Abstract

This study attempts to describe the implementation of the quality of service and customer satisfaction in pt.The federal international finance ( fif ) and to analyse the influence of the quality of service for customer satisfaction in pt.The federal international finance ( fif ) tempino muaro jambi. district postThe methodology used in this research is a method which is a method of diskriptif. The analytical tool in this study is simple linear regression with the aim to enter the researched data into a regression equation. The results showed that Service Quality had a significant effect on Service Satisfaction at PT. Federal International Finance (FIF), Tempino Post, Muaro Jambi Regency, which was marked by Testing the independent variable (Service Quality), from the results of the t test, the tcount < t table (5.867> 1.660), it can be concluded that Service Quality has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of brands on consumer purchasing decisions like Honda motorcycles at PT. Daya Anugrah Mandiri in Sungai Bahar. Muaro Jambi. For the analyze how make the brand towards consumer purchasing decisions like Honda motorcycles at PT. Daya Anugrah Mandiri in Sungai Bahar. Muaro Jambi. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a form of correlational research, that explains the relationship of independent variables to the dependent variable. The analysis tool in this study uses simple linear regression with proof of the hypothesis by statistical tests -t. the results of the study show that the brand has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions where it is indicated by t count > t table. While the correlation value of 87.4% means that there is a very close relationship between brand variables and variable consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

In the last five years the number of consumers who perform service like after-sales service, spareparts and warranty in the last five years, the service fluctuates a lot is done by consumers with different damage. The purpose o this research was to measure the after-sales service and the toyalty of consumers as ell as its influence on the Asus Service Center Kota Jambi. This research is a descriptive quantitative research and analysis tool used in this research are simple linear regression is useful to see the direction of the relationship between the variable bound against free. For the purpose of answering the purpose number 2 used statistical test t. The correlation coefficient to know how the relationship between variables and coefficients of determination of useful to see the magnitude of the influence of the variable bound against free.Asus manuactures a wide array of IT product, putting yourself as a company producing product with after-sales service. This is evidenced by the numerous awards he has held both in the aspect o desain, type, and quality of product. The calculation SPSS Y = 8,983 + 0,208 X + e of the equations looks positive influence between after-sales service (X) on loyalty consumers (Y) at the Asus Service Center Kota Jambi. From the result of the obtained values SPSS (coefficient) r2 this figure amounted 78,5% states that the variable after-sales  service (X) is able to explain the variabel loyalti consumers (Y) is 78,5% and the remaining 21,5% is explained by other factors which is not included in the research model. After-sales service partially influence on consumers loyalty this is demonstrated from the significant value that is smaller than the value of alpha. This means that the hyotesis in this research was received.

Abstract

This research aims to describe Net Profit Margin,Return On Equity  andReturn Saham on Industri Property and Real Estate Listed on Bursa Efek Indonesian (BEI) Period 2012-2017. Next also to analyze the influence of Net Profit Margin and Return On EquityonReturn Saham on Industri Property and Real Estate Listed on Bursa Efek Indonesian (BEI) Period 2012-2017. This research uses descriptive method quatitative correlation research with the from that describes the relation of independent variables with dependent variables. The research on promotion sales of purchases decision which are characterized by thitung> ttabel (2,083 > 2,022), then Ho rejected and Ha accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyse the national foreign debt, interest rates and economic growth in Indonesia and the 1998-2017 period to analyze the influence of national foreign debt, rates the applicable interest rate and economic growth in Indonesia on Period 1998-2017.This research is a desciptive quantitative research and analysis tool used in this research are simple linear regression is useful to see the direction of the relationship between the variable bound against free. For the purpose of answering the purpose number 2 used statistical test F test t. The correlation coefficient to know how the relationship between variables and coefficients of determination of useful to see the magnitude of the influence of the variable bound against free.Indonesia lies between 6 ° 08 ' North latitude and 11 ° 15 ' South latitude and between 94 ° 45 '-141 ° 05 ' East longitude and is traversed by the line of the Equator or the Equator located at latitude 0 °. Based on its geographical location, the archipelago of Indonesia located between Asia and Australia, as well as in the Continent between the Indian Ocean and the Pacific Ocean.The calculation SPSS Y = -2,869 + 1,738 X1 + 1,558 X2 + e of the equations looks positive influence between the national foreign debt (X1) and interest rates (X2) on growth in Indonesia (Y). From the result of the obtained values SPSS (coefficient) r2 this figure amounted 0,351 states that the variable national foreign debt (X1) and interest rates (X2) is able to explain the variabel growth in Indonesia (Y) is 13,2% and the remaining 64,9% is explained by other factors which is not included in the research model.The conclusions of this research are foreign debt and interest rates take effect simultaneously against economic growth. This is evidenced by the value F count greater than the value of F table (4.589 > 3.59) and significantly less than the value of the alpha (0.025 < 0.05) and foreign debt effect on economic growth. This is evidenced by the value t calculate t value is greater than the table (2.989 > 2.109) and significantly less than the alpha (0.008 < 0.05). Interest rates have an effect on economic growth. evidenced by the value t table (2.979 < 2.109) and significantly greater than the value of the alpha (0.008 > 0.05).
