<![CDATA[This research was conducted to determine Sundanese cultural values in SMP Negeri 1 Lembang in guidance and counseling. The background of this research is to look at the daily activities and arts carried out by students in handling Sundanese cultural values, because with the development of a more modern era so that most students and girls do not pay attention to Sundanese culture, the school applies values Sundanese cultural values in every learning activity as well as art extracurriculars at SMP Negeri 1 Lembang which is named the arts environment (LISES). We used observation, interview and documentation techniques to collect data for this study, with a total of 2 people consisting of 2 guidance and counseling teachers. To check the data validity of this study using data triangulation. Data analysis techniques according to Miles and Huberman, analysis activities consist of 4 stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion and verification. The results of the study show that Sundanese cultural values in schools have begun to be implemented and have been running from 1999 to 2023 and have developed because there are new teachers who are competent in Sundanese culture. ]]>

<![CDATA[The strategy and set of values, leadership style, vision and mission, and understandings that are shared by individuals from the organization and the thoughts that are proven by new individuals are referred to as organizational culture. the success of an organizational culture depends on the existence of a strategy that can be used as a basis for competitiveness. the purpose of this study is to find out how the strategy is carried out in implementing organizational cultural values. The method used is to use a qualitative descriptive research method where reference sources come from field observations and use references from the web such as Google Scholar and also other sources from the internet. Applying organizational cultural socialization within an organization, the existence of organizational cultural socialization will create cultural uniformity within the organization. Every thing that has a negative impact on students is expected to have a positive impact on students.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine how the implementation of Sundanese cultural values at Yadika Soreang High School. In this research using interview methods, and collecting data from the library via the internet which aims to identify the types of kaulinan barudak that exist and the types of kaulinan barudak that are preserved at Yadika Soreang High School, and also identify the values contained in kaulinan barudak The respondent of this research is the founder and manager of the Traditional Sports extracurricular at Yadika Soreang High School. The results of the study show that there are 7 kaulinan barudak that are preserved in the form of extracurricular Traditional Sports by SMA Yadika Soreang, each game has life values that are applied based on the values of silih asih, silih asah, and silih asuh. The values in the game are togetherness, leadership, honesty, spaciousness, and simplicity.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to improve the biology learning outcomes of class X IPA 6 SMAN 1 Glagah. This is interesting to study because the learning process has not varied so that students are less participatory and more easily bored so that it affects learning outcomes. This study used classroom action research which consisted of two cycles. research subjects amounted to 35 students. After the action was taken using the PBL learning model assisted by crossword media, it was found that the percentage of students' completeness had increased. The percentage of students' completeness during the pre-action was 40%, then in the first cycle the percentage of completeness increased to 57.1% and in the second cycle to 77.1%. Based on these data, it can be concluded that the crossword puzzle media can improve the learning outcomes of class X IPA 6 SMAN 1 Glagah in biology lessons.]]>

<![CDATA[Background: Improving health status, which is a form of public health development, has not been running optimally because there are still various problems found. Non-communicable diseases have recently become a cause of morbidity and mortality in several countries including Indonesia. Changes in lifestyle and changes in diet are still one of the most common causes of digestive disorders, including dyspepsia.Objective: The purpose of the study was to analyze the relationship between diet and the incidence of dyspepsia in teenager in the emergency room of GMIM Kalooran Amurang Hospital. Methods: This study used cross sectional research design which means studying the dynamics of the relationship between the independent variable with the dependent variable. The population taken in this study were all teenager aged 15-18 years who entered the emergency room of GMIM Kalooran Amurang Hospital, totaling 34 respondents. The sample in this study was taken by means of total sampling. data analysis using chi-square test. Results: Based on the results of statistical tests using chi-square obtained ρ-value = 0.035. From the results of the analysis, the OR value = 8.167 means that a good diet has a chance of 8.167 times better to prevent dyspepsia in adolescents. Conclusion: The results of statistical tests using chi-square there is a relationship between diet and the incidence of dyspepsia in teenager in the emergency room of GMIM Kalooran Amurang Hospital. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to conduct counseling or health promotion, especially on diseases that easily occur in teenager related to diet and healthy lifestyle.]]>

Thus, an idea or finding that is new or new changes but that have less impact on problem-solving efforts cannot be classified as innovation. Innovation as an idea, idea, practice, or object/thing that is realized and accepted as something new by a person or group for adoption. Education and learning to face various challenges and problems due to the community's increasing desire to get an education, which cumulatively demands adequate facilities and means of ensuring the quality of education provided. The development of modern science calls for a solid foundation of education and continuous mastery of abilities. It thus demands a more comprehensive education following the concept of life extended education. Developments in technology make it easier for humans to control and take advantage of nature and its environment, but which are often handled as a threat to preserving social roles. The challenges above are felt even more severe because of various problems that exist both from outside and from within the quality of education itself.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is presented with a study of the jalalyn interpretation presented by Gus Baha through the YouTube channel. Massive use of new media is increasingly difficult to control which results in various new problems, namely the competence of a mufassir (whether or not it is appropriate to interpret the Qur'an) as well as problems related to effectiveness in conveying the contents of his verses which are prone to deviations due to technological developments. The method used in this study is qualitative with virtual ethnographic characteristics, namely by collecting various data from the internet, namely YouTube. The interpretation theory used by Gus Baha is that which was initiated by al-Farmawi and Nasharuddin Baidan and then reviewed with semiotics using Charles Pierce's theory. The tahlili method and the fiqh style are the methods used by Gus Baha in interpreting them. The research results in this case show various symbols that explain from one word to another with meanings that become long resulting in an understanding of the science of fiqh. When Gus Baha mentions this verse, it enters the object symbolThis research is expected to add to the body of knowledge for readers as well as if deficiencies are found it can be perfected and corrected in subsequent research.]]>

<![CDATA[The study of this research is about the meaning and structure that exist in the Al-Qur'an Musabaqah festival in Indonesia with the analytical knife using Rolland Barthes' semiotic theory. In his semiotic analysis, Rolland Barthes describes the meaning of denotation, connotative meaning and myths regarding the meaning and structure of the Musabaqah recitations of the Qur'an which are contained in the Musabaqah Al-Qur'an festival in Indonesia, to be precise taking samples from one of the participants in the Musabaqah Recitations of the Koran at the West Java level in 2023. The research method used by the author is a qualitative-interpretive method with data collection techniques, namely documentation by searching, collecting and compiling data from various sources that are relevant to research-related problems. As for the results of Rolland Barthes's semiotic study on the meaning and structure of the recitations of the Qur'an Musabaqah recitations of the Qur'an in Indonesia, the writer found several symbols which include: praying, reciting isti'adzah, basmalah, intonation in reading the words in particular, the use of nagham and qira'at schools, to ethics in dress and ethics towards the Koran.]]>

<![CDATA[Production management can be defined as a process that continuously and effectively uses management functions to efficiently integrate various resources in order to achieve company goals. This study aims to analyze the production management of Sekawan Rimba's furniture business and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for the production management of Sekawan Rimba's furniture business. This study uses a qualitative method of descriptive analysis approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validation techniques used method and source triangulation, by collecting similar data and information from a variety of different sources. Data analysis in this study used an interactive model, namely a four-stage collection analysis: consisting of data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and verification/conclusion. The results of the study show that Sekawan Rimba furniture has carried out the operational management function properly so that it is able to maintain its business existence. By using good raw materials and having an experienced workforce, Sekawan Rimba furniture is able to produce quality products and consistently produce their products. Quality products and friendly service can satisfy consumers. One of the obstacles in the production process at Sekawan Rimba furniture is that there are only a few skilled workers, so other workers need to get more direction. And labor indiscipline in terms of delivery of goods which are often late.]]>

Boba drink is one of those kinds of popular drinks, which originated from Taiwan and has become a popular beverage throughout the world, including in Indonesia, especially among youths and young adults. Boba drink contains high levels of sugar and calorie and is part of the larger group of sugarsweetened beverage (SSB). Boba shops generally offer various beverage flavors, toppings, sizes, choices of sugar and ice level that can be personalized. . The "KAMSIA BOBA" beverage business is a business engaged in the beverage sector which has a different concept from other drinks. The vision of "KAMSIA BOBA" is to provide a different experience to buyers, as well as provide the best and memorable service so that customers always want to come back. The target market for "KAMSIA BOBA" is for the lower middle class but does not rule out also for the upper class who have a lifestyle and a penchant for drinking sweet and cold drinks both to take home. Several marketing strategies implemented by "KAMSIA BOBA" namely social media and direct marketing.]]>
