Jurnal Ekonomi Bisnis Digital adalah Jurnal Nasional dalam bidang ilmu ekonomi bisnis digital. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja keuangan, ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan corporate social responsibility sebagai variabel moderasi pada perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2016-2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia melalui website BEI. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di BEI, Periode dalam penelitian ini yaitu tahun 2016 sampai 2020. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan sampel yang representatif sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditentukan. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi. Data yang siap diolah akan dilakukan pengujian statistik dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Corporate social responsibility sebagai variabel moderasi tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Corporate social responsibility sebagai variabel moderasi tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence and work discipline on employee performance at the Human Resource Development Board of North Sumatra Province. In this study using multiple analysis techniques that function to determine the effect of two or more independent variables on the dependent variable. This study uses an associative method with a quantitative approach. The population used in this study was 120 respondents from employees who worked at the Human Resources Development Agency for North Sumatra Province.The results of this study indicate that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a sig. 0.033 < 0.05 and t count 2.158 > t table 1.980. Work discipline has a negative and significant effect on employee performance with a sig. 0.002 < 0.05 and the t value is -3.128 > 1.980. Competence and work discipline have a simultaneous effect on employee performance with a sig. 0.003 <0.05 and the calculated f value is 6.099 > f table 3.07

Abstract

Abstract Profit growth is the difference between existing profits from the current year and profits in the previous year. The purpose of this study is to obtain information about the effect of net profit margin and return on assets on growth profits. The companies that were included in the current population interview were the food and beverage industry on the IDX. Purposive sampling was used for samples from around 18 different businesses. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the net profit margin of the food and beverage industry is relatively good, but the return on investment from asset investment is not so profitable.

Abstract

Tough competition in the food and beverage industry requires innovative strategies to increase productivity and attract new capital from the capital markets. Healthy company performance will generate a lot of profit for the company, so that the company's share price will also increase and attract the interest of investors. This study aims to analyse the impact of return on assets on the share price of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019-2021. The population of this study was 19 companies in the food and beverage sector listed on the IDX for the 2019-2021 period, which were accessed from the website www.idx.co.id. Purposive sampling technique was used to determine the sample, and data from 57 companies were obtained. Simple linear regression is used in the modelling after the results of the classical assumption test show that the data are normally distributed, there is no multicollinearity problem and no heteroscedasticity. It can be concluded that this model has met the requirements of the classical assumption test in the use of multiple linear regression models. The test results show that Fcount (2.423) is less than the Ftable (3.947) and the significance is less than 0.05, it can be concluded that RoA has an effect on stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Earning Per Share (EPS) on the Share Prices of Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Sub Sector which are listed on the Bei for the 2017-2021 period. In this study using a quantitative method which is based on a numerical calculation scale. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between Return On Assets on Stock Prices. There is an influence between Return on Equity on Stock Prices. There is an influence between Earning Per Share on Share Prices. Based on research conducted on manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017 to 2021, it can be concluded that there is a simultaneous effect of Return On Assets, Return On Equity, and Earning Per Share on Stock Prices. The R-Square value is 37.2%, this means that 37.2% of the variation in the value of the Share Price is determined by the role of the variation in the value of Return On Assets, Return On Equity, and Earning Per Share. In other words, the contribution of Return On Assets, Return On Equity, and Earning Per Share in influencing stock prices is 37.2% while the remaining 62.8% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of competence, work discipline and work environment on work performance at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan partially or simultaneously. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population in this study are all employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan with 389 employees. Based on the calculation of sampling, the number of samples in this study were 115 employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan. Data collection techniques in this study used documentation, observation, and questionnaire techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study used a quantitative approach using statistical analysis using multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study prove that competence has a partial effect on work performance, work discipline has a partial effect on work performance, work environment has a partial effect on work performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether "The Effect of Current Ratio and Account Receivable Turnover on Return On Assets in Food and Beverage Companies Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 Period". The research design used in this study is an associative method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is that there are 21 companies that are included in the Food and Beverage company sub-sector for the 2019-2021 period. The sample in this study was 13 companies which over a period of 3 years totaled 39 samples to be used in this study. The results of this study indicate that the Current Ratio partially has a significant effect on Return On Assets. Receivable Account Turnover partially has a significant effect on Return On Assets. Current Ratio and Account Receivable Turnover simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable (Return On Assets).

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether independent attitudes, motivation, entrepreneurial knowledge affect entrepreneurial interest, to determine whether independent attitudes affect entrepreneurial interest, to determine whether motivation affects entrepreneurial interest, to determine whether entrepreneurial knowledge affects entrepreneurial interest. In this study, the population consists of 1683 residents who live in Kota Matsum II Medan Urban Village. The sample taken was 115 people who were young UMKM entrepreneurs in Kota Matsum II Village. the analytical methods used include multiple linear regression, and in addition, tests such as data quality tests and classical assumption tests. The results showed that the independent attitude variable has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. Entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest in young UMKM who are just starting a business in Kota Matsum II Village, Medan in the culinary field.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and describe the effect of the debt to equity ratio (DER) on the stock prices of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2021 period. The research method used is quantitative. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. This research is explanatory. Samples were taken using the Purposive Sampling method in the form of 56 manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019-2021 period. These results indicate that the DER variable has an effect on stock prices. This proves to be significant above 0.05. So when DER goes up, it affects stock prices. Simple regression analysis for this study gives a simple regression equation Y = 253.635 + 0.480. Then the determination test gives a correlation value (R) of 0.238 or 23.8% which indicates that the dependent variable and independent variable are positively correlated, meaning that if the DER increases, the stock price will also increase. The value of the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) can have a DER effect on the dependent variable (stock price) which is indicated by R2 which is equal to 0.057.Keywords: Debt to Equity Ratio Stock Price
