Abstract

The purpose of this study is a follows: 1) to find out the price, brand, features, and purchasing decisions of Wuling Type Confero cars in Jambi City, and 2) To analyze the influence of prices, brands, and features on purchasing decisions on Wuling Type Confero car consumers in Jambi City simultaneously . The analytical method used is quantitative data analysis method, namely the analysis used to test the relationship or influence of the independent variable (X) and the dependent variable (Y). The analytical tools in this study are simple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the criteria, the samples taken were 32 Civil Servants at the Jambi City Education Office. From the results of simple linear regression analysis, it is concluded that the regression equation Y = -0,027 + 0.088 X1 + 0.779X2 + 0.154X3, its mean that constant value of -0,027 means that if the lifestyle variable (X) is 0. then the Buying Decision variable (Y) is -0,027. if price (X1), brand (X2), and features (X3) are all equal to zero. Therefore, it is clear that without prices, brands and features, consumers will be less likely to make purchase decisions. The conclusion is, 1) Consumer perception of Wuling car prices at PT. Maju Global Motors Jambi z City categorized as high with an average score of 279.9, the perception of the Wuling car brand at the PT Store. Maju Global Motors Jambi z City categorized as high with an average score of 299.4, the perception of Wuling car features at the PT Store. Maju Global Motors Kota Jambi is categorized as high with an average score of 275.3, while purchasing decisions are categorized as high with an average score of 299.9. 2) Price, brand, and features have a significant effect on Wuling's car purchase decision at the PT. Advancing Global Motors Jambi City simultaneously (together), and 3) partially, Price (X 1), Brand (X 2) and Features (X3) have a significant effect on Wuling's Car Purchase Decision at the PT Store. Maju Global Motors Jambi City.

Abstract

CV Artha Mandiri Group is a company (persero) engaged in equiqment rental and contractor. This study aims to describe job satisfaction, work environment, and work motivation of CV Artha Mandiri Group Merangin Regency, to determine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction and work environment simultaneously and partially. To answer the research objectives, the author uses theoretical studies related to research variables, namely job satisfaction, work environment, and work motivation. In addition, the author also looks for relevant previous research in the form of articles/journals and previous theses to support this research. This research uses quantitative methods. With the population in this study were employees of CV Artha Mandiri Group, Merangin Regency, totaling 98 employees. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation persamaan . Meanwhile, from the hypothesis testing carried out, the results show that job satisfaction and work environment have a significant effect on work motivation simultaneously, while partially the work environment has no significant effect on work motivation. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion in this study, it can be concluded that CV Artha Mandiri Group Merangin Regency has high job satisfaction, poor work environment, good motivation. In addition, job satisfaction simultaneously and partially has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, work environment partially has no positive and significant effect on work motivation at CV Artha Mandiri Group, Merangin Regency. For this reason, it is hoped that in the future it can focus more on improving a more conducive work environment so that employee motivation is higher than before.

Abstract

The Effect of Leadership on Employee Performance at PT Bumi Gemilang Jambi City. This study aims to find out how the influence of leadership on employee performance at PT Bumi Gemilang, Jambi City. The population in this study are all employees within the scope of PT. Mitra Gemilang, City of Jambi, totaling 45 people. Data collection was carried out using documentation methods and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, and the hypothesis is tested by simple linear regression analysis. The linear regression equation formed Y = 18,353 + 0.453 X. Constant (a) = 18.353 This means that if the independent variable (leadership style) is considered equal to zero (0), then the value of the dependent variable (employee performance) is 18.353. Leadership Style (X) = +0.453 The coefficient value of the leadership style variable has a positive sign on employee performance with a regression coefficient value of 0.453. This shows that each value of the leadership style variable is increased by 1 point or a temporary unit, then the employee performance variable will increase by 0.453. It shows that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance due to a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. So that it can be said based on the results of testing the hypothesis that leadership style influences employee performance by 28.9% and the rest is influenced by other variables. It is suggested to further researchers to broaden the object of research so as to obtain more complete and broader information regarding the influence of leadership style on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of recruitment and selection on employee performance at the Abadi Suite Hotel Jambi City simultaneously and partially and how much influence recruitment and selection have on employee performance at the Abadi Suite Hotel Jambi City.The object of this analysis is the Hotel Abadi Suite Jambi City. The sample used in this study were 38 employees at the Abadi Suite Hotel, Jambi City. The method used is descriptive analysis method with recruitment and selection independent variables while the dependent variable is employee performance. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear analysis, classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing (f test and t test). Based on the calculation results of SPSS version 22, on multiple linier regression analysis, Y = 0,290+0,468X1+0,472X2+e with an R Square value of 71,6%, while the remaining 28,4% is explained by other variables outside the research model. The F test is 44,1565 and the t test is 3,464 for the Recruitment variable (X!) and 3,442 for the Selection variable (X2). The conclusion of this study shows that recruitment and selection simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, partially recruitment and selection have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Several automotive companies which relatively dominate the market compete with each other to attract the purchasing decisions of consumers who buy motorcycle products. Purchase decisions are consumer decisions regarding preferences for brands in the choice set. Purchase decisions can be influenced by several factors such as product quality and brand image. The purpo se of this study was to describe product quality, brand image, and purchasing decisions for Honda Scoopy motorcycles at PT. Sentosa Sakti Motor Thehok and to analyze the effect of product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions for Honda Scoopy motorcycles at PT. Sentosa Sakti Motor Thehok. The research method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative methods. Methods of data collection is done by observation and questionnaires. The sample was searched using the Slovin formula so that a sample of 88 respondents  was  obtained.  Data  analysis  was  carried  out  by  descriptive  analysis  and  quantitative  analysis,  namely  Multiple Regression Analysis. Based on the results of the study indicate that the descriptive variables of product quality, brand image, and purchasing decisions are categorized as high. Validity and reliability tests are met so that the questionnaire can be used. The data meet the regression assumption test. Multiple linear regression model was obtained as follows: Y = 2.718 + 0.220X1 + 0.705X2 Based on the regression model obtained, it shows that if the product quality and brand image are increasing, it will also inc rease the decision to purchase Honda Scoopy motorcycles at PT. Sentosa Sakti Motor Thehok. The results of hypothesis testing indic ate that the variables of product quality and brand image have an effect on purchasing decisions partially or simultaneously. Adjusted R Square of 0.445, meaning that 44.5% of product quality and brand image affect purchasing decisions.
