Abstract

Economy and politics influence each other. A changing political map will affect policy to economic conditions and vice versa. Likewise with Islamic economics, its development was influenced by political power during the emergence of Islamic economics until today. Islamic political economy has a positive value for Indonesia in an effort to accelerate the empowerment of small and medium enterprises as an element of economic growth. One of the areas for Islamic economic instruments to become part of national policy is regulation. Through research with qualitative methods and a literature study approach, the researcher wants to analyze the regulations on the Islamic economy in Mojokerto district which has many micro, small and medium enterprises. Researchers conducted this research with the aim of analyzing the sustainability of Islamic economic values to all components of government apparatus and business actors in Mojokerto Regency and at the same time offering regulations to the Mojokerto Regency government which focuses on efforts to increase the size of the Islamic economic industry in institutional expansion. This study provides the results, first, Islamic economic values have not been sustainable in the political economy of Mojokerto Regency. Second, the sustainability of the Islamic economy in Mojokerto Regency can be realized in the political economy of government through policies or regulations that improve the Islamic financial industry by synergizing it with the community to empower MSMEs.

Abstract

BUMDES in recent years has indeed become the subject of conversation, not only by ordinary people but also among researchers and students. This is understandable, because the existence of BUMDES has a strategic role in the midst of society, especially in rural areas. If examined carefully the nature of BUMDES is not merely as a commercial economic institution, but also as a means to improve community welfare, in this study aims to describe the BUMDES Gesang business units. Analyzing the role of BUMDES in strengthening the village economy in the village of Gesang, Tempeh sub-district, Lumajang Regency, which was then reviewed from the perspective of the Islamic maqasid. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research type of research is field research which in data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. While for data analysis techniques, namely by reducing the data presentation of data and drawing conclusions while for checking the validity of the data is to use triangulation. The results of this study can be seen that: Gesang BUMDES business units there are three agricultural units, service units and HIPPA units.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the leading sectors that contributes significantly to Indonesia's national income. Yogyakarta is one of the regions in Indonesia that can run halal tourism. because yogyakarta is one of the provinces that has many tourist attractions. In addition, the majority of the population of Yogyakarta is Muslim. Therefore, it has potential in the development of halal tourism. One of the things that attracts the attention of both local and international tourists is the traditional vehicles in this city. The traditional vehicles are andong and pedicap. This research is descriptive qualitative by using an inductive approach. The theoretical basis is used as a guide so that the research focus is in accordance with the facts on the ground. In this study, we as researchers started from the data, using the existing theory as explanatory material. Andong adn pedicab being a passenger transport. The uniqueness and peculiarity of the andong and pedicab make it not only an ordinary transportation but has become part of a halal tourist attraction that is quite popular with tourists in the Malioboro area.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine: (1) floating market dynamics in Lok Baintan, Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan, (2) floating market building factors in Lok Baintan, Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan, (3) floating market reconstruction in Lok Baintan, Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan Islamic maqashid perspective. This research is a type of field research (field research) using a qualitative approach. There are two types of data sources used, namely primary and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the dynamics of the Lok Baintan Floating Market consists of four interrelated elements. The factors that influence the construction of the Lok Baintan Floating Market are the development of the Lok Baintan Floating Market, the environmental conditions, the facilities and infrastructure found in the Lok Baintan Floating Market, and government policies related to the Lok Baintan Floating Market. Reconstruction of the Baintan Floating Market in the perspective of maqashid sharia is implemented through the following five things, namely the welfare of the life goals of the local floating market traders, maslahat in consumer behavior, the benefit of the individual is equal to social benefit, the concept of maslahat limits all market activities, and the concept of open maslahat is fulfilled.

Abstract

Sharia life insurance is a coverage or agreement between two parties in which one party is obliged to pay contributions or premiums. In sharia insurance, it is usually a contract in the form of a tijarah agreement and or tabarru contract. Where Tijarah contract is all forms of contracts carried out for commercial purposes such as Mudhorobah, Wadiah, and Wakalah. While Tabarru agreement is all forms of contracts that are done with the purpose of kindness and help is not shown for commercial. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. The conclusion in this discussion is that PT. Asuransi Syariah Keluarga Indonesia (ASYKI) Pasuruan Unit is good and in accordance with Law No.40 of 2014 concerning sharia life insurance business in risk management based on sharia principles, although it does not cover the possibility of individuals registering individually, but the recommended solution from PT ASYKI Pasuruan Unit against individual policy insurance applicants will be directed against one of business entity in cooperation with PT ASYKI Pasuruan Unit.
