Abstract

This study attempts to describe the implementation of the quality of service and customer satisfaction in pt.The federal international finance ( fif ) and to analyse the influence of the quality of service for customer satisfaction in pt.The federal international finance ( fif ) tempino muaro jambi. district postThe methodology used in this research is a method which is a method of diskriptif. The analytical tool in this study is simple linear regression with the aim to enter the researched data into a regression equation. The results showed that Service Quality had a significant effect on Service Satisfaction at PT. Federal International Finance (FIF), Tempino Post, Muaro Jambi Regency, which was marked by Testing the independent variable (Service Quality), from the results of the t test, the tcount < t table (5.867> 1.660), it can be concluded that Service Quality has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

Work motivation plays a very important role in employee performance. Therefore, the purpose of  this research is to describe the work motivation and employee performance, and to find out and analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance in PT. Bintang Pinang Cemerlang Kota Jambi. Research methods in this study is descriptive and quantitative method. Data analyze use SPSS Ver 22 and using models simple linier regression with result of count Y = 1,116+0,527X+e. The test of determination with R2 of 37,6%. T test by comparison tcount 3,547 > ttable 0,3338 then Ho accepted Hi be. Rejected. To analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance on PT. Bintang Pinang Cemerlang Kota Jambi. The distribution of questionnaires with a then the sample in this study amounted to 35 people respondent. Work Motivation regression coefficient (X) is 0,527, meaning that work motivation (X) has increased by 1%, so employee performance (Y) PT. Bintang Pinang Cemerlang Kota Jambi. The coefficient of determination is known from the value of R2=0,376 (37,6%) which means that work motivation (X) is able to explain employee performance  (Y) at the PT. Bintang Pinang Cemerlang Kota Jambi that is equal to 37,6% and the remaining 62,4% is influenced by other variables. Not investigated in this study. Based on t-test, t-count value is 3,547 and the t-table is 0,3338. From the comparison results, it can be seen that  the test by comparison tcount 3,547 > ttable 0,3338 then Ho accepted Hi be. Rejected. Meaning that brand image affect purchasing decisions at PT. Bintang Pinang Cemerlang Kota Jambi.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the influence of employee motivation and performance at PT Mandiri Mandiri Fortuna. This study is useful to examine whether motivation influences employee performance which aims to describe employee motivation and performance and to know and analyze the influence of motivation and performance of PT Duren employees Mandiri Fortuna. This study uses qualitative and quantitative methods with analytical methods using simple linear regression, normality test, t test. and also assisted with softwear spss ver 20. The results of simple linear regression analysis Y = 18.603 + 0.445 X. In the partial test it was obtained t table (2.00575 <5.915). This means that t count is greater than t table so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an influence between motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

Organization and employees are two things that need each other. Improving employee performance will bring progress for the institution or organization to be able to continue to carry out the goals to be achieved. Leadership style is a process of directing, influencing, and motivating members to achieve organizational goals to help create a more productive work atmosphere at work. The leader's behavior affects the understanding, psychological condition, and performance of members. The Siginjei Museum in Jambi City is one of the is a management implementing unit which is a parliamentary institution that serves the interests of the community and its progress does not seek profit but seeks to collect, maintain, research, exhibit, and communicate material objects of humans and the environment for the purposes of study, education, and enjoyment. This study aims to describe and analyze the leadership and performance of employees at the Siginjei Museum, Jambi City. Research data obtained from respondents through questionnaires, focus groups, and panels, or also data from interviews with informants. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis, verification, and simple regression analysis. Statistical analysis was carried out using the SPSS 20 program. Based on the results of interviews and questionnaires, it shows that the leadership style and performance of employees at the Siginjei Museum in Jambi City are good. The regression model obtained is: Y= 25,265 + 0,535 X+ e. If the leadership style increases by 1 point or temporary unit, then the employee performance variable will increase by 0,535. Based on the t-test shows that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance because the significance value is 0,001 < 0,05. So it can be said based on the results of hypothesis testing that leadership style affects employee performance by 24.3% and the rest is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine incentive and employee performance and to identify and analyze the effect of incentive on employee performance at PT Bintang Jaya Auto, Kota Jambi. In this research, the research method used is a qualitative and quantitative descriptive method. This form of research is a type of quantitative research, this method has been used for a long time in other that it has become a tradition of research methods. The types of data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The data collection methods are Library Research, Field Research and Questionnaires. The population and sample this study used the census method and totaled 37 people. PT. Bintang Jaya Auto is a company engaged in the automotive sector that has been selling used cars since 2017 by Hendra Purnama Jaya as the Owner or Main Director of PT. Bintang Jaya Auto. By selling various brands of car, namely Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Daihatsu, Suzuki, and so on. This company has several branches, namely Garasi Bintang Showroom, Kharisma Jaya Mobilindo Showroom, Gajahmada Auto Showroom and BN Mobilindo Showroom. From the results of research on incentive and employee performance at PT Bintang Jaya Auto Kota Jambi, it showed a high category. Wherever the Incentive variable the average score is 148 in the high category. The dimension of the highest variable is the dimension of giving awards and promos, in the high category is 153. On the other hand, employee performance variables average score of 150.5 in the high category. In other way, the highest employee performance variable dimension is the quality dimension, which is 152.3 in the high category. Meanwhile, from the t test it is concluded that incentives have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Bintang Jaya Auto Kota Jambi, where tcount for incentive is greater than ttabel (4.886> 1.6895). And incentive have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. This is indicated by tcount> ttabel, and pro.sig (0.000) <α (0.05).

Abstract

This research aims to determine how the influence of EVA and MVA both simultaneously and partially on the value of the company in the Property and Real Estate Industry. This research uses descriptive quantitative method by using analysis tools in the form of multiple linear regression with classical assumption test, hypothesis test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that simultaneously EVA and MVA had a significant effect on firm value, as evidenced by F count> F table. The company value is influenced by EVA and MVA by 68%. Partially EVA does not have a significant effect on firm value, as evidenced by t count <t table. While MVA has a significant effect on firm value, as evidenced by t count > t table.

Abstract

With the hope that the results of work with a desire so that it has an impact on improving work performance.  Therefore, coaching and development of employee performance is treated effectively in order to achieve a smooth process of activities in an organization that will come.  The research variable is work discipline on employee performance.  The research population is hospital employees dr.  Bratanata Jambi.  Slovin sampling method.  Samples were taken 100 people.  The research instrument used a questionnaire containing 18 items. The research method was carried out using a simple linear regression analysis tool with the help of SPSS 20. The test carried out was a hypothesis test, namely test and to find out how much the coefficient of determination (R2) was, based on the results of this study that partially  service quality has a significant effect on patient satisfaction because the count is greater than t table of 3.190 > 0.196, so it can be said that there is a positive effect.  The coefficient of determination is 9.4% while the remaining 90.6% is influenced by other variables.  This means that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the hospital, dr.  Bratanata Jambi.  The result of the simple linear regression analysis is Y = 23.766 + 0.317 X+e

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the condition of the health level using the RGEC method and analyze the potential for bankruptcy by using the Springate S-Score model in BUMN banking and BUSN banking for the period 2012-2017. The population of this research were 4 BUMN banking companies and 4 BUSN banking companies in Indonesia registered with BI and OJK in 2012 until 2017. The method of determining the sample used in this research was purposive sampling. The method of data collection used is library research. The data analysis technique used the Kolmogorov-smirnov test and the Paired Sample T-Test. The results of the health level analysis using the RGEC method showed that there was no difference in the level of health between BUMN bankings and BUSN bankings during the 2012-2017 period. The results of the analysis of potential bankruptcy used the Springate S-Score model in BUMN bankings and BUSN bankings during the 2012-2017 period that the two banks has financial performance that has the potential to experience financial distress (FD). This is because the criteria for the S-Score value obtained from the study are less than 0.862. The Paired Sample T-Test results show that there is no significant difference between the S-Score value of BUMN banks and the S-Score value of BUSN banking.

Abstract

In an organization, career development is very needed to improve employee performance. The study aims to find out, describe, and analyze the influence of career development on employee performance in PT. Nutricia Sari Husada Jambi Branch. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method with independent variable of career development, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The subject of this study is PT. Nutricia Sari Husada Jambi Branch. The sample used in this study is as many as 37 (thirty-seven) people of team elina’s employee working in the company. The analysis tool used is simple linear regression, coefficient of correlation and determination, and hypothesis test. Based on the result of simple linear regression it is indicated that the equation Y = 34,145 + 0,250X. There is a weak relationship between career development and employee performance with correlation value (R) 0,327 and determination value (R2) 0,081 that means career development is only afford to explain the employee performance in the amount of 8,1%, remaining 91,9% are influenced by other variable outside the variable observed. Based on the hypothesis test tcalculated 2,046 ˃ ttable 1,68957. The conclusions of this study indicate that career development have a positive influence and significant that are small on employee performance in PT. Nutricia Sari Husada Jambi Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of simultan and partial variable Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Net Profit Margin, and Gross Profit Margin.This research uses descriptive quantitative method and the source of the data in thid study was obtained through several literatures related to research, the website of the company concerned, financial statements and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).The object of this research is a Building Construction Company which is one of the Sub-Sector categories on the Indonesian stock exchange with a research population of 18 companies, only 6 companies are the research samples according to the sampling criteria.The examiner shows that simultaneously Return On asset,Return On Equity,Net Profit Margin and Gross Profit Margin have a significant effect on stock Return.With a significant value of 0,026, the Return On Asset test partially has a positive effect with a significant value of 0,022 on stock Return. Return On Equity has no positive effect with a significant value of 0,086 on stock Return. Net Profit Margin has a positive effect with a significant value of 0,031 on stock Return. Gross Profit Margin has no positive effect with a significant value of 0,512 0n stock return. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Net Profit Margin and Gross Profit Margin variables have a significant effect on stock Returns. Partially, return on Asset and Net Profit Margin have a significant effeck, while Return On Equity and Gross Profit Margin have no significant effect. For further writers, it is better to use more variables to see effect of variables on stock Returns,  so that investors can be taken into consideration in making decisions.
