Abstract

The main problem in this research is the low quality of service which according to the researcher's observations is caused by the competence and loyalty of employees who are not yet optimal. On the basis of these thoughts and considerations, the approach taken in this study uses a quantitative method using a questionnaire instrument. Based on the characteristics of the data used, this study uses a quantitative research approach. The analytical technique used is descriptive statistical technique which functions to classify data, work on, conclude, explain and present the processed results. It aims to make a pattern of cause and effect relationship between the value of a variable with other variables. The infrensial test was carried out through validity and reliability tests as well as classical assumption tests. Hypothesis testing is done through regression analysis. Shows that Service Quality is influenced by Employee Competence and Loyalty, either partially or simultaneously. Partially the quality of service is influenced by competence by 73.2% and employee loyalty by 61.8%. The conclusion in this study is that the Competence and Loyalty of Employees partially or simultaneously have an influence on the Quality of Service at the Dinas Pendidikan Kota Sukabumi.

Abstract

Population administration is a series of structuring and controlling activities in the issuance of population documents and data through population registration, civil registration, management of population administration information and the utilization of the results for public services and other sector development. UPTD Population and Civil Registration is an institution that is responsible for providing technical services for population administration in its working area. The quality of population administration services at UTPD Dukcapil Region IV Palabuhanratu is a reflection of organizational performance and the success of bureaucratic reform. The results of the analysis of the performance of population administration services of UTPD Dukcapil Region IV Palabuhanratu concluded that: (1) The aspect of employee responsiveness is quite good, although there are still employees who are slow in responding to public complaints, (2) The aspect of employee responsibility is quite good, although there are still employees who negligent in carrying out services, and (3) The aspect of employee accountability is quite good, although there are still employees who in performing population administration services do not comply with process accountability.

Abstract

The village financial report is an important financial position that comes from transactions carried out by the village government and is a medium for an entity to account for its activities to the public and also serves to provide information in making decisions and evaluating the performance of local governments. Therefore, the financial information presented must have value so that the financial information can be useful for its users. To increase accountability for the use of village fund budgets, each village is required to make an accountability report for the use of village finances. The use of the village financial information system (Siskeudes) in the preparation of village financial accountability reports is expected to improve the quality of the report. The results of the analysis of the quality of village reports in the Warungkiara District, Sukabumi Regency, concluded as follows: (1) The aspect of the relevance of the financial statements has been met quite well, (2) The reliability aspect of the financial statements has been met quite well, (3) The aspect of ability to be compared financial statements have been fulfilled quite well, and (4) the aspect of ease of understanding of Sukabumi's financial statements has been fulfilled quite well.

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative approach. The informants of this study were the Head of Subdivision of TU SAMSAT Palabuhanratu, Chief of PKB Officer of SAMSAT Palabuhanratu, General Administration Staff of SAMSAT Palabuhanratu, and PKB Taxpayers. The results of the study include (1) tangible aspects in the service of receipt of Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) payments at the Palabuhanratu SAMSAT Office is quite good (2) reliability aspects in the service of receipt of Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) payments at the Palabuhanratu SAMSAT Office quite good, (3) the aspect of responsiveness (response/response) in the service of receipt of payment of Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) at the Palabuhanratu SAMSAT Office is quite good and (4) the aspect of assurance (guarantee) in the service of receipt of payment of Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) at the Office SAMSAT Palabuhanratu is quite good. Based on the results of the study, to further improve the quality of service for receipt of Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) payments at the Palabuhanratu SAMSAT Office, it is recommended: (1). The government must pay special attention to motor vehicle tax services, (2) Efforts to increase awareness and compliance of taxpayers, (3) the public is starting to realize and take advantage of the development of information and communication technology in tax payments, (4) SAMSAT Palabuhanratu management conducts socialization in innovation payment of online PKB tax services, and (5) the Palabuhanratu SAMSAT Office must repair and complete the facilities and infrastructure for tax payment services.

Abstract

Government financial management is one of the responsibilities of local governments or agencies in running the wheels of government. Nowadays, the process of preparing regional finances has shifted from the traditional budget concept to the new public management concept, which emphasizes performance rather than policies. Implementation of performance-based budgeting refers to the implementation of a budgeting system that is oriented towards organizational output in order to achieve performance goals and objectives. The performance budget approach focuses on organizational inputs, outputs, and outcomes, not solely on inputs. So this approach focuses on the management of efficient use of funds and the performance of employees and organizations. Thus, the benchmark for the success of this budget system is the performance or achievement of the objectives or results of the budget by using funds efficiently. The conclusions of the analysis in this study are: (1) performance-based budgeting in the BLUD RSUD Palabuhanratu is in the fairly good category, with a Descriptive Percentage (DP) value of 67.43% of the ideal value, (2) the performance of employees in the BLUD RSUD Palabuhanratu is included in the category good, with a Descriptive Percentage (DP) value of 73.25% of the ideal value, and (3) performance-based budgeting has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the BLUD RSUD Palabuhanratu.

Abstract

Students are direct users of the education service system, so schools must provide satisfaction and positive trust to students so that they believe that they are in a place that is suitable for developing their potential to be ready to face competition in society. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of education services at SMKN 1 Palabuhanratu and to find out what indicators need to be improved by SMKN 1 Palabuhanratu in order to improve service quality. This research method uses quantitative descriptive with Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The results showed that simultaneously the level of satisfaction of students at SMKN 1 Palabuhanratu with their education services was "Quite Satisfied" or 53.18%. Furthermore, the performance indicators that must be improved by schools to improve services and the very high expectations of students towards their education are in the attributes (1) Teachers provide examples to their students about good education, (2) The education system implemented in this school is in accordance with developments. era, (3) Supervision of the learning process in this school is good, (4) The knowledge obtained by students at this school is in accordance with the expectations of students and their parents and (5) The skills obtained by students in this school are in accordance with the expectations of students and their parents

Abstract

BUMDesa “Tirta Kahuripan” is the only Cireundeu Village Owned Enterprise which was established in 2016. In running its business. BUMDesa “Tirta Kahuripan” Cireundeu Village is engaged in drinking water packaging. The choice of this form of business was motivated by the existence of abundant springs in Cireundeu Village which, if used by the community, could increase the economic value. It is hoped that by improving the community's economy, it can have an impact on the improvement and quality of life of the local community. The results of research on the management of BUMDesa "Tirta Kahuripan” in Cireundeu Village, Cilograng District in improving community empowerment have not been effective. It is known from 5 (five) dimensions, 4 (four) dimensions (80%) have not been effective, namely (1) the dimension of accuracy in the use of human resources can be said to have not been effective; (2) the dimensions of the accuracy of the use of equipment or equipment can be said to have not been effective; (3) The dimensions of the accuracy of the use of available time can be said to have not been effective; (4) the dimension of the accuracy of the use of natural resources can be said to have not been effective, while (5) the dimension of the accuracy of the use of the budget has been effective.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of the government bureaucracy, especially with regard to organizational efficiency, teamwork, and the relationship between leaders and subordinates at the Dinas Pendidikan in Kabupaten Sukabumi, the factors that support and hinder the performance of the government bureaucracy, especially with regard to service efficiency, teamwork, and leadership relationships. with subordinates. The research method used is descriptive, which is a study that describes the performance of the government bureaucracy from the point of view of the process approach by determining the descriptive variables, namely; service efficiency, teamwork, and leadership relationships with subordinates. The results of the research are the level of performance of the Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Sukabumi in carrying out the function is in a moderate level of performance, the organizational efficiency of the Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Sukabumi in achieving the function of education management is in a good level. Judging from the time indicator used in the implementation of services in the field of education. Judging from the cost indicators used, which are still low compared to the existing needs. Likewise, the employees used for the implementation of educational development services are inadequate compared to the needs required. The performance of the Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Sukabumi in building excellent teamwork to carry out the main tasks and functions of the service is formed on the basis of mutual trust, mutual respect and complementarity among all elements and layers of service. This can be seen from the results of research which shows that the teamwork created by the Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Sukabumi is at a moderate level.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of education budget allocation, unemployment, and inflation on poverty in North Sumatra Province. This type of research is a quantitative study with a total sample of 21 observation periods from 2002 to 2022. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. Multiple linear regression equation model: LnY = b0 + b1LnX1 + b2LnX2 + b3LnX3 + e. From the research results it is known that the estimated value of the multiple linear regression equation is LnJlhPendMiskin = 15.01147 – 0.069179 LnAngPend + 0.078522 LnUnemployment + 0.022907 LnInflation. This study shows that there is a negative and significant effect of the education budget on poverty (probability 0.0004 <0.05). While unemployment and inflation have no significant effect on poverty in North Sumatra Province. With a coefficient of determination of 71.66% and simultaneously the education budget variables, unemployment and inflation have a significant effect on poverty in North Sumatra Province.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of employee income allowance (TPP) on employee performance at the Sukabumi Regency Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports Office. The research method used is a survey method using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The sample taken was employees at the Sukabumi Regency Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports Office who received TPP. The results showed that there was a significant influence between TPP and employee performance. This indicates that TPP can be one of the factors that influence employee performance. Therefore, the Sukabumi District Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports Office should consider providing adequate TPP to improve employee performance and the achievement of organizational goals.
