Abstract

Korea Silver Store was established on March 09, 2017, located at Panyingkiran number 55 Singaparna, is a business engaged in the sale and purchase of silver jewelry. The Korea Silver shop still records daily data manually, namely writing in the cash book tends to be ineffective, so the owner has not been able to analyze the minimum sales volume of silver so that the business carried out does not suffer losses. The research method used to calculate the volume of silver sales using break-even analysis and the method of recording daily data using an excel template. The results of the excel template design show that sales data display, returned goods, and daily total sales and goods returns are obtained. While the results of the calculation of the break-even point obtained a silver sales volume of 16,577.5893 grams or Rp. 341,692,333.

Abstract

Marwah Fashion is a company engaged in the convection sector that produces robes, tops, and veils of various types. The problem at Marwah Fashion at this time is that it cannot predict production for the next period, due to the uncertain number of requests from consumers. If these problems continue to occur, then Marwah Fashion will suffer losses because it cannot meet consumer demand optimally. In this study, problem-solving was carried out using the heuristic aggregate method by performing 3 methods, namely the calculation of labor control, subcontracting, and hybrid overtime and inventory. From the calculation results, the method that produces the minimum total cost is Hybrid Overtime and Inventory, which is Rp. 24.059.000,-.

Abstract

Deta Yamaha Singaparna is one of the companies engaged in motorcycle sales and Yamaha motorcycle services. The object of the research is the assignment of service mechanics related to the optimization of mechanical assignments at Deta Yamaha Singaparna. This research is a quantitative research using the Assignment Method. The data was processed from the results of time measurements by four mechanics when working on servicing four types of motors, namely Matic Injection, Sport Injection, Carburetor Underbone, and Injection Underbone. The analysis was carried out using the Assignment Method. Based on the results of the analysis, Arman's mechanic works on the Sport Injection (SI) type of motorcycle, Edward's mechanic works on the Karbu Underbone (BK) motorcycle, and the human mechanic works on the Underbone Injection (BK) motorcycle type, and Lutfi's mechanic works on the Matic Injection (MI) motorcycle type. The total time using the Assignment Method was 146 minutes, while the previous total time was 174 minutes. There was a time saving of 28 minutes. The second solution is obtained so that the mechanical assignment can be optimal. Deta Yamaha Singaparna can change the assignment of mechanics so that service activities can run optimally so that mechanics get assignments based on optimal time results when working on Yamaha motorcycle services.

Abstract

Sukarame Village is one of the villages in Sukarame District, Tasikmalaya Regency which has a fairly large rice field area. The problem faced by farmers in Sukarame village is that the thresher used so far is salome, which in its use requires quite a lot of time and energy, thus making farmers tired. There are already effective rice threshing machines in the market, but they are quite expensive, so not all farmers can have them. Thus, a threshing device is made, and does not require energy to use. The results of the testing of this tool showed that of the 30 farmers interviewed, all of them said they were comfortable, and the yield of threshing rice per day increased.

Abstract

CV. Payung Global is a company that produces health support equipment such as gauze. There is a company's desire to conduct a business feasibility study to gauze products to find out and fix problems such as production delays, so it is necessary to analyze a business feasibility study by analyzing legal aspects, marketing aspects, environmental aspects, management, and HR aspects, technical aspects and financial aspects which are analyzed by this method. payback period (PP), net present value (NPV), profitability index (PI), Break event point (BEP), and internal rate of return (IRR). Based on information from the company, the increase in demand reaches 20% per year, but the supply capacity is still limited. So it is necessary to analyze the business feasibility of gauze products. The results of the analysis in terms of the market aspect, namely the gauze product business has good market opportunities in Tasikmalaya. Technical aspects, aspects of production capacity according to sales targets with facilities that support the business. The aspect of HR has an organizational structure with sufficient manpower. Legal and environmental aspects, the gauze product business is legal and complies with applicable permits and the gauze production process does not have an environmental impact because it does not produce waste. The financial aspect, a payback period of 6 months 23 days, Net Present Value is positive Rp.1,824,400,000 and Internal Rate of Return is greater than MARR which is 10.3%.

Abstract

Cipasung Islamic Boarding School is an Islamic religious education institution located in Singaparna, Tasikmalaya. Cipasung Islamic Boarding School was founded in 1931 AD by the late almaghfurlah KH. Ruhiat. Cipasung Islamic Boarding School is an institution whose financial management is still done manually. This can cause data to be lost or damaged, besides that it can cause confusion between the hostel and the parents of the students. The confusion that occurred between the boarding house and the parents of the students was caused by the parents not having access to find out their child's monthly tuition payment report. It is necessary to design a financial information system that is appropriate for the problems that occur at the Cipasung Islamic Boarding School. In this study, the Waterfall model SDLC method will be used. With object-oriented modeling using the Unified Modeling Language (UML), data-oriented modeling using DFD, and database modeling using ERD. The design of the financial information system that has been done can be a better way to minimize the problems that occur.

Abstract

Cipasung College of Technology (STT Cipasung) is one of the formal higher education institutions in the Cipasung Islamic Boarding School, Singaparna, Tasikmalaya, West Java. Cipasung Islamic Boarding School was founded in 1931 by the late KH. Ruhiat, located in the village of Cipakat, Singaparna District, Tasikmalaya Regency, about 100 km from the city of Bandung. From the results of interviews at the Cipasung College of Technology (STTC), PMB activities have used the Google form application which is then processed manually and has not been integrated into the information system (STTC). So that there are many new student data input data that are duplicated because there are input data that is more than once and also results in the data being a lot in common. In addition, staff work becomes less effective. Because staff have to check regularly and compare between existing duplicate data. And the PMB system that is implemented now has not been able to achieve the goal of what is expected to make it easier for the PMB Committee to validate PMB Participant data. Therefore it is necessary to design an information system improvement that can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the PMB Committee. The design of the information system is the development of a new system from the existing old system, where problems that occur in the old system are expected to be resolved in the new system. designing a new student admissions information system that is suitable for solving problems that occur at STTC. The method that will be used in this study is the System Development Life Cycle method.

Abstract

RT 01 Kp. Panyingkiran is one of the RTs in Singaparna Village, Singaparna District, Tasikmalaya Regency. In that RT there are problems with recording citizen data and patrol schedules. So far, the registration of citizen data is incomplete, only birth and death data are recorded. Therefore, there are still 2 residents who have died and 3 people who have moved are still registered as residents. Changes to the patrol schedule were not notified, so residents did not know their respective schedules. Therefore, many residents do not follow the patrol schedule. So that there have been 3 times the loss of the motorbike. From these problems, an information system will be designed using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the waterfall model. The stages carried out in this model are planning, analysis and design. The design of this system makes it easy for those who need it, so that it can be accessed anywhere and anytime. Then the residents' data and patrol schedules can be seen by the RT head and those who need it, in real time
