Abstract

This research paper aims to describe the research and implementation of a brand reputation monitoring system. The system, called Monitool, is needed by the digital marketing division of PT Lingkar9 Titian Media to measure the brand reputation of its clients. Monitool focuses on monitoring and analyzing a brand on social media and news portals. With Monitool, the digital marketing division of PT Lingkar9 Titian Media can easily make digital marketing plans and can evaluate brand reputation efficiently. Currently the marketing division of PT Lingkar9 Titian Media measures brand reputation using paid tools to measure brand reputation, but it is quite costly, because the costs are not proportional to the profits, especially if the project being handled suffers a loss. Monitool uses the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) method to measure the reputation of a brand. Before measuring reputation, monitool will look for news or social media posts that offend the client's brand. After the data is collected, the data will be processed using the KNN method. After being processed, the system will issue a resume of sentiments consisting of negative, positive and neutral sentiments. The accuracy result of the current test data prediction is 81%. This prediction result will change when the training data is increased or decreased.

Abstract

The development of ERP in Indonesia has a close relationship with PT. Astra International. The development of technology began in the 2000s when the internet was growing rapidly. By using a qualitative descriptive method, the authors try to analyze the benefits, challenges and opportunities of Cloud ERP in Indonesia. Where this research method has the aim of describing an object of research through samples or data that has been collected and making general conclusions. Based on a report released by markets and markets, it is projected that cloud computing will experience growth at a CAGR of 17.9% with an estimated USD 1,250.9 billion in 2027 from an estimated USD 545.8 billion in 2022. Cloud ERP is a breakthrough for a new delivery model in ERP systems. Where Cloud ERP is growing rapidly around the world, because it is felt to be able to provide organizations with a variety of new characteristics such as advantages in business competition and low costs. Based on data from a dissertation on Cloud ERP in the context of micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia, it shows that in 2012 the composition of the national gross domestic product (GDP) was composed of 58.1% of SMEs, 41.9% of large businesses. where all SMEs contributed to employment absorption of 97.2%. For this reason, the use of Cloud ERP is very important for SMEs so that SMEs are still able to run their business and be able to compete with large companies. Based on the analysis carried out, it can be concluded that Cloud Computing allows a company to apply and adopt innovative technologies such as Cloud ERP. The reliability of the infrastructure owned by Cloud ERP because it utilizes the internet is considered to have been economically successful and able to replace traditional ERP functions.

Abstract

In the context of managing the information security management system (SMKI), ministries/agencies (K/L) have committed to participate in maintaining the confidentiality and security of information on all data managed in each K/L so that aspects of confidentiality, integrity, and availability of All and information assets belonging to the company from threats from internal and external parties can be properly maintained. The existence of the Perpim, Perkom, and SMKI policies as information security management system (SMKI) policies and standards within the K/L environment makes them a guideline to protect confidential data and information belonging to the Institution from various forms of threats both from within and outside the K/L environment. Furthermore, the most important thing in the implementation of an information security management system is to evaluate the implementation of the ISMS, which is termed monitor and review. Evaluation is needed to guarantee the implementation of the ISMS so that the selected security control system can protect data and information from various risks and provide confidence in the level of security for the institution. Evaluation in this study was carried out using the ISMS self-assessment evaluation tool which is a derivative of the KAMI Index tool. This tool is used to measure the implementation of ISMS within the Institution. Evaluation is carried out on various areas that are the target of implementing information security with a scope of discussion that also meets all security aspects defined by the ISO/IEC 27001:2005 standard. The results of this study are evaluations to obtain an assessment of the understanding and implementation of IT security management, determine the maturity level of information technology security management and obtain recommendations on the results of information security management analysis.

Abstract

The design of the Land Deed Submission System with this Fast Method was built to facilitate the work process in managing land certificate archives, specially in the archive field at the existing Notary & PPAT Office of Elis Setyawati, SH, M.Kn to make computerized data processing more effective to assist the implementation of land certificate data processing. more accurate, effective and efficient. A land deed is a tool or means to convey written information from one party to another. Such information can be in the form of notices, statements, requests, reports, thoughts, questions, and so on. Currently, in making the administration of land certificate archives at the Notary Office & PPAT Elis Setyawati, SH, M.Kn, there are several obstacles such as making archive administration reports, especially when viewing reports according to the desired time period, searching for documents stored at this time is still difficult and takes time which is old. because they have to open old documents and find one meeting and often have difficulty when doing the final recapitulation in the required period, therefore the author provides a solution in the form of a filing system design to make it easier for employees to process archive administrative data and make it easier to create data and reports. In this study, researchers used the Fast method. The expected result is a system design that can make the search system more efficient and report generation easier and faster.

Abstract

In the current millennial era, information technology is developing rapidly. In managing information, technology is needed because information has important value for a company. Likewise in the management process of the Isatanah Harmoni Apartment which prioritizes satisfactory service for its residents. However, until now the existing service system is still manual in terms of monthly invoices. Therefore, a web-based system was designed called the Web-Based Monthly Invoice Design System for Istanah Harmoni Apartments. This system aims to make it easier for residents to view details and confirm payments through the bank quickly and easily. The research method used is qualitative. The development model used is the SDLC method and uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling using the PHP and MySQL programming languages. While the software tools used are Notepad++ and MySQL as the database. This design system is expected to provide much better changes and provide effective invoice reports as well as structured data documentation.

Abstract

An application is designed and built to investigate how the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on tertiary institutions can affect the services provided to students when the implementation of the limited face-to-face learning method has an impact on the level of student satisfaction.decision support to assist decision making based on the level of satisfaction with academic and non-academic services. The application built is a desktop-based Java application using JavaFx as the interface. This application uses the fuzzy associative memory method as a decision support method that maps between one fuzzy set and another fuzzy set. Design and implementation are designed to be as easy as possible to facilitate the visualization of the methods used to make it easier to understand. The application's results are the number of decision results based on the categories given in the form of Unsatisfactory, Fairly Satisfying, and Very Satisfying. The results obtained from entering the fuzzy set into other fuzzy sets provide optimal results in determining the level of student satisfaction in implementing this limited face-to-face learning. These results can be used as material for comparison in future service development and for purposes other than academic interests.

Abstract

SD Abdi Siswa Bintaro at Graha Raya Bintaro has held learning activities for 12 years, in November 2016 they had the opportunity to carry out accreditation from the South Tangerang City Education Office and get maximum results with Accreditation A results. special class for outstanding students. The Featured Class was created with the aim of being a role model for other students. This Decision Support System was built with a WEB-based application using the PHP programming language and using a MySQL database and the method used is the Multifactor Evaluation Process. The determination is clearer and the resulting decisions for the Preferred Class are more accurate because they are in accordance with the existing facts/reality. The settlement method used in this study is by processing data which is the output in the form of constants or linear equations. The Multifactor Evaluation Process method is a method in which MySQL writes down the factors and calculation criteria in the form of weight values from 0 to 5. In the assessment process for prospective 4th grade students to enter the superior class, they still use the manual method. This developed system can assist the assessment process with a computerized system.

Abstract

In a company, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) is one of the important elements to support the company's operations. KPI is an indicator that can show the performance of a company whether it is in good condition or vice versa. KPIs can be accessed in various ways, one of which is through mobile application media in the form of dashboard. PT. Mega Dagang Internasional is a company engaged in retail. PT. Mega Dagang Internasional currently does not have the KPI dashboard system needed to help the company's operations, especially in the warehouse performance and sales of goods section. PT. Mega Dagang Internasional itself requires an easily accessible KPI system, so the mobile application is the right choice. The data collection method used is the case study method, as well as data collection techniques using observation and interview methods. The application development method itself uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method with the stages of needs analysis, application design, development process and gathering feedback, and application implementation or finalization. In order for the implementation of the Rapid Application Development method to be successful, the application development process will use the help of an Android-based mobile application framework, namely React Native.

Abstract

Tokoodise is a printing company that focuses on selling artwork images to be used as wall murals and wall decals for housing or offices, with sales increasing from year to year. The large number of various types of materials that Tokoodise sells, owners often have difficulty estimating future inventory and expenditure of goods based on previous recorded data, this is very influential in determining the amount of goods that must be provided. So that in the problems above the author uses forecasting methods to predict the expenditure of goods which is expected to be a support for decisions in the inventory of goods that must be prepared in the future. One type of time series method in forecasting is the method Weighted Moving Average (WMA), namely a method that gives different weights to each historical past for each available historical data in the past, with the assumption that the most recent or recent historical data will have greater weight compared to old historical data, because the most recent data or newest data is the most suitable for forecasting.

Abstract

Responding to increasingly competitive competition in every business, gave rise to the idea of integrating information technology with business. Virtual ordering describes a wide range of information technology, processes and practices in online business transactions without using manual transaction tools. By using online ordering, companies can market a product or service to consumers with a worldwide reach, so that from a business perspective it is a good opportunity to expand the market share of the products or services offered. This thesis research aims to analyze and create an Application System for Ordering Soto Ayam Pringgading Website Based Using the Waterfall Method which can provide the information needed by consumers. With this system, Soto Ayam Pringgading Ciputat can build an internet-based product ordering system that can eliminate distance limitations. and time. The development tools used by researchers are PHP as the application interface and My SQL as the database. These were all chosen because of their reliability in making web-based applications. On this occasion, the author only discusses the ordering service system through cash payments (either in person or via bank transfer). And the development of a web-based ordering service system is only applied to the marketing and sales of Soto Ayam Pringgading Ciputat.
