Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of simultan and partial variable Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Net Profit Margin, and Gross Profit Margin.This research uses descriptive quantitative method and the source of the data in thid study was obtained through several literatures related to research, the website of the company concerned, financial statements and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).The object of this research is a Building Construction Company which is one of the Sub-Sector categories on the Indonesian stock exchange with a research population of 18 companies, only 6 companies are the research samples according to the sampling criteria.The examiner shows that simultaneously Return On asset,Return On Equity,Net Profit Margin and Gross Profit Margin have a significant effect on stock Return.With a significant value of 0,026, the Return On Asset test partially has a positive effect with a significant value of 0,022 on stock Return. Return On Equity has no positive effect with a significant value of 0,086 on stock Return. Net Profit Margin has a positive effect with a significant value of 0,031 on stock Return. Gross Profit Margin has no positive effect with a significant value of 0,512 0n stock return. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Net Profit Margin and Gross Profit Margin variables have a significant effect on stock Returns. Partially, return on Asset and Net Profit Margin have a significant effeck, while Return On Equity and Gross Profit Margin have no significant effect. For further writers, it is better to use more variables to see effect of variables on stock Returns,  so that investors can be taken into consideration in making decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the description of work discipline and employee performance at the Jambi City Education Office, as well as to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Jambi City Education Office. The analytical method used is quantitative data analysis method, namely the analysis used to test the relationship or influence of the independent variable (X) and the dependent variable (Y). The analytical tools in this study are simple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the criteria, the samples taken were 32 Civil Servants at the Jambi City Education Office. From the results 1. Discipline at the Jambi City Education Office is categorized as high with a score of 121 while performance is categorized as high with a score of 119.9. 2. Discipline variable (X) has a significance value of 0.000, where the P-value is smaller than 0.05 and the t-count is 5.580 which is greater than the t-table (2.042). This means that there is a significant influence between discipline (X) on the performance of civil servants (Y) at the Jambi City Education Office.

Abstract

The purpose of research is to find out the promotion, quality of products and purchasing decisions on Onoy Cake & Bakery in Jambi city. In discussing this problem the author uses qualitative descriptive methods by looking for information about the symptoms, clearly establishing the goals to be achieved, collecting data as material to make research.Onoy Cake & Bakery was founded by Suci Andhita as the owner of the business. Onoy Cake & Bakery is an UMKM that shells bread and cake. Onoy Cake & Bakery was established since 2012 until now. And Onoy Cake & Bakery have a store branch.The population in this study was consumers of Onoy Cake & Bakery in the city of Jambi. The sample was determinated by the Judgement Sampling method with a total 0f 100 customer respondents Onoy Cake & Bakery about promotion, product quality and purchasing decisions. Hypothesis tested with T test and F test.Based on the result of multiple linear analyze, the equation Y = 1,533 + 0,163.X1 + 0,661.X2+ e. the t-test value for promotion  (X1) is 2,076 and product quality (X2) is 6,618. With the F test of 0,000. The value of R square is 0,640% or 64% while the remaining 36% is influenced by other factors.The conclusion of this study is that promotion and product quality have a significant influence either simultaneous or partially on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the of discciplinel condition of work and performance of employees at districk office  merlung kab tanjung jabung barat and to know the impact of the working disccipline on the performance of employees at districk office  merlung kab.tanjung jabung barat. In discussing this issue authors use quantitative descriptive method that is by looking for information about the symptoms, clearly defined objectives to be achieved, plan the way of approach, collecting data as Materials to create a report. In this research the author held comparisons between discipline condition to the performance of employees in merlung kab . tajung jabung barat. Districk office merlung a government institution is responsible for the provision of services to the community in its working area. The provision of services to distrik office, discipline is one of the main factors for the success of a local government agency. The constant value of 0.840 gives the meaning that if the working disccpline  variable (X) is 0, then the performance variable (Y) is worth 0.840. Furthermore, with the simple linear regression equation above, there is a value of variable regression coefficient of work discipline  which is positive value of 0,883. If the value of the working environment coefficient is positive if changes to the work environment variables will result in a directional change in the performance variable. In this study, it can be analyzed the magnitude of the working discipline  to the performance of 0,883. This means that if the working disicipline  of districk office merlung increased by 1%, employees ' performance will increase by 88.3%. Workingt discipline on districk office merlung   high employment with an average score of 150,71. Furthermore, employee performance at Districk office  Manpower is very high with an average score of 133,4. Based on the hypothesis test it is noted that there is a significant influence between working disicpline  and employee performance in districk office . This can is evidenced by the comparison between the calculated T value larger than t table (3,125 > 2,0369). The working discipline  can affect performance by 24,6 % and the remaining 76,6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

The purpose of this study is as follows: 1.) To find out and describe the work environment and employee performance at the office of the Regional Disaster  Management Agency of Batanghari Regency. 2.) To analyze the influence of the physical work environment on employee performance in the office of the regional disaster management agency of Batanghari regency. The type of data required and collected in this study is quantitative data. The object of this research is Office of the Regional Disaster Management Agency Of Batanghari Regency. Sources of data in this study are Office of the Regional Disaster Management Agency Of Batanghari Regency., and Questionnaires and respondents to the office of the Batanghari district disaster management agency. Based on the resuts of the study obtained linear regression value that is Y = 1.518 + 0.511 X, with a value of R and a R2 value of 0.238 in the test t work environment affects employee performance in the office of the regional disaster management agency with a value of 3.447 and a significant value of 0.001.The conclusion in this study is that the physical work environment significantly affects employee performance in the office of the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Batanghari district this is evidenced by a significant value of 0.001<0.05 results coefficient of determination of 23.8% show the value of employee performance is influenced by the remaining physical work environment of 76.2% the value of employee performance is influenced or explained by other factors that are not studied. By this researcher.

Abstract

Poverty is a problem faced by all countries in the world, especially developing countries. Poverty is a complex problem that is influenced by various interrelated factors, including per capita income, unemployment, etc. Poverty is a condition which is often associated with needs, difficulties and deficiencies in various life circumstances. There are two kinds of poverty measures, namely absolute poverty and relative poverty. Absolute poverty is the inability of a person to exceed the established poverty line. Relative poverty is related to differences in the level of income of a group compared to other groups. Employment opportunities are also human capital that will increase economic growth. Employment opportunities are defined as the number of people who have occupied jobs. It is hoped that the increase in job opportunities will increase economic growth and ultimately reduce poverty levels.This study uses secondary data obtained from several agencies and services related to the title of this research. This study also uses multiple linear regression analysis tools, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination and f test and t test.The results of this study indicate that: (1) employment opportunities and economic growth have a significant simultaneous effect on the poverty level in Jambi City (2) partially employment opportunities have a positive and significant effect on the poverty level in Jambi City. (3) partial economic growth has a positive and significant effect on the level of poverty in the city of Jambi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the effect of return on asset (ROA) and earnings per share (EPS) simultaneously on the stock price in the Cosmetics Industry and Household Needs Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and To find out and analyze the effect of return on asset (ROA) and earnings per share (EPS) partially on the stock price on the Cosmetics Industry and Household Needs Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research includes a type of correlational research, using the research method used is the survey method. The technique of retrieving the data with a questionnaire, the score obtained from the questionnaire is then analyzed with descriptive analysis poured in the form of percentages. The results of calculations using the spss program by comparing fhitung with ftabel with a significant level of α = 0.05. It can be known that the fhi calculate of 14,096 by comparing the ftabel α = 0.05 with the degree of free numerator (the number of X) = 4 and the degree of denominator (N-K-1) = 28, obtained ftabel of 2.74. The calculation is greater than that of ftabel (14,096 > 2.74) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning there is a significant influence between independent variables (x) together against dependent variables (y). Which means that simultaneously independent variables ROA and EPS affect the dependent variables of stock prices. Based on the results of the t (partial) test on the regression model, the comparison between thitung and ttabel shows thitung as large as (1,069) while the ttabel is 1,996. From the results it can be seen that thitung > ttabel that is (1,069) < 1,996 it can be concluded that Ho received Ha rejected means that partially the VARIABLE ROA positively affects the Stock Price The comparison between thitung and ttabel which shows thitung of 2,696 while>> the ttabel of 1,996. 1996, it can be concluded that Ho received Ha rejected meaning that partially the EPS variable has a positive and significant effect on the variable stock price. Based on the results of the determination coefficient test in the table above, it shows that the value of R Square is 0.511 which means that the amount of the contribution of independent variables namely X1 ROA, X2 EPS, affects variable Y Share Price by (0.511 x 100 = 51.1%), while the rest (100% - 51.1% = 48.9%) is influenced by other variables outside of this study.
