. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV pada mata pelajaran IPA tentang jenis sumber daya alam. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah Siswa Kelas IV min 2 sikka dengan jumlah peserta didik sebanyak 18 siswa. Waktu penelitian dilakukan pada semester 2 tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dikonsultasikan dengan kriteria keberhasilan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa. Hasil belajar siswa pada prasiklus hanya 4 siswa (40%) yang mendapat nilai di atas KKM. Pada siklus 1 meningkat menjadi 10 siswa (67%). Pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 18 siswa (100%) dan nilai rata-rata kelas pada siklus II adalah 83,88. Kesimpulan dari penelitian perbaikan pembelajaran penggunaan media benda konkret dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SDI Habipada mata pelajaran IPA.

Abstract

Kompetensi supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terdiri dari tiga aspek yaitu kompetensi dalam menyusun program, melaksanakan, mengevaluasi dan menindaklanjuti temuan-temuan ketika melaksanakan supervisi akademiknya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru di SDK Kojamota. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS). Pada penelitian PTS ini terdiri dari dua siklus, masing-masing siklus memiliki empat komponen meliputi: (1) perencanaan, (2) aksi/ tindakan, (3) observasi, dan (4) refleksi. Hasil penelitian Rata-rata kompetensi profesional guru pada pra-siklus sebesar 52,27 dengan kriteria kurang dan pada siklus I sebesar 70,45 dengan kriteria cukup. Kompetensi profesional guru juga mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 18,19 poin. Rata-rata kompetensi profesional guru pada siklus II sebesar 88,64 dengan kriteria baik. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi profesional guru di SDK Kojamota meningkat melalui implementasi pendekatan supervisi akademik kolaboratif.

Abstract

This journal discusses the moral education of today's children from a Christian perspective. The term today's children in Indonesia is better known as Kids Age Now. Kids Age Now is actually an allusion to the unnatural behavior of today's children. Education that is distanced and moral is a series of basic moral principles and the virtues of attitudes and character that children must have and make habits from a beginner's time until they become obedient to God. This research is a library research with a literature study approach through reference sources, such as books, articles, journals, and other scientific sources used in the discussion of this research. To deal with the problems of Kids Age Now, morals that are sourced from the Bible and Christian youth activities are needed. The goal is that today's children become children who have good character and are commendable. Being a Christian youth with character and morals is not easy, because Christian youths with character and morals are youths whose behavior follows the teachings of Christ, have Bible-based morals, are able to be good Christian youths, and do the right things and what Christ wants.

Abstract

This article is a research through Christian Religious Education counseling for adults which discusses "Healthy Dating." Nowadays, when it comes to dating, adults no longer consider this a difficult thing, considering themselves to have sufficient ability to determine the actions they take in dating, so it is not uncommon to find adults whose relationships are broken and do not match the teachings of their religion. Dating is no longer a taboo subject for adults, therefore it is necessary to teach and guide these adults for such assumptions. Christian Religious Education aims to guide, foster, and express guilt for all actions that are contrary to God's will in order to qualify someone before God Himself. Unhealthy dating is a dating phenomenon that deviates from the essence of courtship itself. In maintaining a healthy relationship, there are several tips, including praying to God, organizing, need for action, fear God and have a good relationship with God, and personality.

Abstract

Dating is something that is very close to our daily life. Dating in this millennial era, everyone may also be familiar with the component known as the relationship. Dating relationships are especially important for younger adults. Millennials want positional fashion as an extraordinary courtship. Along with the times and technology, millennial fashion relationships are becoming more and more excessive. It depends on the character of the individual with a view to comparing their courtship relationship with certainty or negatively. The millennial generation is often referred to as a very open technology, likes practicality and dares to take risks. In terms of love life, it is now not much different. In younger people, courtship is seen as a method of gaining recognition. For example, the idea that a person is considered a person if he or she already has a partner, daring to have a relationship is considered manly or having a female friend who is handsome or beautiful is considered an achievement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, menganalisis, serta memahami penerapan karakter disiplin bagi peserta didik melalui peran dari ekstrakurikuler polisi taruna. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di SMK Taruna Nusantara Jaya desa Cisomang, Data di peroleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitiannya sebagai berikut: 1) kondisi kedisiplinan peserta didik mengalami perkembangan yang lebih baik, tetapi masih ada beberapa peserta didik yang melakukan tindak indisipliner (ringan) diantaranya indisiplner dalam waktu masuk sekolah, rambut panjang, tidak membawa atribut, dan tidak membawa helm saat berkendara. 2) pandangan peserta didik mengenai ekstrakurikuler polisi taruna bahwasannya adalah ekstrakurikuler yang baik terutama dalam hal penekanan kedisiplinan diantaranya kedisiplinan waktu dan tanggung jawab. 3) Peran ekskul POLTAR terhadap kedisiplinan peserta didik yaitu dengan melakukan kegiatan pelaksanaan kedisiplinan diantaranya mengawasi, mencatat, memperingatkan, memberi pengarahan dan menindak sesuai intruksi dari pembina dan kesiswaan.

Abstract

Penelitian dimaksudkan guna melihat perbedaan hasil rata-rata belajar siswa menggunakan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning dan model pembelajaran langsung pada materi Lingkaran. Subjek yang dipergunakan merupakan kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Tomohon semester genap tahun ajaran 2021/2022 yang meliputi satu kelas eksperimen yakni kelas VIII.4 (model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning) serta satu kelas kontrol yaitu kelas VIII.5 (model pembelajaran langsung). Data diambil dari hasil belajar siswa melalui tes sesudah diberi perlakuan. Hasil post-test pada kelas eksperimen dengan hasil x̅1 = 69,4667 dan hasil post-test pada kelas kontrol dengan hasil x̅2 = 59,6923. Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t untuk taraf nyata 0,05 menunjukkan nilai thitung = 2,116066 > ttabel = 2,052385 yang berarti H0 ditolak. Dengan demikian disimpulkan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning masih lebih baik dibanding pada model pembelajaran langsung dalam penerapan pada materi Lingkaran di SMP Negeri 3 Tomohon.
