Abstract

The design used in this research is the design of random Group (RAK) Facoryl with 2 factors, thefirst factor of organic zpt (Z) with 4 levels namely: Z0 (control), Z1 (red onion extract), Z2 ( extractbamboo shoots), Z3 ( extract coconut water). Long immersion (P) with 3 levels, i.e. P1 (2 hours), p2(4 hours), p3 (6 hours). There are 12 combinations of treatments that are repeated 3 times resultingin 36 units of trial. The test result Data is analyzed by using the analysis of Variant (ANOVA) andcontinued with real difference test honestly (BNJ). The parameters observed in this study were:height buds, number of shoots, number of leaves and the length of the roots. The results showed that the administration of ZPT organic and long immersion gave a noticeable effect on all parameters. Intraction treatment gives a noticeable effect on the length of the parameters of the roots on observation 8 weeks after planting.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1. Identifying the success of the PUAP program in Lingga Tiga Village, Bilah Hulu District. 2. Identifying the constraints and obstacles encountered in the implementation of the PUAP program. 3. Analyzing the amount of farmers' income after participating in PUAP compared to the income of farmers before joining PUAP. The study population was all agribusiness farmers who received PUAP funding assistance. Samples were taken as many as 80 random farmers to answer the problem of this study used descriptive analysis as well as statistical analysis with t test with the help of the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that the success rate of the PUAP program in Gapoktan Sejahtera Bersama is high. The success rate is immediately up to 53%, seen from the Model Summary table. This shows that the income after the data is higher than the income before. The average income of agribusiness actors after participating in PUAP is Rp. 1.572,25 per month is greater than the income of agribusiness players before joining PUAP, which amounted to Rp. 816,00 per month. And can be seen in the Paired Samples Test Table is the main table of output that shows the results of the tests carried out. This can be seen from the significance value (2-tailed) in the table. The significance value (2-tailed) in this case sample is 0,000 (p <0.05). So that the results of income  before  and  after  having  experienced  a  significant  change  (meaning).  Based  on descriptive statistics before income and after income proved  after  income is higher.  In the implementation of the PUAP program in the Gapoktan Sejahtera Bersama Lingga Tiga Village, no significant obstacles were found.

Abstract

Percentage Analysis of CPO (Crude Palm Oil) Index In PKS PTPN III Aek Nabara SelatanKecamatan Bilah upstream. Under the guidance of Ms. Yusmaidar Sepriani, S.Pd, M. Si, and Mr.Dede Suhendra, SP, MP.The results of this study by presenting the data using IBM SPSS 20.0 canbe concluded the results of multiple linear regression calculation declared the amount of CPOproduction (Crude Palm Oil) to the influence of Free Fatty Acids, Water Content, Impurity Contentin PKS PTPN III Aek Nabara Selatan Kecamatan Bilah Hulu. This shows the results of a strongand positive drajat get value of 0.8 close to 1 it means to have the effect of the amount of CPOproduction (Crude Palm Oil) in PKS PTPN III Kebun Aek Nabara Selatan with the value of RSquare sebeasar 0.008 can be interpreted that the influence of Fatty Acids Free, Water Content,Impurities Concentration to the production amount of 8 percent (0.8) while the remaining 98.2percent is influenced by other models not included in the tes.

Abstract

Oil palm is one of the plantation crops that has an important role for the national economy,especially as a provider of employment and a source of foreign exchange income. Areas that havethe potential for expansion of oil palm plantations are not only mineral lands, but also peatlands,scrublands, alang-alang lands, and primary forest lands. Setora nitens is one of the main pests thatattack oil palm plants and includes caterpillars which are dominant in oil palm plantations.S.nitens caterpillars attack oil palm plants by eating the leaves so that the leaves are damaged andonly the leaves are left. This research was conducted to see the mortality rate of the caterpillarsusing the active ingredient deltamethrin and neem leaf extract. This study used MS.Exel bycalculating the Trial average test using two factors, namely the first factor (Deltamethrin) andneem leaf extract with three treatment levels, namely Control (D0), Deltametrin 20 cc / liter (D1),and Deltamethrin 40 cc / Liter ( D2). The second factor (neem leaf extract) with three levels oftreatment, namely control (N0), neem leaf extract 50 cc / liter (N1), and neem leaf extract 100 cc /liter (N2). Deltamethrin pesticides and neem leaf extract in D2N1 treatment with a dose of 40 mldeltamethrin and 50 cc of neem leaf extract were more effective and efficient in controlling fireworms.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of soaking colchicine on the growth and production ofciplukan (Phisalin angulata L.) plants. This research was conducted by PT. Asam JawaPangarungan Village, Torgamba District. South Labuhanbatu Regency. The research was carriedout after the proposal seminar which began in February to June 2019. The research design usedwas a Non Factorial Randomized Block Design using 1 factor 3 treatment level, namely: K0 =ciplukan plants without colchicine, K1 = plants ciplukan with 0.25% colchicine for 24 hours, K2 =ciplukan with 0.625% colchicine for 24 hours, K3 = ciplukan with 1.25% colchicine for 24 hours.The parameters are Plant Height (cm), Leaf Width (cm), Flower Age Appears (days), Number ofPlanted Fruits, Planted Fruit Weight (grams). From some colchicine immersion (0.01%,0.025%, 0.05%) for 24 hours. The highest average plant height for 8 MST was found in theimmersion of 0.025%, 16.5 cm. The highest average leaf width for 11 MST was 0.025% soaking at16.17 cm. At the average age, the highest interest was found in the control, namely 41.4days. At the highest average number of fruits found in the immersion of 0.025%, 74 fruits. Thehighest average fruit weight was found in the immersion of 0.025%, 18.35%. So, from somecolchicine immersion treatment, the best is at 0.025% immersion.
