Abstract

In the midst of the ongoing trend of Islamic economics, it is necessary to have an in-depth study of this system. Is it really just a rule of religious norms? Or just follow the spiritual trend that has recently been increasing. Actually the Islamic economic system is different from other economic systems, it is not the result of the adoption of a socialist system that fights for pseudo equal rights. It is also very different from the capitalist system which gives property rights to individuals freely. The Islamic economic system is a system that is based on divine values and is built on general principles for the implementation of all economic activities. The capitalist economic system is based on individual freedom to own various wealth that exists on this earth without any restrictions, this has an effect on the inequality of the social system, where the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. Apart from that, various social problems emerged, such as the existence of landlords and slaves. The end of this system was a rebellion of workers who demanded their rights as human beings. If the capitalist system protects the various interests of the bourgeoisie, then the socialist system fights for equal rights for all citizens. The equality they want is equality in all rights and eliminates ownership rights to a material object. In this case, each individual is not allowed to have material rights except for those that are the necessities of life. All economic systems are regulated by the State. This system gives the impression that they are defending the workers, but in essence this system is a protection for leaders and officials to exploit people's wealth. The Islamic economic system has methods and principles that are different from other economic systems, it gives ownership rights to an object, but there are standard rules so that wealth is not only among the rich. The mechanism used is the presence of zakat law. Some of the wealth that is needed by many people is managed by the state and may not be owned by individuals. This is where the Islamic economic system becomes a comprehensive economic system and will be suitable to be applied anytime and anywhere.

Abstract

The presence of a head of state in the life of the nation and state is a necessity, his presence is expected to be a protector for all citizens. Such is the urgency of a head of state, his presence has become a necessity for all human beings in his various communities. In Islam, the presence of a head of state is expected to be able to carry out the laws of Allah ta'ala and become a protector for all people. While the mechanism for electing heads of state in Indonesia is carried out by direct election by the people to elect candidates for heads of state directly. Prior to the direct election model, in Indonesia the head of state was elected by the People's Representative Council. The DPR itself is elected by the people with a general election mechanism.This research shows that the model of the mechanism for electing a head of state, namely in Islam and in Indonesia, has several similarities in the election process, namely that the election of a head of state is carried out with the agreement of all citizens. They have the right to elect their head of state in the best way possible. If in Islam the election mechanism is not directly regulated, then in Indonesia it is regulated by Law no. 23 of 2003 concerning the election of the president and vice president. The striking difference in this mechanism is that in Islam the election of the head of state is based on Islamic values and must comply with the existing rules, while general elections in Indonesia are based only on democracy, namely power in the hands of the people.

Abstract

Ijarah contracts are contracts that are widely used in Islamic banking, this is because the fee (ujrah) on ijarah contracts is a solution for interest in conventional banking. Almost all Islamic banks in Indonesia apply this contract, including Bank Muamalah Indonesia. How is the implementation of the ijarah contract at Bank Mumalah Indonesia? This study uses a qualitative approach with data obtained directly from the Bogor branch office. Observations and interviews as well as document studies were carried out to obtain a valid description of the object of research.This research shows that the ijarah contract at Bank Muamalah Indonesia is applied in the form of service products, especially in financing and other household services that are very much needed by the community. The ujrah (fee) charged to customers is generated from negotiations with the bank. Most customers are satisfied with this contract because they avoid transactions that contain usury.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the Islamic economics curriculum is in the Islamic banking and Islamic business management study programs, to find out what are the learning materials and learning plans of Islamic economics in the Islamic banking and Islamic business management study programs and then to analyze the implementation of the applied curriculum. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The results and discussion of these lecturer competencies have supported the curriculum competencies of the Islamic banking and Islamic business management study programs and in accordance with the vision and mission of each study program, there has been an update of the old curriculum to the new curriculum for several relevant reasons, semester credit units taken from semester one up to the eighth semester totaling one hundred and forty eight semester credit units, sharia economics aims to carry out humane economic activities, from the alumni data the researchers found that the curriculum was actually good but not successful because there were many graduate or alumni professions who were not entrepreneurs so there was a need for a re-review This curriculum is so that the curriculum is made in such a way that it can produce entrepreneurs, at least students who have an entrepreneurial spirit. Lecturers Need to improve Education and teaching, research and community service and must be supported by facilities and infrastructure that support the achievement of curriculum competencies. Libraries as a science need books, research journals, modules that are up-to-date and balanced with the competencies needed by each study program

Abstract

There are many words or terms of Islamic Economic in the instructions compilation of National Sharia Board – Indonesia Council of Ulama in Arabic. The instruction of National Sharia Board – Indonesia Council of Ulama is a law product that is published as the first step of National Sharia Board – Indonesia Council of Ulama in socializing the instructions of National Sharia Board and the Islamic Economic in general. The goals of the research are (1) analizing the absorption standard from Arabic language into Indonesian in the instructions of National Sharia Board (2) Analizing the terms absorbed from Arabic language into Indonesian in the instructions of National Sharia Board that are standarded in The Great Dictionary of the Indonesian Language. This research uses Match Method as the data analysing technique. Match method is a way to analyze data in answering the problem researched with determining tool comes from outside the language. The result of the research shows that the absorption standard from Arabic language into Indonesian in the instructions of National Sharia Board – Indonesia Council of Ulama through the following steps, 1) selection, 2) codification, 3) function description, 4) agreement. The research found that there are 20 Islamic Economic terms in Indonesian which are absorbed from Arabic language in the instructions of National Sharia Board – Indonesia Council of Ulama about the contract standarded in The Great Dictionary of the Indonesian Language, the fifth edition. Those are Akad, Istisna’, Salam, Wadi’ah, Wakalah, Musyarakah, Ijarah, Mudharabah, Murabahah, Hibah, Shahibul maal, Mudharib, Muwwakil, Kafil, Sukuk, syarik, Wa’d, Riba, Ikhtikar, Gharar.
