Abstract

The Effect of Training on the Performance of Construction Workers in the Field of Construction and Control of the PUPR Office of Jambi Province, explained from the results of a simple linear regression equation calculation. The simple linear regression equation obtained is as follows Y = 6,519 + 0,801. This equation shows that the training regression coefficient has a tight direction toward the performance of construction workers in the construction sector and the control of the Jambi provincial PUPR office.The Correlation Coefficient of the value r = 0.515 means that training has a close relationship with Performance (Y) in the Field of Construction and Control of the PUPR Office of Jambi Province, which is equal to 51.5%.The Determination Coefficient is known from the value of r² = 0.511 (51.1%) which means that the contribution of variable X (training) to variable Y (performance) is 51.1%, the rest (100% - 51.5% = 0.485) Influenced by other variables not examined in the study this. Keywords: Training ;  Performance of Construction Workers

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the work environment and employee performance at the Muara Sabak Sub-District Head Office, Tanjung Jabung Timur.To analyze the influence of the work environment on employee performance at the Muara Sabak Sub-District Head Office, Tanjung Jabung Timur.In conducting organization or company activities, the work environment is all the conditions that are located around the workers, so that either directly or indidirectly can affect him in carrying out the tasks charged Methods of data collction in this study using damage research and field research by collectinf data usinf questionnaire techniqus or collect data by preparing a list of statements. And information soureed from the internet for theory retrieval.Subdistrict Muara Sabak Tanjung Jabung Timur is area formed under the law Constitution Number .54 year 1999 Subdistrict Muara Sabak Tanjung Jabung Timur.Based on the results of the regression analysis abowed that the regression equation Y = 1,413 + 0,930X with R² 0.834. Partially, the work environment affect on the performance of employees at Kantor Muara Sabak Tanjung Jabung Timur, with value of 4.320 and significant levels 0.000.In this study, outhors give suggestion that is should Kantor Camat Muara Sabak Tanjung Jabung Timur more intensively pay attention to work environment will affect even better, with continue to improve comfort and security.Keyword: Work Environment, Employee Performance

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the placement of an employee in Ministry of Religion Office in Jambi City. Next to analyze how to work target in the Ministry of Religion Office in Jambi City. And also to analyze how the influence of placement on performance clerk in Ministry of Religion Office in Jambi City. This research uses descriptive method quantitative correlational research with the form that describes the relationship of the free variables with variables bound. The research on the analysis tools using simple regression with hypothesis prove with statistical tests t. The results showed that the placement of significant effect on performance clerk where marked with a t calculate > t tables and the Prog. SIG α (0.05) <. While the correlation value i.e. 59.8% of these mean that occur close relationships between placement variables with employees performance variables.Keywords: Placement: Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether the total debt total capital of total sales has a partially or simultaneously significant effect on net income in the food and beverage industry listed on the IDX for the period 2013-2017. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis method and qualitative descriptive analysis. The analysis tool of this study is the same as the analytical method, namely multiple linear regression using log. The results of the study show that simultaneously from this study shows the effect of total total capital total debt usage on net income in the food and beverage industry listed on the IDX for the period 2013-2017. Simultaneously with the number of Fc 154.741 and Ftable 2.91, it can be seen that Fcount> Ftable is 154.741> 2.91, meaning that there is a significant effect on gross profit margin, earnings per sahre and debt tototal assets ratio to net income. Partial influence on the effect of total total capital total debt sales on Net Profit in the Food and Beverage Industry listed on the Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017 with total debt (-0.7773) and ttable 2.039 means tcount <ttable, (-0.77) <2,039, meaning total debt does not have a positive effect on net income, total capital is 10.360 and ttable 2.039 means tcount> ttable, 10.360> 2.039, meaning that total capital does have a positive influence on net income and total sales tcount (-0.926) and ttable 2.039 is the meaning of tcount <t table, (-0,926) <2,039 which means that total sales do not have a positive effect on net income for the period 2013-2017. Keywords: Total Debt, Total Capital, Total Sales, Net Profit.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the potential, ranking of financial distress in the fisheries sub-sector which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2013-2017 period. In this study the research sample was taken using purposive sampling technique. From these techniques there were 3 companies namely PT. Central Proteina Prima Tbk, PT. Dharma Samudera Fishing Industries Tbk, and PT. Inti Agri Resource Tbk. Next to analyze how the potential and ranking of financial distress data is processed using the Altman Z-score analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that by using the Altman Z-score method from three companies that were used as research samples there were PT. Dharma Samudera Fishing Industries Tbk for the last 5 years in the gray area position, PT. Central Proteina Prima Tbk in 2016 and 2017 is in a bankrupt position, and PT. Inti Agri Resources Tbk in 2016 and 2017 can improve its financial position with tinsel in a position not bankrupt Keywords: financial distress, Altman Z-score, fisheries sub-sector
