Abstract

This research delves into the impact of work-life balance practices on the job satisfaction of kitchen professionals working in five-star category hotels situated in Delhi NCR, India. Employing a quantitative approach, data is gathered through surveys involving 300 respondents. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regressions are harnessed to explore the intricate relationships between work-life balance, job satisfaction, and the overall well-being of employees. The findings underscore the pivotal role of work-life balance in elevating job satisfaction within the dynamic kitchen department of the hotel industry. Furthermore, the study offers practical recommendations for hotel kitchen management to effectively implement work-life balance initiatives

Abstract

Scholars argue that ambidexterity serves as a crucial precursor not only to organizational innovation but also for teams and individual workers. This study indulges into ambidexterity and analyzes the synergic combination of transformational and transactional leadership style to create ambidextrous leadership and the positive impact of ambidextrous leadership on job satisfaction in Nepalese commercial banks. The research employed a survey design to collect data from 150 employees in Nepali commercial banks. Simple random sampling techniques were utilized, and a questionnaire was administered to gauge respondents' job satisfaction levels with various dimensions of transactional leadership styles, employing a five-point Likert scale. The findings reveal a significant relationship between ambidextrous leadership style dimensions and job satisfaction in Nepali commercial banks. The study concludes that ambidextrous leadership is the potential to be the most influential leadership style for fostering job satisfaction and recommends the balancing of counteracting leadership styles promoting ambidextrous leadership in Nepali commercial banks

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of financial literacy, pocket money, and lifestyle on the financial behavior of students who use online shopping platforms at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Mataram. This study uses primary data from questionnaires to 120 respondents who are active students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Mataram, and students who use online shopping platforms such as Shopee and TikTok Shop. The method used is quantitative research with multiple linear regression analysis on the IBM SPSS software application version 25. This study concluded that financial literacy and pocket money positively and significantly affect the financial behavior of students who use online shopping platforms. This means that the better the understanding of financial literacy and the higher the amount of pocket money owned, the better the students' financial behavior. However, lifestyle does not affect students' financial behavior using online shopping platforms. This means that a high or low lifestyle does not affect students' financial behavior using online shopping platforms

Abstract

Abstract – Artificial Intelligence, renowned for its data interpretation, learning, and task achievement capabilities, has gained popularity in various industries and academies due to enhanced efficiency and quality. This study aims to determine the extent of AI usage among students, including functionality, availability, complexity, assessment scores, course mastery, and grading metrics. It also seeks to determine if a relationship exists between AI usage and their academic performance. The study employs a quantitative approach using a correlational design. The respondents of the study are 293 Business Administration students from Negros Oriental State University Main Campus 1, Dumaguete City. The study's findings suggest that AI usage among students is moderately prevalent in terms of functionality, availability, and complexity. However, the students' academic performance was found to be above-average, with high scores on assessments, course mastery, and excellent grades. There is no significant relationship between AI use and academic performance found. In conclusion, AI tools offer personalized learning experiences, immediate feedback, and collaborative activities, but further growth and improvement are needed, including training, accessibility, research, monitoring, and best practices sharing

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of accountants in the development of ERP systems in the 4.0 era. Accountant roles as strategist, ERP expert, IT expert and communicator. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques, namely interviews. Data validation was checked using the triangulation method. The research results show that (1) the role of the accountant as a strategist functions to review the company's system and then develop a strategy for the development of the company's system; (2) the accountant's role as an ERP expert serves as a monitor that oversees and controls the company's systems; (3) the role of the accountant as an IT expert serves to provide accounting data information in the company's system; (4) the role of accountants as communicators does not have much effect because they have been replaced by artificial intelligence functions in company system applications

Abstract

This article discusses the sustainability of the mushroom cultivation business in Beruk Village, Jatiyoso District, Karanganyar Regency. This research focuses on three variables, namely entrepreneurial literacy, digital literacy, and business sustainability. This study uses qualitative methods and direct observation of the subject with interview-based data collection which is then examined using a qualitative approach technique. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurial literacy and digital literacy in mushroom cultivation business actors in Beruk Village, Jatiyoso District, Karanganyar Regency can be categorized as quite good because the mushroom cultivation business actors already have an understanding of the business being established. Meanwhile, business continuity shows that the mushroom cultivation business is quite good because it can develop well

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are traditional Islamic educational institutions that exist only in Indonesia, have become an integral part of the culture of Islamic education in Indonesia and are synonymous with studying the yellow book away from the hustle and bustle of the business world. The purpose of this research is to determine the education process, design an education model in a modern Indonesian Agro Boarding School with agribusiness skills. This research also conducted a SWOT analysis to determine management strategies, as well as the internalization process. The object of research is a modern boarding school in West Java. The research method used qualitative analysis using SWOT analysis. Collective data is done by distributing questionnaires and indept interviews. Informants used as data sources are boarding school administrators. The results prove that the educational process in pesantren is grouped into two parts of learning religious knowledge and enterpreunership skills. The enterprenership education model is designed according to the talents of the students in the field of agribusiness with each accompanied by a tutor. Based on the results of the Swot analysis, the management strategy that can be applied is a growth strategy and strengthens the internalization of management. The implications of the research change the paradigm of the pesantern cottage as a place to create Islamic entrepreneurship and competitiveness
