Comparative Study of The Traditional Fishing Ship Using Cantrang Fishing Gear to be Bottom Longline in Ujungpangkah Waters, Gresik Muhammad Fikri Anwar; Soffiana Agustin; Yulia Ayu Nastiti

The variety of fishing gear used by fishermen in Indonesia initiates how to choose the most environmentally friendly fishing gear with good efficiency. The Indonesian government bans cantrang fishing gear because it endangers fish ecosystems and coral reefs. It was then replaced with a longline. This study employs a case study method with descriptive analysis focusing on a case in detail and intensively. In addition to reviewing the environmental impact of using fishing gear cantrang and bottom longline, this study also analyzes the costs required for both tools from manufacture to maintenance, and the revenue of the catch. Based on the research conducted, the capital required for cantrang fishing gear is IDR. 29,450,000 and a longline of IDR. 29,030,000. The profit generated by the cantrang fishing gear for a year is IDR. 56,012,000 while the longline is IDR. 33,836,000. Therefore, it can be concluded that replacing the cantrang fishing gear with a bottom longline is considered simpler, environmentally friendly, inexpensive, and easy to develop.

Abstrak PT Petrokimia Gresik terus membuat inovasi dalam mendukung berbagai macam pekerjaan yang ada di setiap departemen hingga setiap bagian. Bagian penagihan dalam mendukung setiap pekerjaan menggunakan sistem macro scheduler. Macro Scheduler yaitu suatu software untuk alat otomatisasi berbagai tugas di komputer. Di bagian penagihan Macro Scheduler digunakan untuk kecepatan dan juga ketepatan dalam pekerjaan. Mulai dari pembukuan dengan data ribuan dan juga pencetakan faktur penjualan dalam bentuk soft file. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melakukan eksperimen dengan membuat robot macro scheduler pada proses pengiriman faktur penjualan ke distributor yang bertujuan untuk efisiensi waktu dan juga ketepatan dalam proses pengiriman. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu analisis permasalahan, analisis kebutuhan sistem, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian dan pengaplikasian. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini terkait dengan pembuatan robot macro scheduler adalah efisiensi waktu dari sebelum adanya robot membutuhkan waktu satu bulan dalam proses pengiriman sekarang hanya membutuhkan waktu satu minggu. Sehingga tidak adanya permintaan pengiriman dari pihak distributor terkait keterlambatan pengiriman faktur penjualan. Selain itu, ketepatan pengiriman faktur penjualan dengan email milik distributor. Kata Kunci : Macro scheduler; Faktur penjualan; Efisiensi waktu; Ketepatan.

The Effect of Good Corporate Governance on Tax Avoidance Maulidah Nabilah; Umaimah Umaimah

This study aims to prove the effect of good corporate governance as proxied through independent commissioners, institutional ownership and audit committees on tax avoidance practices by manufacturing companies listed on the Bursa Efek Indonesia in 2019-2020. The independent variables used are independent commissioners which are measured by comparing the number of independent commissioners and the total number of boards of commissioners, then institutional ownership which is measured by comparing the number of shares owned by the institution with the number of shares outstanding, and the audit committee as measured by the number of audit committees. The dependent variable used is tax avoidance which is measured using the Effective Tax Rate (ETR) by comparing the income tax burden with profit before tax. The results obtained from this study are independent commissioners and institutional ownership have no significant effect on tax avoidance, while the audit committee has a significant negative effect on tax avoidance.

The background of this study is that many students have not met the Standards ofGrades. Then the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of parents' attention,learning motivation and discipline on student achievement in SMAN 3 Lamongan. The sampleusing proportionate stratified random sampling method is a sampling technique that is carriedout if the traits or elements in the population are not homogeneous and stratified less ordisproportionately while measuring data using the Likert scale. Technical analysis uses theinstrument test (validity test and reliability test) to test the quality and consistency of themeasuring instrument, the model test / classical assumption test (normality test,multicollinearity test and heterokedasticity test). The results of the study stated that ParentalAttention, Learning Motivation and Discipline had a positive and significant effect on StudentAchievement in SMAN 3 Lamngan Students.

Relation Between the Use of Gadget and the Visual Acuity in School Age Children in MI Tsamrotul Ulum Bungah Gresik Musiah Musiah; Diah Fauzia Zuhroh

ABSTRACT Technology isdeveloping rapidly according to its era. One form of technology that is circulating is a gadget. The use of gadgets wrong and frequency the use ofexcessive gadget, of position that does not righ and antensty of the lighting not good, would have an impact on dreasing visual acuity. The purpose of the study was to analyze the relationship gadget use and decreased visual acuity in school age children. A method of the research approach by cross-sectional with the methods simple random sampling. The sample is 102 students. Data analysis with rank spearman test. The results of this study shawed that most of the respondents who frequently used gadgets as many as 26 (60,5%) experienced a decrease in visual acuity. And respondents who rarely use gadgets only 10(23,2%) expoertenced a decreare in visual acuity. The results of stastical tests indicate sig (2-taled) 0,000 < 0,05 which means that there is a significant relationship between gadget use and visual acuity. Conclusion the results of statistical test show that there is a relationship gadget use and visual acuity in school agechildren. Keyword : Gadgets, sharpness of vision

The enthusiasm of the Indonesian people to shop online is currently an interesting phenomenon, the many conveniences offered when transacting online are the main attraction for buyers, but it is not uncommon for buyers to be faced with risks that will be faced when making purchases online. Moreover, there were inconsistencies in the results of previous studies regarding online purchasing decisions so it became an interesting thing to re-investigate. This study aimed to find out the effect of Price, Information Quality, and Perceived Risk on Online Purchasing Decisions in E-Commerce. The research approach used in this research was a quantitative method, according to the explanation it was causal research. The sample used was female students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), which consisted of the Study Programs of Mathematics Education, English Education, and Elementary School Teacher Education, as well as the Faculty of Islamic Religion, which consisted of the Study Programs of Islamic Religious Education, Early Childhood Islamic Education, Muhammadiyah University of Gresik Class of 2018. The data sources used were primary data and secondary data, so the results of multiple linear analyses proved that price, information quality, and perceived risk influenced online purchasing decisions in E-Commerce. so the implication of this research is that pricing, developing information quality, and well-managed perceived risk can improve online purchasing decisions in E-Commerce so it is important for economic actors to pay special attention to price, information quality, and perceived risk.

Retail development in Indonesia has experienced rapid development from year to year. This requires business people to maintain business with innovation and creativity. Retail development in the City Gresik, of course, also continues to experience development, especially in Mamba'us Sholihin Islamic Boarding School, Suci Gresik. Kepontren makes prices, locationsand store atmosphere to drive customer purchasing decisions, The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price, locationand store atmosphere partially to purchasing decisions. Price,location and store atmosphere are independent variables in the study this, while the purchase decision is the dependent variable inthis research. This research is a quantitative research, with determination sample using purposive sampling and data collection techniques done by means of a questionnaire (questionnaire). The sample used in this study a number of 96 people. Then analyzed the data with using the Research Instrument Test, Classical Assumptions Test, Analysis Techniques Data and Hypothesis Testing. The results of this study are location and store atmospherehas a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions,while the price has a positive and not significant effect on buying decision.

In today's digitalization era, the sensitivity of using design and illustration software is a demand in improving the competencies possessed by students at the high school level. This ability will support students' interests and talents by adjusting the Project Based Learning Program owned by SMAM 1 Gresik, namely the L800 Motorcycle Modification Automotive Project. By introducing and training students using the design and illustration software used, namely Autodesk Inventor: Student Version, This training activity aims to (1) Students are able to use the Autodesk Inventor Application in 2D and 3D schemes, (2) Students are able to gain an understanding of motor engineering components and motor engineering drawings, (3) help teach teachers who teach subjects in the field of applied science. The methods used in this community service are teaching, demonstration and practice methods. The result of this community service is to improve the ability of the participants in terms of designing and modifying the practice of observing L800 motorcycle components and students more easily understand the shape of an Engineering component through Technical Drawings effectively and efficiently due to virtual 3D modeling in the Autodesk Inventor application.

Kapal pandu (guide ship) adalah kapal yang digunakan untuk mengantarkan atau menjemput pandu kapal, di daerah Lumpur, Kab. Gresik memiliki kapal perintis sepanjang 12 meter yang telah tenggelam dan akan dihidupkan kembali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses dan waktu pemugaran kapal percontohan sepanjang 12 meter dimana kapal ini sudah kurang lebih 6 tahun tidak berfungsi, yang bertepatan dengan Mud Jetty Kab. Gresik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian restorasi kapal pandu ini adalah kapal tidak menjadi limbah dan dapat difungsikan kembali sebagaimana mestinya. Sehingga total estimasi waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk merestorasi kapal pandu sepanjang 12 meter tersebut adalah 427 jam 54 menit atau sekitar 62 hari 1 jam 20 menit.

This study aims to determine the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), and Long Term Debt to Equity Ratio (LTDER) on earnings management. This study uses a quantitative research approach. Collecting techniques using documentary data or secondary data. The sample selection used purposive sampling method. From the predetermined criteria, a sample of 120 company data was obtained. The data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the Debt to Equity Ratio had a significant positive effect on earnings management. Debt to Asset Ratio has a significant positive effect on earnings management. Long Term Debt to Equity Ratio has a negative effect on earnings management. Simultaneously variable Debt to Equity Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, and Long Term Debt to Equity Ratio has a negative effect on earning management. Simultaneous significant test using by comparing F count with F table.
