Abstract

International transaction systems are often referred to as international payment systems. International payments are payments for transactions made by countries involved in international trade based on previously negotiated agreements. Abstract

Limited supplies in a country, import activities were initiated. Export-import activities as well can foster harmonious relations between nations. With this international trade, many party involved and you're welcome get profit, good profit results sell nor profit on fulfillment needs. Export import also is wrong one field work that has a big impact on business people. Prioritization of exports for Indonesia already been encouraged since 1983. The research method used is by applying normative or doctrinal legal research, with an analytical and comparative study approach law (comparative law) by emphasizing comparison with existing legal provisions regulate work agreements in several common law and civil law countries, as the basis of the foundation methodology study law. Amount activity export which increase will cause the demand for domestic currency increases and the exchange rate strengthens besides causing energy work absorbed in a manner full which means unemployment rate is reduced

Abstract

This study aims to determine the government's role in the economy and the effect of exports and imports on the rate of economic growth in North Sumatra in 2001-2021. This study uses data collection methods and literature studies. Data was collected through the Central Bureau of Statistics for North Uumatera Province and literature studies were carried out by collecting library data, reading and taking notes, and managing research materials. The results of the study show that the government has a role in increasing economic growth and exports and imports in the short term have an influence on the rate of economic growth of 29.69 percent. Export and import variables are not the variables that have the most influence on the rate of economic growth in North Sumatra for the 2001-2021 period. In the short term, there is 70.31% influence from other variables that cannot be explained in this study

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the application of ethics in doing business at the Medan MMTC Market. This research uses qualitative research that produces descriptive data, descriptive research is research that only describes the state of the object or problem, using interviews and direct observation methods. This research was conducted at Pasar Raya MMTC Medan on Jl. Willieam Iskandar, New Memories, Kec. Percut Sei Tuan, Kab. Deli Serdang, in order to obtain an overview of the application of ethics in doing business at Pasar Raya MMTC Medan. Observations and interviews conducted show that traders understand and apply business ethics in trading, where honesty is a very important and relevant principle for business activities, and customer service is a very important aspect in trading where this affects trust and image. business
