Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of simultaneous and partial mudharabah financing and musyarakah financing on net income at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri for the period 2008-2017. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. For statistical calculations using the SPSS version 20 computer program with the classic assumption test (normality test, autocorrelation test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test). Hypothesis testing uses the f test and t test and the coefficient of determination. The results of the research that has been carried out mudharabah financing and musyarakah financing have a simultaneous effect on net income because it is obtained from the f test the sig 0,043 value is smaller than 0,05 but based on the results on the t test the mudharabah financing affects net income while musyarakah financing does not affect net income. Keywords : Mudharbah financing, Musyarakah financing, and Net income

Abstract

This research aims to analyze how the effect of Current Ratio, Cash Ratio, and Total Assets Turnover, on Net Profit Margin in the food and beverage industry. Furthermore, also to find out which Variables of Current Ratio, Cash Ratio, and Total Assets Turnover, which predominantly affect Net Profit Margin in the Food and Beverage Industry. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis method and qualitative descriptive analysis, namely data expressed in the form of statements / sentences and data expressed in the form of numbers. The analytical tool in this study uses the classical assumption test, with proof of normality test, multiconearity test, autocorrelation test, and and heteroscedacity test, also using multiple linear regression, F test, t test. The results of the study show that simultaneously the variables Current Ratio, Cash Ratio, and Total Assets Turnover have a significant effect on Net Profit Margin. Where the value of Fcount is 32,089> Ftable of 2.98 and prog. Sig 0,000 <alpha 0.05. The results of the t-test show that partially the current ratio has a significant effect on Net Profit Margin, where t count> t table (4,099> 2.055) with a significant 0.000 <0.025, while the two other variables namely Cash Ratio and Total Assets Turnover do not significantly influence Net Profit Margin . And the coefficient And the coefficient of determination is 78,7%, while the remaining 21.3% is influenced by other studies. Keywords: Current Ratio, Cash Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, and Net Profit Margin

The questionnaires was mode based on workload indicator employees answer count using likert scale. And tabulated to be analyzed using range of scale simple linear regression. Simple linear regression statistic analysis was performad using SPSS version 22 statistic program. Based on scale range analysis it’s cocluded that employees workload and performance in PT Nutrifood Jambi City. Were good, so that in sample linear regression with regression formula of  Y = 14,409 + 0,470 X . it means performance valve will increases 0,470 if workload increases with one valve. Regression valve was  strengthen by determination R squere valve of 19,4 % . Valve in t- hypothesis analysis  was 3.579 which bigger that t table (2,011) based on the valve, H1 was accepted an Ho was rejected that means was workload has significant influenced to employees performance in PT Nutrifood Jambi City. Keywords : workload, performance of employee

The research methodology used is descriptive method and statistical analysis method. Data type used in this research was conducted at Cosmetics Company during the period 2013-2017 using the Library Reseach data Collection method. Hypothesis testing is done by using F test dan t test, with significance level (α) 5%. Analyzing data using statistical data processing software that is SPSS 20.0 for windows. The result showed that the variable Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Total Assets Turnover (TATO) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Net Profit Margin (NPM). Partially variable Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has no effect and not significant to Net Profit Margin . While Total Assets Turnover (TATO) has a positive and significant effect on Net Profit Margin (NPM) in cosmetics company. This research conducted with used secondary data. The technique use is purposive sampling from 43 companies industrial metal are only captured 5 companies because they have a complete financial report positif earnings year 2012-2017. Methoids of analysis used multiple liniear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing performed using a tast f and t test, the level of significance (α) 5%. Analyzing data using software SPSS statistical data processing i.e 20.00 Result SPSS 20 get a multiple liniear regression equation is Y = - 0,001 + 0,520 X1 + - 0,069 X2 + 0,088 X3 + 0,769 X4 + eF test results indicate that the banking industry company variable Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Perfoming Loan (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NIM), and CASH RATIO (CR) affect the variable net income in the analysis model of the t test result (individually) indicating that the CAR variable has an effect, the NPL variable does not affect, the NIM variable has no effect while the Cash Ratio has a positive and significant to net income.
