Abstract

Capital is a very important factor for a company to fund its business activities and maintain the sustainability of the company's development. Capital structure is a company that is expressed in the form of an obligation to make the right decisions and use the best way to achieve company goals. This study aims to analyze the Effect of Sales Stability and Asset Structure on Capital Structure in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2021. The population used in this study are property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, totaling 45 companies. In this study the technique used to determine the sample is purposive sampling technique. The samples used in this study were 9 companies.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the influence of customer perceptions of Timika Edista Furniture by using a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the z test with a significance level of 5%. The results of this study indicate that: the average customer perception of Furniture Edista Timika is above 80% of the ideal value.

Abstract

Cash flow statement is a basic financial report that reports cash received, cash paid, and changes therein. Cash flow statements report cash flows in and cash outflows of the company during the period. Cash flow statements are used by management to evaluate ongoing operational activities and plan investment and financing activities in the future. Cash flow reports are also used by creditors and investors in assessing the level of liquidity and the company's potential to generate profits. This study aims to find out and analyze how big the effect of net profit (X1) changes in receivables (X2) on future cash flows (Y) in food and beverage manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. The population used in this study were food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, totaling 32 companies. The analysis technique used was panel data regression. Based on the results of the study (X1) net income has a negative effect on Future cash flows in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies on the Stock Exchange Indonesia, and (X2) changes in receivables have a positive effect on future cash flows in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Gojek and Grab are companies engaged in the transportation sector that use scientific and technological sophistication that can be downloaded via mobile phones. The emergence of online motorcycle taxis is one of the major influences on the disadvantages of conventional motorcycle taxis. However, with the progress of the times as it is today, many people are downloading the gojek and grab applications, this is happening due to the rise of online motorcycle taxis and people are more interested in using them. As hapened at Jember Station, in front of the exit there is a conventional motorcycle taxi stand ready to pick up and drop off, but most passengers there prefer to use online motorcycle taxis. This research is a type of qualitative research, where the result of the data are obtained through filed observations, interviews, and documentation in the form of pictures and sound recordings. In this study using a phenomenological approach, where the approach knows in detail and in detail about the actions and experiences of individuals there. The informants involved were three people, with the criteria of a conventional motorcycle taxi driver taking a stop at Jember Station.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the strategic location of the Sumedang Tofu business based on the factors that influence the determination of the business location and to find out the things that need to be considered by the Sumedang Tofu business in order to maintain and increase its business value related to the business location. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, and data collection methods use literature study, observation, and interviews. To analyze the problem of this research used the material index (IM) according to Alfred Weber and qualitative analysis. The results showed that the location of Sumedang SP 2 tofu business was not strategic.

Abstract

The method used is research that is used, namely descriptive qualitative research, descriptive research that requires original data from the company, namely internal control over spare parts for 2 (two) wheeled vehicles on CV. Surya Prima Banjarbaru which has been carried out so far as material for analyzing internal control over spare parts for 2 (two) wheeled vehicles at CV. Surya Prima Banjarbaru which should be carried out for 3 (three) months. The results of this study indicate that so far CV. Surya Prima Banjarbaru has not established a written Part Request and Purchase Procedure as well as a Part Purchase Procedure and Part Storage Procedure at the Dealer because many pivot parts are stored for a long time, the current system application is only used for recording incoming and outgoing parts not connected with transaction authorization activities, already exists segregation of duties but there is still work that can be done in several positions, there is no sufficient specific document, especially recording the inventory of Dealer parts, so far the recording of expenses has only been carried out based on incoming and outgoing goods with the application system. CV.Surya Prima Banjarbaru should correct this discrepancy not only in terms of application and transaction recording procedures for the progress of the company as well as recording of financial reports in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (PABU) and the realization of a good supply of parts in CV. Surya Prima Banjarbaru and the creation of good internal control, especially with the existence of a financial section that plays an important role in the internal control system for part inventory that is connected to the application to all authorized parties because it will make work effective and fast and prevent falsification of documents and fraud that can be done by worker.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Civil Service Police Unit Office, Mimika Regency. The research method used is associative method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of literature study, conducting observations, conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires. The analytical tool used in this study is path analysis. Path analysis is used to examine the influence or direct effect of job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance at the Civil Service Police Unit Office, Mimika Regency. The results of the path test are job satisfaction 0.357 <0.05 and work discipline 0.000 <0.05. So the decision making is that job satisfaction and work discipline have a significant influence on employee performance at the Civil Service Police Unit Service, Mimika Regency.

Abstract

Distribution means moving goods from producers to consumers so that these goods can be widely distributed. Distribution in this case is the distribution of wealth that aims to improve people's welfare. The distribution of wealth at this time became a very important issue. If the distribution of wealth is not right, it will cause injustice in society which of course causes more and more people to suffer from poverty. Islam advocates to distribute wealth. Islam prescribes the distribution of wealth to be fair to everyone and not just the rich. Because the distribution of wealth is unfair and unequal will make the poor poorer. And people who are rich will get richer, which of course can lead to social inequality in society.
