Abstract

The lack of knowledge regarding business legality, provisions for packing and product labels, as well as marketing which is only in a small scope are the problems faced by MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) actors in Kenongorejo Village. The implementation of this community service is one of the efforts to develop the business of MSME players in Kenongorejo Village to increase the selling power of production through business legality, improvement of appropriate packaging and labels, and improvement of product marketing. The final objectives to be achieved from this activity are 1) business legality of the products produced, 2) improvement of packaging and labels, 3) improvement of marketing management through increased photography skills. This form of community service activity is carried out through outreach and assistance to solve problems being faced by partners. Business permits that will be carried out include registration of NIB, PIRT, and product halal guarantee certification. In addition, training was also carried out in fulfilling product packaging and labeling requirements, as well as photography skills for product marketing. It is hoped that with the implementation of this community service activity, MSMEs in Kenongorejo Village can develop their business and market their products to a wider market so that their selling power will increase according to the technology that has developed.

Abstract

The purpose of research was to analyze the system used in Gadis Desa Kopi, and provide solutions that facilitates the earlier filing process using a manual by logging in a book and would still take considerable time with keeping track and transaction calculations. It can now be easy to compute and transaction calculations because the data can be stored in a database so it can facilitate barista information and transaction calculations at Gadis Desa Kopi. The methodology used to design this transaction information system is by means of data analysis and field observations. Compilers also used interviews and documentation methods to obtain more complete data. System development method uses the waterfall method. The application of the transaction information system will enhance the performance of barista Gadis Desa Kopi.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Kenongorejo Village is a village that is used as a place for KKN Group 56. In living in Kenongorejo Village, of course there is a processing center which is the target of the community to grow about environmental cleanliness. Waste processing is one way to keep the environment clean in Kenongorejo Village. Garbage is one of the main views in the cleanliness of the surrounding environment. Waste in processing is divided into two, namely organic waste and non-organic waste. Waste in the work process needs processing which is one of the perfections in recycling. In this waste processing aims to process organic waste into liquid fertilizer. Processing waste by turning it into liquid fertilizer takes a long time, so the process involves the people of Kenongorejo Village. Processing of liquid fertilizer requires materials, namely household food scraps such as leftover vegetables, rotten fruits and vegetable peelings which are household waste so that they can be used to make water fertilizer. From that the process of making liquid fertilizer takes a long time so that people must care about the environment and must create self-awareness in the environment.

Abstract

The "Mbah Jo" Batik micro, small and medium enterprise (UMKM) industry is a batik industry that was established in 2011 in Kenongorejo Pilangkenceng Madiun Village. In carrying out marketing activities, Bataik Tulis businesses use a conventional system, so this study aims to optimize innovative, effective and efficient marketing strategies through the use of digital marketing as an effort to maximize selling power. KKN-T 56 and this study used a qualitative method by going through the stages of a survey of business actors. During the implementation, mentoring and training was carried out by optimizing facilities on social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and Whats AppBusiness which can be accessed via smartphones. The expected output of this research can produce more innovative, effective and efficient strategies. So that it can attract consumers and business people to know the positive impact on optimal use of social media in the business sector.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the management of tourist attractions, especially on pantai Bahari in Jawai Laut Village, Kec. Jawai Selatan. Where this tourist spot is managed directly by the local community which is a source of income for local residents so that it can improve the economy of the local community for the better. This research was conducted by interview, then the data that had been collected was analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the management of tourist attractions is carried out in mutual cooperation with the surrounding community but remains structured in terms of management management and organizational structure.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the socio-economic characteristics of passengers on the choice of airlines in the city of Timika. Where in this study there were six variables including gender, type of work, income, educational status, marital status, and age. The approach used in this study is descriptive statistics in order to provide an overview or description of the object under study. There is a data analysis technique used, namely the chi square of k samples, where the chi square of k samples aims to see the relationship between each research variable and data processing using the SPSS application. The results of the test on the socio-economic characteristics of passengers carried out using the SPSS application obtained the results of the six variables where there was a very significant effect on the six variables because the calculated X^2 value > X^2 table. For the gender variable, the pearson chi square value was 11.896, then for the type of work variable, the pearson chi square value was 172,888, for the income variable the pearson chi square value was 32,924, for the educational status variable, the pearson chi square value was 12,370, while the marital status variable obtained a pearson chi square value of 80,043 and the age variable obtained a pearson chi square value of 70,420 meaning that these six variables greatly influence the choice of airlines.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of the factors that influence the loyalty of Mimika public radio listeners in Mimika Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive method, namely a research method that describes or describes something, for example circumstances, conditions, situations, activities, and others. In this study the data collection techniques used were observation and questionnaires. the factors that influence the loyalty of Mimika public radio listeners in Mimika Regency, the analysis used in this research is Confirmatory Factor Analysis. The results of the study show that the Emphaty variable dominates or is very influential in this study, meaning that Mimika public radio listeners still show their loyalty because of their high sense of empathy for Mimika public radio in the current digitalization era.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is how to increase consumer satisfaction with Nova's sewing business in Mimika Regency. Data collection techniques used to obtain data in this study were interviews, questionnaires, observation and documentation. The analysis used in this study is a multiple linear regression technique. The results of this study were to find out whether product quality, service quality, price and warranty really influence consumer satisfaction in Nova tailoring businesses in Mimika Regency through the percentage increase in stitch quality in Nova tailoring businesses.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy for developing a pig farming business in Mimika Regency (a case study in Kamoro Jaya Village, Wania District). Research on pig farming business development strategies in Mimika Regency (a case study in Kamoro Jaya Village, Wania District) was carried out using descriptive research methods. The data collection tool used in this study is a questionnaire (questionnaire). The data were analyzed using SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that the strategy for developing a pig farming business in Kamoro Jaya Village, Wania District, Mimika Regency has high strengths and opportunities. Which is the strength factor at 3.76 (internal) and opportunity at 3.70 (external). The business development strategy for pig farms is using the Strong Opportunity strategy, namely increasing livestock production to anticipate the high demand for pork, taking advantage of current business conditions to gain the trust of bank loans and building partnerships with related agencies in providing counseling or training on how to manage livestock and the marketing.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of social entrepreneurship as a measure of the success of economic development. In the current era of globalization, the country’s development is very dependent on the economic sector which is a factor in the success realized by the government. Entrepreneurship makes the role of the community an important element for national development, specifically economic developzed by the government. Entrepreneurship makes the role of the community an important element for national development, specifically economic development. This research seeks to describe the role and position of social entrepreneurship as a driving force in the national economy which has a strategic function in forming long-term businesses. The condition in very possible because the position of social entrepreneurship in quite influential in the Indonesian economy. The research method uses document studies obtained through the use of internet-based technology of things and relevant books. The conclusion concludes that social entrepreneurship is proven to have a strong position in achieving economic development by looking at various programs from the government titled asisting the social entrepreneurship practice movement targeting the poor who participate.
