Abstract

Traffic accidents at a young age often occur because of the low perception of the risk of danger on the highway. Teenagers were a group of motorcycle users who often ignore traffic rules. The purpose of this study was to provide an overview of the causes of traffic accidents and traffic safety behavior while driving to senior high school students in Pasir Pengaraian. This research was aquantitative research with a cross-sectional design. The research was conducted in 3 senior high schools in Pasir Pengaraian. The number of respondents as many as 368 students were taken using purposive sampling. The respondents of this study were students who rode motorbikes to school. Data was collected through questionnaires sent via google form to each individual. Data analysis usedunivariate and bivariate analysis using chi square with 0.05%. The results showed that the accident rate was 27.4%, the reason for using motorbikes to go to school was because there was no one to drive 21.5%, 44.8% distance from school and 94.8% of respondents did not have a driver's license. As for the relationship between the incidence of accidents and behavior while driving, there was arelationship between the incidence of accidents and the behavior of violating the yellow light p = 0.017, calling hp p = 0.007, sending sms p = 0.002, driving at high speed p = 0.01 and driving more than 2 people p=0.019, driving while listening to music on cellphone p=0.011 and driving without wearing a helmet p=0.016. Other driving behaviors such as smoking while driving, violating road markings and violating traffic signs have no relationship with the incidence of accidents.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine the simultaneous and partial influence between organizational culture, work discipline and work morale on employee performance.The research method used is a quantitative method, And the data analysis technique used isdescriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study ofmultiple linear regression obtained regression equation Y = 14.308 + 0.281X1 + 0.082X2 -0.012 X3, the coefficient of determination obtained an R value of 0.469, the results of theresearch from the T test of organizational culture variables showed Tcount> Ttable ie3.359> 1.8698, so it can be concluded that (X1) has a significant effect on employeeperformance variables (Y). Work discipline variable shows Tcount <Ttable that is 0,700<1,8698, so it can be concluded that (X2) does not significantly influence employeeperformance (Y). The morale variable shows that Tcount <Ttable is Thitung -0, 087<1.98698, so it can be concluded that (X3) does not significantly influence employeeperformance (Y). F test results show Fcount> Ftable is 8.336> 2.71.

Abstract

Kecerdasan emosional yang di miliki mendapatkan penilaian baik terhadap kinerja pegawai. Ini dapat di ukur dari jawaban responden mengenai kecerdasan emosional secarakeseluruhan sebesar 63,6 % yang berada pada kriteria baik. Hal ini dapat dimaknai bahwasecara keseluruhan bahwa kecerdasan yang dimiliki berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai.Kecerdasan intelektual di Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Rokan Hulu memiliki nilaiyang baik terhadap kinerja. Ini dapat di ukur dari jawaban responden mengenai kecerdasanintelektual secara keseluruhan sebesar 65 % yang berada pada kriteria baik. Hal ini dapatdimaknai bahwa secara keseluruhan kecerdasan intelektual berpengaruh terhadap kinerjapegawai. Kecerdasan spiritual di Badan Pertanahan Nasional mendapatkan penilaian yangbaik terhadap kinerja. Ini dapat di ukur dari jawaban responden mengenai kecerdasanspiritual secara keseluruhan sebesar 65 %yang berada pada kriteria baik. Hal ini dapatdimaknai bahwa secara keseluruhan mengenai kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh terhadapkinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of quality of work life and self- determination affect the work engagement of Rokan Hulu Regency Environmental Services Officers. Thepopulation of this study were all employees of the Rokan Hulu District EnvironmentalAgency. The sampling method uses saturated sampling (census). The analysis techniqueused is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 18 program. The results of thestudy based on multiple linear regression analysis show that quality of work life and selfdetermination have a positive and significant effect on the work engagement of Rokan HuluRegency Environmental Service Officers. The conclusion of this study is based on partialtesting only the quality of work life variable that has a positive and significant effect on thework engagement of Rokan Hulu Regency Environmental Services Officers while on thesimultaneous testing all variables namely quality of work life and self determination affectwork engagement Rokan Hulu Regency Environmental Services Officer.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job insecurity, burnout and organizational justice on employee employee turnover intention in the Civil Service Police Unit in RokanHulu Regency. The population in this study were all employees of the Civil Service PoliceOperational unit of Rokan Hulu Regency. The research sample used a purposive samplingtechnique, with a total of 79 people. The independent variables in this study were jobinsecurity (X1), burnout (X2), organizational justice (X3), dependent variable (Y) turnoverintention. Methods of data collection using observation, documentation and questionnaires.Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. Based on partial test results it is known that jobinsecurity, burnout and organizational justice have a significant effect on turnover intention,where the significant value indicates that it is smaller than the significant level of 0.05. Thecalculation of the coefficient of determination shows that the influence of job insecurity,burnout and organizational justice together has a positive effect on turnover intention of97.5%, while the remaining 2.5% is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

Metode penelitian digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dalam penelitian adalah jumlahpegawai pada Dinas Tanaman Pangan dan Holtikultura Kabupaten Rokan Hulu tahun 2020sebanyak 112 responden. Metode teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode samplingjenuh. Serta teknik analisis data digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linearberganda diperoleh persamaan regresi Y1 = Y= 6,014+ 0,797 X1+ 0,412 X2+ e pada koefisienkorelasi di peroleh nilai R untuk produktivitas kerja pegawai sebesar 0,887, dan pada koefisiendeterminasi di peroleh R Square untuk produktivitas kerja pegawai sebesar 0,787 atau 78,7%variabel produktivitas dipengaruhi oleh variabel perencanaan sumber daya manusia danpengalaman kerja dan sisanya 21,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Hasi penelitian uji t variabelperencanaan sumber daya manusia dan pengalaman kerja terhadap produktivitas menunjukkan>yaitu (9,206 > 1,98177 ) dan ( 3,161> 1,98177),dan uji F menunjukkan nilai F hitung lebihbesar dari F tabel yaitu 200,942 > 3,93.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh tax amnesty, terhadappenerimaan pajak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan dataprimer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner dan diukur dengan menggunakan skala likert. Populasipenelitian adalah wajib pajak orang pribadi yang terdaftar di Kantor Badan PendapatanDaerah Propinsi Riau UPTD SAMSAT Pasir Pengaraian sebanyak 47.196 orang.Pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin diperoleh jumlah minimal sampel wajibpajak orang pribadi yang terdaftar di Kantor Badan Pendapatan Daerah Propinsi Riau UPTDSAMSAT Pasir Pengaraian sebanyak 100 orang. Metode pemilihan sampel menggunakaninsidental sampling, yaitu siapa yang secara kebetulan bertemu dengan peneliti digunakansebagai sampel serta cocok sebagai sumber data. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalahanalisis regresi linier sederhana dengan menggunakan SPSS 18.0 for Windows. Hasilpenelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial tax amnesty tidak berpengaruh signifikanterhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak.
