Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of education budget allocation, unemployment, and inflation on poverty in North Sumatra Province. This type of research is a quantitative study with a total sample of 21 observation periods from 2002 to 2022. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. Multiple linear regression equation model: LnY = b0 + b1LnX1 + b2LnX2 + b3LnX3 + e. From the research results it is known that the estimated value of the multiple linear regression equation is LnJlhPendMiskin = 15.01147 – 0.069179 LnAngPend + 0.078522 LnUnemployment + 0.022907 LnInflation. This study shows that there is a negative and significant effect of the education budget on poverty (probability 0.0004 <0.05). While unemployment and inflation have no significant effect on poverty in North Sumatra Province. With a coefficient of determination of 71.66% and simultaneously the education budget variables, unemployment and inflation have a significant effect on poverty in North Sumatra Province.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of employee income allowance (TPP) on employee performance at the Sukabumi Regency Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports Office. The research method used is a survey method using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The sample taken was employees at the Sukabumi Regency Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports Office who received TPP. The results showed that there was a significant influence between TPP and employee performance. This indicates that TPP can be one of the factors that influence employee performance. Therefore, the Sukabumi District Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports Office should consider providing adequate TPP to improve employee performance and the achievement of organizational goals.

Abstract

The informants in this study amounted to 6 people, namely: 1 Village Head of Pasir Datar Indah, 1 Secretary of Pasir Datar Indah Village, 1 Head of Planning for Pasir Datar Indah Village, 1 Head of Welfare Head of Pasir Datar Indah Village, 2 residents of PasiriDatariIndah Village who were included in the target. Cash Intensive Program. Based on the results of research that has been carried out regarding the Movement of Leaders in the Cash-Intensive Program in Pasir Datari Indah Village, CaringiniDistrict, Sukabumi Regency, using indicators of the mentoring process, giving instructions, and instructions, overall it has gone quite well. The mobilization process has been carried out quite well. The leadership movement in the Cash-Intensive Program in PasiriiDatar IndahiiVillage, Caringin..District, SukabumixRegency can be said to have been quite successful, but in practice it has not run optimally. But still, there needs to be optimization on socialization, as well as good communication with the community in order to improve the principles of self-help and participatory.

Abstract

The aims of this study are to find out: (1) How is the Supervision of Leaders at the UPTD Transportation Cibadak Sukabumi Regency. (2) How is the Effectiveness of Receipts for Receiving Terminals at the UPTD Transportation of Cibadak, Sukabumi Regency. (3) How big is the influence of leadership supervision on the effectiveness of receiving terminal fees at the Cibadak Transportation UPTD, Sukabumi Regency. The researcher used a quantitative approach, the sample used was 109 people from a population of 896 people taken by probability sampling technique with the Disproportionate stratified random sampling method and the Slovin formula as a tool. There are two variables studied in this study, namely (1) Leadership Supervision (X) and (2) Effectiveness of Receipt of Terminal Retribution (Y). The tool used in this study is a questionnaire with a rating scale of 5 (five) choices. The data collected was then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques using item averages, while statistical analysis techniques used Pearson Product Moment (PPM) correlation analysis, and simple linear regression equation models. The calculation results show that the cumulative average value of the Leadership Supervision variable is 3.61, which is included in the good category, while the Effectiveness of Receipts for Terminal Retribution of 3.61 is included in the good category. The results of statistical analysis obtained the price of r_xy = 0.444 which is included in the fairly strong category with a significance value (2-tailed) 0.000 > 0.005 or t_count = 41.97 > t_table = 1.981 so that it can be concluded that Leadership Supervision has a positive and significant effect on the Effectiveness of Retribution Receipts. Terminal while the Coefficient of Determination (KD) is 0.9428, which means 94.28% of the Effectiveness of Terminal Retribution Receipts (Y) can be explained by the Leadership Supervision variable (X) and the rest is determined by other factors. Furthermore, the linear regression equation model is = 0.641 + 0.980X. Therefore, to improve the effectiveness of Terminal Retribution Receipts, it is suggested to the Chief Executive to improve the Supervision function.

Abstract

The mainiproblem of this study is the low work productivity of employees, which based on the results of the pre-survey of researchers, is caused by the perceived motivation and quality of service that is not optimal. Based on these main ideas and considerations, the researcher intends to examine further. The approach method used in this study is a quantitative method using a questionnaire instrument. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence on the use of motivation on the quality of service in the Gedong Panjang Health Center, Sukabumi City, with the magnitude of the influence of Adjusted R2 = 0.920 or the magnitude of the influence of the use of motivation on service quality of 92.0%, and makes a significant contribution significant.

Abstract

Analysis of Organizational Culture at the Biak Numfor Regency Tourism Oflce. This study aims to determine the characteristics of organizational culture on the socialization process and communication factors of organizational culture at the Biak Numfor Regency Tourism Oflce. This research is descriptive quantitative with a population of all employees at the Biak Numfor Regency Tourism Oflce totaling 59 people. Data analysis techniques are interactive models and qualitative analysis with descriptive data collection processing data, analyzing data, describing data, and making decisions. The results showed that the characteristics of organizational culture at the Biak Numfor Regency Tourism Oflce were running well, it was just lack of internal communication that hindered the work motivation of employees at the Biak Numfor Regency Tourism Oflce. The process of socialization of Organizational Culture at the Biak Numfor Regency Tourism Oflce is going well, seen from health protocols, tourist boards, books containing history, destination descriptions and destination pictures. For the process of organizational culture communication factors at the Biak Numfor Regency Oflce, it is still less effective, seen from the obstacles to communicating between people who make organizational goals less effective, so that there is a significant influence between the characteristics of Organizational Culture with the socialization process and communication factors of Organizational Culture at the Biak Numfor Regency Tourism Oflce.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the supervision in improving student learning discipline at the Officer Formation School of Lemdiklat Polri Sukabumi. The research method used was descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation. The respondents of this study were 60 students of Lemdiklat Porli officer formation school who were selected by purposive sampling. The results showed that supervision carried out by teachers and supervisory staff was very effective in improving student learning discipline at the Sukabumi Police Officer Training School. This can be seen from the increase in student behavior which is more obedient to school rules and regulations, and more focused in learning. The supervision also makes it easier for teachers to identify students who need special assistance and coaching. In addition, supervision also encourages students to actively participate in learning activities and increase their sense of responsibility for themselves and the school environment. In conclusion, effective supervision can be one of the effective strategies in improving student learning discipline at the Officer Formation School of Lemdiklat Polri Sukabumi. Therefore, supervision needs to be continuously improved and optimized in order to provide maximum benefits for students and the school environment.
