Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine incentive and employee performance and to identify and analyze the effect of incentive on employee performance at PT Bintang Jaya Auto, Kota Jambi. In this research, the research method used is a qualitative and quantitative descriptive method. This form of research is a type of quantitative research, this method has been used for a long time in other that it has become a tradition of research methods. The types of data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The data collection methods are Library Research, Field Research and Questionnaires. The population and sample this study used the census method and totaled 37 people. PT. Bintang Jaya Auto is a company engaged in the automotive sector that has been selling used cars since 2017 by Hendra Purnama Jaya as the Owner or Main Director of PT. Bintang Jaya Auto. By selling various brands of car, namely Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Daihatsu, Suzuki, and so on. This company has several branches, namely Garasi Bintang Showroom, Kharisma Jaya Mobilindo Showroom, Gajahmada Auto Showroom and BN Mobilindo Showroom. From the results of research on incentive and employee performance at PT Bintang Jaya Auto Kota Jambi, it showed a high category. Wherever the Incentive variable the average score is 148 in the high category. The dimension of the highest variable is the dimension of giving awards and promos, in the high category is 153. On the other hand, employee performance variables average score of 150.5 in the high category. In other way, the highest employee performance variable dimension is the quality dimension, which is 152.3 in the high category. Meanwhile, from the t test it is concluded that incentives have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Bintang Jaya Auto Kota Jambi, where tcount for incentive is greater than ttabel (4.886> 1.6895). And incentive have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. This is indicated by tcount> ttabel, and pro.sig (0.000) <α (0.05).

Abstract

Work motivation plays a very important role in employee performance. Therefore, the purpose of  this research is to describe the work motivation and employee performance, and to find out and analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance in PERUMDA Air Tirta Mayang Kota Jambi. Research methods in this study is descriptive and quantitative method. Data analyze use SPSS Ver 22 and using models simple linier regression with result of count Y = 1,116+0,527X+e. The test of determination with R2 of 37,6%. T test by comparison tcount 3,547> ttable 1,66724 then Ho accepted Hi be. Rejected.To analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance on PERUMDA Air Tirta Mayang Kota Jambi. The distribution of questionnaires with a then the sample in this study amounted to 71 people respondent.Work Motivation regression coefficient (X) is 0,527, meaning that work motivation (X) has increased by 1%, so employee performance (Y) PERUMDA Air Tirta Mayang Kota Jambi. The coefficient of determination is known from the value of R2=0,376 (37,6%) which means that work motivation (X) is able to explain employee performance  (Y) at the PERUMDA Air Tirta Mayang Kota Jambi that is equal to 37,6% and the remaining 62,4% is influenced by other variables. Not investigated in this study. Based on t-test, t-count value is 3,547 and the t-table is 1,66724. From the comparison results, it can be seen that  the test by comparison tcount 3,547> ttable 1,66724 then Ho accepted Hi be. Rejected. Meaning that brand image affect purchasing decisions at PERUMDA Air Tirta Mayang Kota Jambi.

Research methods in this study is descriptive and quantitative method. Data analyze use SPSS Ver 22 and using models simple linier regression with result of count Y = 1,116+0,527X+e. The test of determination with R2 of 37,6%. T test by comparison tcount 3,547 > ttable 0,3338 then Ho accepted Hi be. Rejected. To analyze the effect of work supervision on performance of employees on SDN 179 Tanjung Jabung Timur Kecamatan Nipah Panjang. The distribution of questionnaires with a population of 35 people in 2021 , then the formula used to find samples according to Istijanto (2009 :114)so that the sample in this study amounted to 35 people respondent.Work supervision regression coefficient (X) is 0,525, meaning that work supervision (X) has increased by 1%, so performance of employees at work (Y) SDN 179 Tanjung Jabung Timur Kecamatan Nipah Panjang. The coefficient of determination is known from the value of R2=0,376 (37,6%) which means that work supervision(X) is able to explain performance of employees at work (Y) at the SDN 179 Tanjung Jabung Timur Kecamatan Nipah Panjang that is equal to 37,6% and the remaining 62,4% is influenced by other variables. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the public works office and public housing in the housing sector, Jambi province. In this study the method used is descriptive quantitative method. Quantitative descriptive is data analysis by describing or describing the data that has been collected as it is without intending to make generally accepted conclusions. The population that became the object of this study were employees of the PUPR service office in the Housing Sector of Jambi Province. the method of analysis is regression analysis, hypothesis testing, correlation so the coefficient of determination and t test. Then the analytical method used for testing and proving the hypothesis the authors use descriptive analysis and data management. The results of calculations with SPSS results show that the regression model equation is Y 13,916 + 0.696. From this equation, it can be seen that there is a positive influence between discipline on employee performance. enhancement. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the PUPR Service Office in the Housing Sector of Jambi Province, which can be seen from the results of the correlation coefficient and determination which state that the magnitude of the constant variable Work Discipline (X) on Employee Performance (Y) is 0.634 or 63.4% categorized Tall.So that with an increase in compensation will improve employee performance. By using the simple regression equation, it can be seen that the significant value is 0.000 > 0,05, this means that Ha is accepted, in other words that the work discipline variable has a significant influence on the performance of the PUPR Service Office employees in the Housing Sector, Jambi Province.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain an overview of work motivation and employee performance at the Jambi branch of the National Civil Capital Office (PNM). Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 81 employees. The aspects studied are 5 dimensions of work motivation, namely physiological needs, security needs, social needs, recognition needs, and self-actuality needs. As well as the performance aspects studied include work results, job knowledge, initiative, mental dexterity, attitude, time discipline and absenteeism.Testing the data using statistical analysis such as validation and reliability tests, simple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing t test and coefficient of determination test from the results of the analysis with SPSS version 22 program, it can be seen that the regression equation formed by linear regression is Y=25,498+0,449X. The equation shows that the employee's performance is 0 then work motivation will increase by 0.449. From the results of the analysis, it is known that the results of R square indicate that there is an influence of work motivation of 22.9% on employee performance, thus in research work motivation that affects the average performance of the total influence of work motivation on employee performance as a whole is 22.9 and the remaining 77.1 is influenced by other factors not included in this study. Overall, from the 5 dimensions of the work motivation variable, it has an average score of 351.64 which is categorized as good. Where obtained a description of the work motivation used by the employees of the Jambi branch of the National Capital Office (PNM) which is good for motivating work on the basis of consideration and good for work motivation. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Jambi branch of the National Civil Capital Office (PNM).
