Abstract

Abstrak The definition of food in terms can be interpreted as everything that can be consumed, both of land and sea origin. Halal food is food that is allowed in Islamic law to consume it. In accordance with the explanation of the Qur'an and the Hadith of Prophet Muhammad SAW. 1). How important is the issuance of halal certificates on food products consumed by the Kudus community? 2). What do scholars think about the factors that cause the people of the Kudus City to continue to consume food that has a halal label? The discussion uses qualitative methods that begin with collecting general theories and arguments, as well as observations, interviews with the public, then religious experts in the city of Kudus. The importance of halal certification issued by BPJPH based on the results of audits and MUI fatwas to provide a sense of security to the Indonesian people, especially in the holy city. The opinion of scholars about the phenomenon that occurs in the Kudus City is still ignorant of the halal label on food. Because the population of the Kudus City is majority Muslim, the process of making and serving it uses Islamic rules for that it does not matter if there is no halal label on the food packaging. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the opening of accounts online at Islamic banks. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Questionnaires were distributed to 19 Muslim students at Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten State Islamic University at the FEBI faculty. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods. The results of the study show that students' perceptions of opening an online account at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) are high.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The increasing development of property assets, especially the level of difficulty selling land quickly and in cash is not as easy as we imagine with the business of buying and selling 2x1 graves of alkah land in the Banjar community, this business is used as a livelihood to take as much profit as possible among people who can't afford it . This research is a field research using a descriptive qualitative approach, namely field research with a library research approach, library research and textual comparison of a contract. The object of this research is the perspective of the Imam Syafi'I madhhab in the mechanism of the business contract of buying and selling land alkah with the funeral gift system. Data collection techniques are observation, interview, documentation and literature study. The results of this study indicate that the business mechanism of buying and selling alkah land at the Mahabbah Cemetery according to Imam Syafi'I has been allowed with the fulfillment of the conditions and pillars. According to the MUI fatwa, the funeral business is allowed but in running the business there is no tabzir and israf element because it uses something appropriate but not excessive than appropriate. Abstract

Regional governments have the authority and independence to regulate regional government affairs. Each region in carrying out government affairs under its authority has the right to make policies both in the context of improving services and in the context of increasing community participation in regional development. One of the important components in implementing the process is through the establishment of regional regulations. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of regional regulations on restaurant taxes and regional income through restaurant taxes from the perspective of sharia economic law. The research method used is qualitative, this research study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis technique with a data analysis model approach. The conclusion of this study is that the existence of a local restaurant tax regulation makes it easier for business actors to pay compared to before there was a regional regulation because it is no longer business actors who are charged with paying taxes but consumers pay taxes according to what has been regulated and the mayor and Regional Revenue of Parepare City through restaurant taxes from an Economic Law perspective Sharia in Parepare City is used to help the community and regional development with a total contribution of 2.75% in the last 4 years.

Abstract

Low prices with good quality and high public interest in used clothes are the reasons for the rise of traders at Sumpang Market, Parepare City. Used goods bought by the seller wrapped in sacks are called claws (cap sack). This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive method, namely in-depth research covering all that occurs in the field and the type of research used is field research. Data collection using in-depth interviews, observation, documentation and literature study. The results of the study concluded that the background to the implementation of buying and selling used clothes at the Sumpang Market in Parepare City was because the prices of used clothes were cheap with good quality and the interest of the people of Parepare City in used clothes was relatively high. The practice of buying and selling used clothes at the Sumpang Market in Parepare City, namely traders selecting used clothes from sacks, and separating clothes that are still decent. The marketing strategy uses promotions on social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook and Whatsapp accounts). According to Fiqh Muamalah, there are 2 laws on buying and selling used clothes at the Sumpang Market, Parepare City, namely: The law of buying and selling traders with distributors (agents/importers) contains elements that are prohibited in Islam, namely tadlis (fraud) and gharar (uncertainty) because traders in carrying out transactions for buying used clothes with these distributors cannot find out the contents of the goods in the sacks ordered to the agent.
