Abstract

Debate both technically and economically in the use of road construction used often occurs.One of them is the lower foundation layer as a working floor and transfer of load from the topcover layer to the subgrade. The purpose of this study was to obtain the level of technicaleffectiveness and the level of cost and time efficiency in the use of thin concrete and aggregategrade foundation layers from the Mangkurawang-Rapak Lambur road improvement projectin Tenggarong District. Rigid hardening is determined as the closing pavement. Technicallythe pavement plan design uses the 1993 AASHTO method while the 2017 binary analysismethod is used to compare costs and time. The results show that for a road improvementproject of 1,151 km with a subgrade CBR of 5%, the lower grade aggregate foundation B is15 cm thick with a planned budget of Rp. 5,153,245,000.00 while the time required is 49 days.Meanwhile for thin concrete 10 cm thick. With a budget plan of Rp. 6,147,623,000.00 within43 days. Means the bottom foundation layer aggregate class B 16.18% more efficient with atime of 12.24% more efficiency compared to thin concrete.Keywords: lower foundation layer, thin concrete, AASHTO, binamarga analysis

Abstract

One of the value engineering innovations in supporting a million housing program from theGovernment which is supervised by the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing onhousing or residential assistance for low-income people, PT Duta Cipta Pakarperkasa whichis engaged in the Steel Industry has issued a simple house product Rupak using the concept ofgrowing houses with knockable walls made from Expandable Polystrane (foam foam) coatedwith steel plates. The purpose of this study was to obtain a comparison of the cost and time ofimplementation in building a simple Rupak and conventional type 36 house, namely by usinga descriptive analysis method that was processed to determine the RAB and standards used inRupak houses and conventional houses. It turned out to be the result that for a modest houseit needed Rp. 80,898,797.52 while for conventional simple houses Rp. 92,471,372.31. Abstract

The Sangkulirang-Bontang road improvement project is in the form of delays on the seventhweek of December amounting to 6.21%. The cause of the delay in the execution of work wasthe problem of asphalt work and thermoplast road marking equipment. This research isintended to obtain optimal solutions in order to catch up on project delays. There are twoalternatives that can be assessed, namely the first addition to the time of workimplementation using the amount of equipment available, and the second by increasing theamount of equipment used. It turned out that the first alternative cost was Rp. 18,349,500.24with a period of 17 days. The second alternative is the implementation cost of Rp.36,699,234.86 but with a processing time of 9 days. Because the first alternative is cheaperwith time still permissible, the first alternative is chosen. In order to catch up on work delays,planning and scheduling are obtained and the acceleration of the duration of the projectcompletion is 1 day from the initial project planning of 59.0%. And in terms of costs there isa difference in the contract value of Rp.5,565,986,000.00 with a total cost of work of Rp.4,647,256,026.19 or Rp. 505,998,154.81 amounting to 0.165%Keywords: planning and scheduling project, delays, crashing time, road improvement

Abstract

The work contract for the Surabaya-Gempol toll road relocation project Porong-Gempolpackage 2 Porong-Kejapanan has been signed, namely in the form of a lump sum contract.Due to a request from BPJT to change the design from 2 x 4 lanes to 2 x 6 lanes on theSurabaya-Gempol toll road relocation project, Porong-Gempol 2 Porong-Kejapanan, thecontractor intends to propose a contract change from a lump sum to a unit price contract.This study aims to determine and determine the factors that influence changes in the contract.It turns out that by distributing questionnaires, it can be found that there are five mainvariables, namely service users (X1), service providers (X2), third parties (X3), contracts (X4)and environment (X5) that affect the final outcome of contract change (Y). By using factoranalysis and stepwise regression analysis aided by the SPSS program, it was found that onlythe service user variable (X1) and the service provider variable (X2), which significantlyaffected the contract change dependent variable (Y). And that influence is expressed by therelationship Y = -1,171 + 0,268 X1 + 0,529 X2.Keywords: lump sum contract, unit price contract,  factor analysis, multiple regressionanalysis

Abstract

The underground road construction project in the satellite roundabout area is a project witha risk level that is difficult to predict, so an in-depth risk management analysis is needed.With the approach of the quality, cost and time specs, the dominant risk factors and changesin costs and time will be sought due to the influence of these risk factors. By using 35respondents, it turns out that the final results of the analysis show that from the aspect ofquality, the factor of planning changes, material lacking in quality, low productivity of worktools becomes the dominant risk factor. While from the aspect of time, it turns out that thefailure factor of the team / project management, planning changes, and planning errors arethe dominant risk factors. Meanwhile, in terms of cost aspects of project management factorsand traffic safety, structural excavation, geotextile work, rigid pavement are the dominantrisk factors and from the natural aspect and planning aspects become the dominant source ofrisk in terms of time and scope of structure work, general scope of work of in terms of cost. Asa result of these risk factors, it results in changes in costs for structural works of 75 million or53%, while in public works amounting to 63 million or 11% with changes in time> 30 days. Abstract

To obtain a better profit without ignoring work safety and quality of work, the acceleration ofthe implementation of the work of a construction project can be done using the Crashing andFast Track method. The research objective is to determine the amount of cost and timeincurred by the acceleration of implementation and determine the magnitude of the difference in budget and time spent with the Crashing and Fast Track methods. The Crashing method uses 2 types of variables, namely the addition of 1 hour, 2 hours and 3 hours overtime, andthe addition of heavy equipment and labor, while the Fast Track method uses 3 times theoverlapping application of work items. It turns out that the most optimal result is the additionof 2 hours of overtime work for 163 days so there is a reduction in costs of Rp. 156,358,936,while the Fast Track Method obtained the most efficient results are the results of operationswith a total duration of 130 calendar days, and with a total cost of Rp. 16,812,941,734,38,while the difference between the total plan and the cost after Fast Track is: Rp.340,933,265.63. The Fast Track method is cheaper than the Crashing method which usesovertime hours for 2 hours.Keywords: acceleration of project time and cost, Crashing method, Fast Track method.

Abstract

Prasarana jalan merupakan sarana dan prasarana publik yang harus dapat dirasakan keberadaannya oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat maka sebagai konsekuensinya hak penguasaan dan wewenangnya dilakukan oleh pemerintah dan diharapkan setiap daerah mampu mengembangkan sistem penyelenggaraan pelayanan kepada masyarakat yang lebih akomodatif terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat setempat agar prasarana tersebut dapat dirasakan sebaik mungkin maka perlu dibutuhkan pemeliharaan akan prasarana tersebut.Tujuan dari penulisan tesis ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat kerusakan jalan untuk menuntukan skala prioritas penanganan dan mengevaluasi, mengestimasi dan merencanakan pekerjaan berdasarkan biaya yang dianggarkan dan waktu dengan metode Methode Analytcal Hierarchy Process. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Identifikasi data jaringan dan kerusakan jalan pada ruas-ruas jalan kabupaten di Wilayah Selatan Kabupaten Lamongan untuk mendapatkan penanganan sesuai kebutuhan. Adapun kriteria yang memperoleh prioritas paling tinggi adalah kondisi struktur jalan dengan bobot 61 %, prioritas kedua kriteria kondisi lalu lintas dengan bobot 30 %, dan prioritas ketiga kriteria kondisi jenis perkerasan dengan bobot 0,09 %

Abstract

Jalan KH Mukmin in Sidoarjo Regency is a secondary connecting road for the cities of Surabaya and Mojokerto and is one of the culinary centers of food, business and education all day long passing through this road section, over time many vehicles pass through this section which results in unstable flow, vehicle queues It is also exacerbated by side climbing such as the number of vehicles coming out of village alleys, parking on street and pedestrians crossing the road. This causes congestion, especially during rush hour. Problems in a KH Mukmin road section are caused by the high volume of traffic because it needs a solution to reduce traffic also to find out how to reduce the volume of traffic on the road in the research year and to know the performance of the KH Mukmin road section after the traffic volume has decreased. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from field surveys and secondary data obtained by the Transportation Agency of Sidoarjo Regency, Bappeda of Sidoarjo Regency, and the Road Transportation Safety Performance Book in Sidoarjo Regency in 2019. The primary data are road geometry data and traffic volume data. obtained by conducting a traffic volume survey for 2 days (11 and 12 November 2019). Secondary data in the form of population data, road network data and road function data. Analysis of road performance using the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) method with the degree of saturation (DS) as the main indicator of road segment performance. The results of the analysis show the performance of the KH. Believers according to the 1997 MKJI method are 0.86 with a level of D. To improve the performance of the KH Mukmin road in the research year, the solution is to choose the volume of motorcycle traffic to Erlangga road and after diverting the volume of motorcycle traffic to the road Erlangga, the performance of the KH Mukmin road segment increases to 0.64 with a service level of B. volume. Abstract

The Kraton Market Revitalization Project on Jalan Cinde, Kraton Village, Tegal Barat District, Tegal City started on July 28, 2019 and is targeted to be completed on December 28, 2019. However, there has been a delay in the 11th week of 6.9%, so this project has the potential to experience problems. overall delay in completion. To anticipate these delays, efforts are needed to accelerate project completion by analyzing the acceleration of time against costs (Time Cost Trade Off). The consequence of accelerating the completion of this development is a change in direct and indirect costs which will affect the cost of this Kraton Market Revitalization. The total cost of this Kraton Market Revitalization plan is Rp. 4,050,750,000.00 with details of direct costs of Rp. 3,790,134,382.00 and indirect costs of Rp. 260.615618.00. This study uses 2 alternative accelerations, namely the addition of 3 hours of overtime per day and the addition of workers, with a target time of project completion on December 28, 2019, initial plan. Then the researcher will compare the costs that must be incurred by the contractor either by using additional working hours or additional labor against if the project is not controlled and has the potential to be late. In this study, researchers used the Microsoft Project 2019 tool to create a network and to search for critical activities in this Kraton Market Revitalization project. The conclusions obtained from the research are: (1) If the project implementation is not controlled, it will be 10 days late from the plan and potentially result in the total cost being Rp. 4.111.001.107.42. (2) With the alternative of additional working hours (overtime), the completion on time according to the plan with a total cost of Rp. 4,095,530,798.10. Abstract

Roads are a very important need because they can support several fields in the area, which include the economic, social and tourism fields. In supporting these needs, the DPU. Bina Marga has issued references as guidelines for the implementation of planning, which include 02/M/BM/2013, Pd T-05-2005 and Pt T-01-2002-B. According to the Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No. 34 of 2006 the province has a lane width of at least 7 (seven) meters. The road leading to Bts City Bojonegoro-Pajeng (Bts. Nganjuk Regency) is currently appropriate pavement structure for repairs on Jalan Departemen Bojonegoro–Pajeng (Bts. Nganjuk Regency) (Link 144) Km. B.Goro 6+000 – 10+000 in Bojonegoro Regency is a structure using asphalt concrete pavement (flexible pavement) because it relates to a shorter work execution time of 196 calendar days with a budget of Rp. 11,693,000,000,-. while for rigid pavement (Rigid Pavement) the required time is 306 calendar days with a budget of Rp. 16,485,199,000, - this will risk the project not being completed or breaking the contract, because most APBD projects are single year or only one budget year.
