Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance in Parepare City. The data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and questionnaires. The population in the study amounted to 46 people and a sample of 46 people. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. From the results of this study, it is stated that the Workload variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). And the Work Environment variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). The research method used is distributing questionnaires to 46 employees who are respondents. This research is quantitative because the data generated is in the form of numbers, from which the data is processed using SPSS software.

Abstract

Spirit at work is a person's desire and sincerity to do his job well and be disciplined to achieve maximum work performance. Stress is an adaptive response to a person's condition that is felt to be threatening or challenging. Productivity is nothing but talking about human or individual behavior, namely their productivity behavior. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of work spirit (X1) and work stress (X2) on the work productivity of employee. The data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, observations, and literature studies. The sample in this study amounted to 42 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of a computerized system (computer program IBM Statistics SPSS 23). The results of research conducted on the first hypothesis, that work spirit of employee has no significant effect on work productivity of employees at PT PLN (PERSERO) Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pelanggan (UP3) Pinrang. In the second hypothesis, it can be concluded that work stress of employee has no significant effect on work productivity of employees at PT PLN (PERSERO) Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pelanggan (UP3) Pinrang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of bankruptcy in Cigarette Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) using the Altman Z-Score Method. The data used is secondary data obtained by using documentation techniques. The population in this study were all cigarette companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. So that the samples used in this study were PT Gudang Garam Tbk, PT HM Sampoerna Tbk, PT Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk, and PT Bentoel Internasional Investama Tbk. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis which provides an overview of the financial performance condition of the Cigarette Company based on the resulting financial statements. The results of this study indicate that there are three companies that are predicted to be in the category of not bankrupt or healthy within a period of five years, namely PT. Gudang Garam Tbk, PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk, and PT. Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk. While PT. Bentoel Internasional Investama Tbk, only in 2016 was categorized in a healthy condition. Meanwhile, in 2017-2020 the company is predicted to be in a gray area condition.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of Career Development and Competence on the employee performance of the Badan Pengawas Pemilu Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. The population in this study were employee of the Badan Pengawas Pemilu Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan and the sample used was 54 people using saturation sampling. Data was collected by using observation and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that simultaneously Career Development and Competence have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Partially, career development has a significant effect on employee performance and competence has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of hard skills and soft skills on employee performance at the office of Dinas Pendidikan Dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Pinrang. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation and questionnaires. The sample in this study amounted to 51. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of a computerized system (computer program IBM Statistics SPSS 26). The results of the study indicate that partially Hard Skill (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Partially Soft Skill (X2) has a positive influence on Employee Performance (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of pricing and service quality on consumer satisfaction of ojek online Grab in Parepare City (Case Study in Ujung District). The data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, observations, and literature studies. The sample in this study amounted to 147 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of a computerized system (computer program IBM Statistics SPSS 26). The results of the study indicate that partially Pricing (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y). Partially, Service Quality (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y). Simultaneously, Pricing and Service Quality have a positive and significant influence on Consumer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study has a purpose, namely to test whether the independent variable (X) in this study, namely Working Capital (WCTO), Solvability (DAR), and Liquidity (CR) has an effect on Profitability (ROA) at PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The population and sample in this study were all data on the financial statements of PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk for the 2013-2020 period in each quarter of the research period. Documentation is a data collection technique used in this study. The collected data were analyzed using financial ratios, then entered into multiple linear regression equations. The findings in this study indicate that partially working capital turnover (WCTO), solvability (DAR), and liquidity (CR) have a positive and significant effect on profitability (ROA). That is, every time there is an increase in WCTO, DAR, and CR, it will increase ROA and contrarily. In addition, based on the F-test shows that simultaneously the variables WCTO, DAR, and CR have a positive and significant effect on ROA. Both hypotheses in this study were accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance on the stock price of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk for the 2013-2020 period. The population in this study is the all financial report of PT Gudang Garam Tbk, with sample of the financial statements of PT Gudang Garam Tbk, for the last eight years (2013-2020). The technique of data collection is done by documentation technique. The analysis used is the classical assumption test (normality, autocorrelation, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity), then hypothesis testing using t-test and f-test. The results of this study explain that Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover and Return On Equity variables have no partial effect on stock prices. Then based on the simultaneous testing of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover and Return On Equity variables have no simultaneous effect on stock prices

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Physical Work Environment and Non-Physical Work Environment partially or simultaneously on Employee Productivity at PT. Lonsum Bulukumba. The population in this study were permanent employees (MRP) totaling 70 people who were also the sample in this study. Collecting data using the questionnaire method (questionnaire). While the data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using two statistical test methods, namely Simultaneous Test (F-test) and Partial Test (t-test) using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). Based on the analysis results indicate that the Physical Work Environment and Non-Physical Work Environment have a simultaneous effect on Employee Productivity, which means a pleasant work environment can increase employee productivity. The Physical Work Environment has a partial effect on Employee Productivity, meaning that the conditions of a comfortable work space and work facilities and infrastructure that support work can increase Employee Productivity at work. Non-Physical Work Environment has a partial effect on Employee Productivity, meaning that conducive working conditions and harmonious employee relations can increase employee productivity at work.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the performance of PT Semen Tonasa (Persero) for the 2016-2020 period using the Economic Value Added method. The population and sample in this study are all accounts in the financial statements of PT Semen Tonasa (Persero) during the 2016-2020 period. This study uses data collection techniques with the documentation method, by collecting available data in the form of financial reports obtained from the company PT Semen Tonasa (Persero) for the 2016-2020 period. The data obtained were analyzed using several processing and then measured using the Economic Value Added method. The results of the study concluded that the Economic Value Added of PT Semen Tonasa (Persero) has a positive value, namely the EVA value > 0. This indicates that there is a value added process in the company.
