Abstract

Work motivation plays a very important role in employee performance. Therefore, the purpose of  this research is to describe the work motivation and employee performance, and to find out and analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance in PT. Bintang Pinang Cemerlang Kota Jambi. Research methods in this study is descriptive and quantitative method. Data analyze use SPSS Ver 22 and using models simple linier regression with result of count Y = 1,116+0,527X+e. The test of determination with R2 of 37,6%. T test by comparison tcount 3,547 > ttable 0,3338 then Ho accepted Hi be. Rejected. To analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance on PT. Bintang Pinang Cemerlang Kota Jambi. The distribution of questionnaires with a then the sample in this study amounted to 35 people respondent. Work Motivation regression coefficient (X) is 0,527, meaning that work motivation (X) has increased by 1%, so employee performance (Y) PT. Bintang Pinang Cemerlang Kota Jambi. The coefficient of determination is known from the value of R2=0,376 (37,6%) which means that work motivation (X) is able to explain employee performance  (Y) at the PT. Bintang Pinang Cemerlang Kota Jambi that is equal to 37,6% and the remaining 62,4% is influenced by other variables. Not investigated in this study. Based on t-test, t-count value is 3,547 and the t-table is 0,3338. From the comparison results, it can be seen that  the test by comparison tcount 3,547 > ttable 0,3338 then Ho accepted Hi be. Rejected. Meaning that brand image affect purchasing decisions at PT. Bintang Pinang Cemerlang Kota Jambi.

Abstract

The aims of this study are as follows: 1.) To determine and analyze the effect of Capital Adequacy, Liquidity, Operational Efficiency and Return On Assets simultaneously on Earning Per Share in BUMN Banking for the 2012-2021 period. 2.) To determine and analyze the effect of Adequacy Capital, Liquidity, Operational Efficiency and Return On Assets partially on Earning Per Share in BUMN Banking for the 2012-2021 Period. The type of data needed and collected in this study is secondary data. The source of data used in this research is from the annual report through the official website https://www.bni.co.id, https://www.bri.co.id, https://www.btn .co.id, https://www.mandiri.co.id. the results of multiple regression analysis with panel data can be obtained regression equation model Y = 8,696 + 0,091 + 2,219 + 1,001 + 0,607 + e. The value of R Square is 0.711, which means that the contribution of the independent variables, namely Capital Adequacy, Liquidity, Operational Efficiency and Return On Assets affects the Earning Per Share variable by 71.1%, while the remaining 28.9% is influenced by other variables outside the study. this. There is a significant positive effect between Capital Adequacy, Liquidity, Operational Efficiency and Return On Assets together (simultaneously) on Earning Per Share in BUMN Banking for the 2012-2021 period. Capital Adequacy and Operational Efficiency have no partial significant effect on Earning Per Share . Liquidity and Return On Assets have a partial significant effect on Earning Per Share.

Abstract

This research consist of independent variable that is brand image, promotion  and dependent variable that is purchasing decision. The formulation of the problem how the influence of independent variable to the dependent variable simultanesously and partially. Lifestyle indicators among others : activities, interest and opinion. The indicator of consumers purchasing decisions are product selection, brand choice, distributor choice, time of purchase, purchase amount. Meansuremen of each indicator of lifestyle as well as the consumers purchasing decision to buy the product Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) Branch of Jambi City above using descriptive analysis using interval scale.Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) was founded by Colonel Harland Sanders is one of the global businesses in the food service industry and is widely known throughout the world as the face of Colonel Sanders. KFC is known especially for its fried chicken.Regression equations y = 5,117 + 1,003 = 6,12, value determinasions (R2) = 0,585 that meanst the amount of contribution the variable lifestyle (X) able to influence variable consumer purchasing decisions (Y) of 58,5% while the remaining 41,5% are influenced by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of recruitment process on the performance of production employee at PERUMDA tirta Mayang Kota Jambi. This type of research is quantitative methods. The sample in this study were production employee of PERUMDA Tirta Mayang Kota Jambi, amounting to 94 respondents. The data used is primary data. The data was collected using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis method and the method of statistical analysis by simple linear regression analysis (Y = 18,081 + 0,307 X), in which the processing of data using SPSS 22 for windows and the method of hypothesys analysis by t-test. The results of this study indicate that : recruitment process variable has a significant effect on performance of production employee. Based on the result of R Square of 0,191 which show contribution of independent variable, namely employee performance by 19,1% while the remaining 81,9% explained by other variables that are not in the research regression model. The conclusion of the partial test is that recruitment process has a significant effect on performance of production employee at PERUMDA Tirta Mayang Kota Jambi, this is evidenced by the value of tcount > ttable (4,959>1,662).

Abstract

In carrying out its operational activities, a company definitely needs a very large amount of funds. One effort that can be done is by selling company shares to investors. In investing their funds, Investors needs to assess the company’s performance,one way that can be done is by using financial rations. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the simultaneous and partial effect of the Current Ratio, Return On Equity, and Debt to Equity Ratio on stock prices in automotive and component companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2021 period. The object of this research is an automotive company listed on the IDX in 2015-2021 with a population of 13 companies. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling technique where the number of samples is 5 companies. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results of the t test for the variable Current Ratio (X₁) obtained a significant value of (0.016 <0.05), which means that the Current Ratio (X₁) has a significant effect on stock prices (Y). While the variable Return On Equity (X₂) produces a significant value of (-0.956 > 0.05), which means that Return On Equity (X₂) has no significant effect on stock prices (Y). Furthermore, it can be seen that the variable Debt to Equity Ratio (X₃) has a significant value (0.003 <0.05) this means that the Debt to Equity Ratio (X₃) has a significant effect on stock prices (Y) Based on the F-test together the independent variables have a significant influence on the dependent variable. This can be proven from the calculated F value of 4.995 with a significance value (sig) of 0.006. Where is the Fcount value of 4.995 > Ftable of 2.90. Thus it can be said that the Current Ratio, Return On Assets and Debt Equity Ratio together have a positive and significant effect on stock prices.
