Abstract

Study this conducted based on four stage, the first observation field, the second planning and design, the third assembly machine, and finally is To do testing. Machine peeler fiber semi automatic coconut that uses 3 shafts as a 2 shaft stripping medium lower as peeler with variation eye knife straight and inclined, 1 axis on what has been given rubber as press media fruit coconut to fruit coconut no bouncing when the stripping process take place. Machine this designed for make it easy and speed up the stripping process fruit coconut old with capacity 100 pieces/hour. Round axis stripping 23 rpm and round 2540 engine can produce capacity, Efficiency machine stripping fiber coconut with vary eye knife shaped straight and slanted in one axis this could peeling fiber coconut by whole with good, stripping style on fiber coconut 980 N dan power axis stripping 1179.58 Watts. Abstract

The working monitoring process at this time requires accuracy and foresight to maximize the work results. One of them is the process of manufacturing on a 3d Printing machine that requires monitoring, where the printing process is very susceptible to failure caused by several factors when the machine is processing. Therefore, innovations are needed to anticipate work activities by utilizing the Internet of Things (IoT) feature to perform the monitoring process anywhere and anytime. We propose the new development system using ESP32-CAM microcontroller to be used in this study by utilizing the wireless features found on the board. The working process can be adequately monitored by connecting the IP address tunnel from the local port to the ngrok Server. The design and manufacture of this tool use ESP32-CAM which has been applied to a programming language that is uploaded using the Arduino IDE. The final result of this research is the manufacturing process on 3D printing machines can be monitored in real-time and cloud-based. The monitoring process will display an image connected to the local port using tunneling from the ngrok Server.

Abstract

Goat dung grinding machine, the manufacture of this tool serves to facilitate farmers in refining goat dung, after doing the next stage is planning. Drawing planning, calculations to determine the components to be used. The final stage is the manufacturing or assembly process. With the goat dung smoothing tool for farmers designed with a capacity of 50 kg/hour, where this tool has 4 straight blades, it is expected to be able to smooth goat dung quickly. And from the results of the tests carried out, the maximum results are obtained, namely at a speed of 2800 Rpm with a time of 27 minutes where the results are very satisfying, namely the form of smooth results.

Abstract

The government's lack of attention to comfortable and safe public transportation and  the lack of public interest in using public transportation make motorized vehicles chosen for transportation problems. Motorcycles are the most popular form of transportation for the general public. There are two types of transmission in motorcycles, namely manual transmission and automatic transmission. In this test, we compare the 12 gr weight roller owned by the K20 engine with variations of 10,11 and 13 gr on the resulting fuel consumption. The method used in this research is experimental. The tool used is Dynotest. The material used is a motorcycle with a 2020 125 cc K20 engine code which is installed with heavy rollers measuring 10, 11, 12, and 13 grams, after testing, the torque results obtained using a weight roller size 11 produces a better peak torque of 11, 41 gr at 4000 rpm. Using a 10 gram weight roller at 2000 RPM is very small the torque goes up to 3000 RPM getting better results at 11.09 Nm, the peak is at 4000 RPM which is 11.52 Nm and down at 5000 RPM which is 10.81 Nm. The size of the 11 gr weight roller at 2000 RPM is very small, the torque goes up to 3000 RPM to get better results, namely 10.02 Nm, the peak is at 4000 RPM, which is 11.41 Nm and down at 5000 RPM, which is 11.15 Nm.  Keywords : Transmission,Roller, CVT, Spring CVT, dynotest, SFC.

Abstract

        In general, the process of peeling pineapple skin in the community still uses traditional methods, where the traditional method has several drawbacks, namely a small work capacity where to peel one pineapple takes ± 1-2 minutes. Stripping in this traditional way still has many shortcomings and weaknesses, including requiring a large amount of energy, requiring people who have special skills, risk of being hit by a knife, taking a long time, and the stripping position is not ideal. Design and manufacture a pineapple peeling machine with variations for peeling pineapples of various sizes. To find out how efficient the pineapple peeling machine is. This research was carried out based on four stages, the first was field observation, the second was design and design, the third was machine assembly, and the last was testing. This pineapple peeling machine is driven by a 0.5 hp electric motor with 1380 rpm and with a fruit chuck and stainless steel blade so that the material does not rust. This machine is designed to simplify and speed up the pineapple peeling process with a capacity of 96 pieces/hour . The stripping shaft rotation is 138 rpm and the engine speed is 1380. The efficiency of the pineapple peeling machine with a hollow galvanized iron frame material measuring 3 x 3 cm is able to support the machine and components of the pineapple peeling machine so as not to affect the results of the pineapple peeling.

Abstract

Goat dung smoothing machine, the manufacture of this tool serves to facilitate farmers in smoothing goat dung, after observing the next stage is planning, namely covering. Planning drawings, calculations to determine the components that will be used. The final stage is the manufacturing or assembly process. With the goat dung smoothing tool for farmers which is designed with a capacity of 50 kg/hour, where this tool has 4 straight blades and the blade used is a steel bar chainsaw, then the blade hardness test is carried out using the Rockwell method with a ratio of raw material and header to determine the hardness value with length x width x thickness 450 x 50 x 4.5 mm. It is hoped that it will be able to smooth out goat dung quickly. And from the results of the tests carried out, the maximum results were obtained, namely at a speed of 2800 Rpm with a time of 27 minutes where the results were very satisfying, namely the form of smooth results. Keywords: Goat dung, Blade blade, Smoothing goat dung,

Abstract

Coconut is a type of plant from the aren-arenan tribe and the sole member of the cocos clan. The color of the coconut fruit depends on the type of tree, it can be yellow or green, for old fruit it will turn brown. This research focuses on the discussion about the coconut coir peeler. The purpose of this TA is to design and manufacture the framework for a coco peeling tool as well as to simplify and speed up the coco peeling process. The method used is to conduct a field study and then conduct a literature study and start designing and collecting data and materials used in the process of making the framework for the stripping tool. From the simulation results using the Autodesk Inventor Pro 2019 software computing system with the stress analysis report method. Modeling is done by measuring the construction dimensions of the coconut husk peeler frame. By analyzing the strength of the construction of the coco peeling machine, the calculated value of the simulation results of the construction design of the coco peeling machine is the value of Strees 0.0165104 Mpa maximun 38.6232 Mpa, Strain 0.0000000657773 ul maximum 0.00015557 ul , Displacement 0 mm maximum 0 .336126 ul and Safety Factor 5.35948 ul maximum 15 ul. While the results of the calculations obtained are Strees on the gasoline engine mount 2000 N/m2, Strees on the gasoline engine gearbox mount 555.5 N/m2, Strees on the paring shaft 8,202 N/m2, Strain on the gasoline engine mount 1.3 m, Strain on the petrol engine gearbox mount 1.3 m, Strain on the stripper shaft 1.1 m, Modulus 1,538.5 N/M2, Modulus of Elasticity on the gearbox mount for the petrol engine 427.3 N/M2, Modulus of Elasticity on the peeler shaft 7,456.3 N /M2, Safety Factor on the petrol engine mount is 0.0174 KN, Safety Factor on the petrol engine gearbox mount is 0.0139 KN, Safety Factor on the peeler shaft is 0.15 KN.
