Abstract

The aim of this research is to test and analyze the influence of leadership style and infrastructure on performance through motivation in the Probolinggo City Goods and Services Procurement Section. This type of research is descriptive and verification analysis research with data analysis using the Smart PLS 3.0 application. The sampling technique used the simple proportional sampling method with a population and sample size as large as the total population of the Probolinggo City Goods and Services Procurement Section, totaling 37 people. The results of the research show that leadership style has no influence on motivation in the Goods and Services Procurement Section of the city of Probolinggo. Leadership style has an influence on performance in the Goods and Services Procurement Section of the city of Probolinggo. Infrastructure and infrastructure have an influence on motivation in the Goods and Services Procurement Section of the city of Probolinggo. Infrastructure has no influence on the performance of the Probolinggo City Goods and Services Procurement Section. Motivation has no influence on performance in the Probolinggo City Goods and Services Procurement Section. Leadership style has no influence on performance through motivation in the Goods and Services Procurement Section of the city of Probolinggo. Infrastructure has no influence on performance through motivation in the Goods and Services Procurement Section of the city of Probolinggo.

Abstract

Human Resources is one of the main factors in the organization even as a planner, executor as well as activator in achieving organizational goals. This research aims to analyze whether organizational culture, compensation, have a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population of this research is the employees of Mayangan District Probolinggo City as the Civil Servant with a minimum working period of 1 year. The samples taken were 55 respondents. The analysis tool used is Smart PLS 4. The results showed that organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has not a significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, job satisfaction mediates organizational culture has not a significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction mediates compensation has not a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work discipline and work performance assessment on performance through compensation for Probolinggo City DPRD Employee Secretariat. This type of research uses quantitative methods with data analysis using the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of the research show that work discipline, work performance assessment, compensation and performance of Probolinggo City DPRD Secretariat Office Employees are in the good category. Work discipline has no influence on the compensation of Probolinggo City DPRD Secretariat Employees. The work performance assessment has no influence on the compensation of the Probolinggo City DPRD Employee Secretariat. Work discipline has no influence on the performance of the Probolinggo City DPRD Employee Secretariat. 5) Work performance assessments have an influence on the performance of the Probolinggo City DPRD Employee Secretariat. Compensation has no influence on the performance of the Probolinggo City DPRD Employee Secretariat. Work discipline has no influence on performance through compensation for Probolinggo City DPRD Secretariat Employees. Job performance assessment has no influence on performance through compensation for Probolinggo City DPRD Secretariat Employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of service quality in terms of physical appearance, reliability, responsiveness and empathy on community satisfaction with the online SKCK service innovation of the Probolinggo City Police. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research that aims to provide a detailed and accurate description of the community’s satisfaction with service quality with the research target of service leaders, in this case intelligence officers (Kasat Intelkam), service officers and service users. The results of the study can be seen that the fulfillment of service user community satisfaction in terms of meeting the expectations of service users, the use of service products according to public service standards and ease of access are influenced by the positive response of service users and the application of service standards only, but the quality of human resources (SDM) includes skills, responsiveness and attitudes and behavior of service personnel greatly affect people’s satisfaction.

Abstract

The reseach aims to determine the Effect of Leadership Functions and Job Satisfaction on Soldier Performance Through Organizational Culture (Study on KRI Keris-624 Surabaya). This type of research is explanatory research, and the approach is quantitative. The sampling method used in this research is saturated sampling. Data analysis technique using PLS.Version.3.0. The results of the study show that the Leadership Function has a significant effect on the KRI Keris-624 Soldier's Performance. Organizational Culture significantly influences KRI Keris-624 Soldier Performance. Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on KRI Keris-624 Soldier Performance. The Leadership Function through Organizational Culture has a significant effect on the Performance of KRI Keris-624 Soldiers. The Leadership Function through Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on the KRI Keris-624 Soldier's Performance. The leadership function has a significant effect on organizational culture at KRI Keris-624. The Leadership function has a significant effect on Soldier Job Satisfaction in KRI Keris-624.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether work culture and incentives have a significant positive effect on the performance of local tax collection officers with work motivation as an intervening variable. The population of this study is a regional tax collection officer at the Probolinggo City Regional Financial and Asset Management Revenue Agency who has the status of a Civil Servant with a minimum service period of 1 year. The sample taken was 30 respondents. The analysis tool used is Smart PLS 3. The results showed that work culture has a direct positive effect on officer work motivation, work culture has a significant positive direct effect on officer performance, incentives have a significant positive direct effect on officer work motivation, incentives have a direct positive effect on officer performance, and work motivation has a direct positive effect on officer performance. Furthermore, work culture indirectly does not affect employee performance, incentives indirectly do not affect employee performance.

Abstract

The dynamics and developments in the globalization era followed by the use of information technology require that public service patterns in all sectors of life undergo adjustments, both human resources, mechanisms and innovations to produce maximum public service products for the community. Law Number 24 of 2013 concerning amendments to Law Number 23 of 2006 concerning Population Administration has mandated that the Government take an active role in population administration services.This service approach is a form of providing easy, fast and free services according to the slogan of population administration services. It is expected that easy, fast and free services are not just slogans, but efforts must be made to be realized in every population document service at the Regency/City Population and Civil Registration Office, especially in Probolinggo Regency. This is because the service of population documents is one of the obligatory matters that fall under the authority of the Regional Government. However, until now the population document service is still considered poor by the community, although sometimes the fault is not solely with the Dukcapil service.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of educational qualifications and compensation on employee performance through the motivation of civil servants in the regional treasury and treasury sector in Probolinggo City. The type of research used is quantitative research. The data collection method is by distributing questionnaires offline by asking 5 questions per variable. A sample of 35 Civil Servants in the Regional Treasury and Cash Office of the City of Probolinggo uses the simple proportional sampling method. This type of research is a method of descriptive analysis and data verification using the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results show that educational qualifications have no significant effect on motivation. Variable educational qualifications have no significant effect on performance. The pressure has no significant effect on motivation. The compensation has a significant effect on performance. The motivation has no significant effect on performance in Civil Servants in the Treasury and Regional Cash Office of the City of Probolinggo.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the effect of mutation and career development with employee performance attachment variables, whether education and career development variables have on employee performance with employee job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The number of samples in this study was 126 respondents who were employees of the East Java Provincial Center for Teacher Mobilization. The data collection technique is by administering a questionnaire with a Partial Least Square (PLS) data processing tool based on Structural Equation Model (SEM) version 4.0. The results of this research show that organizational structuring, career development and job satisfaction have a direct effect on employee performance. Apart from that, organizational organization and career development also have a direct effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the direct and indirect effects of motivation and training on commitment to improve the performance of school administration staff at SMK Negeri 4 Probolinggo. This research is a quantitative study. The number of study samples is the same as the study population of 31 school administration staff. This research was conducted from August 2022 – November 2022.The results of this study are motivation and training variables have a significant effect on commitment. With high motivation and participation in training will increase a strong commitment to the school. The variables of motivation and training have a significant influence on the performance of school administration staff, with high motivation and participation in training increasing performance as a measure of an employee's ability. However, the training variable partially does not affect performance. The commitment variable has a significant influence on the performance of school administrative staff, this shows that commitment can improve the performance of school administrative staff.The variables of motivation and training together have a significant influence on the performance of school administration staff with commitment as an intervening variable, because the direct coefficient value between motivation and training is greater than the indirect effect through the commitment variable, so the mediating influence is weak on performance.
