Abstract

The establishment of Village-Owned Enterprises is the most appropriate way for village governments to be able to develop the economy of their communities, because it is an institution formed by village communities supported by the village government to foster and manage business units that can contribute to economic development in the village. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of case study research. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the Management of Village-Owned Enterprises in Pakkanna Village, Tanasitolo District, Wajo Regency runs according to governance standards by referring to management indicators, namely: Planning is carried out in accordance with procedures aimed at maximizing the management of business units. Organizing, its position outside the organizational structure of the village government, theinvolvement of each personnel in the management according to their respective abilities and prioritizing those who already have similar work experience. At the mobilization stage, there is always guidance, advice and orders from the management in order to be able to work optimally in carrying out tasks in order to achieve predetermined goals. Supervision is carried out to ensure that activities run in accordance with the established plan carried out by a predetermined team through a meeting of the management with elements of the Village government, although in reality there is still a lack of involvement from the village government and even the community in supervising Village-Owned Enterprises.

Abstract

Pertanian adalah pekerjaan mayoritas penduduk di Indonesia ,Pertanian perlu untuk dikembangkan dan ditingkatkan. BPS melaporkan bahwa lahan panen padi pada tahun 2021 sebesar 10,52 juta hektar dan mengalami penyusutan sebesar 10,52 hektar.  Permasalahan yang timbul dalam masalah pertanian ini yaitu masalah hama,Hasil panen yang sudah menumpuk dan tidak ada yang membeli,keadaan cuaca yang terus-terusan panas membuat  hasil pertanian menjadi mati.Penyuluh pertanian berperan untuk membantu para petani agar hasil panen dapat meningkat dan membantu setiap permasalahan yang terjadi pada petani. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dihadirkanlah penyuluh pertanian yang membantu masalah pertanian dimasyarakat. Strategi yang dilakukan oleh penyuluh pertanian dalam meberdayakan yaitu membantu dalam pengendalian hama terhadap petani serta penggunaan teknologi yang modern untuk memasarkan hasil pertanian seperti media social yang dapat membantu masyarakat .Dengan adanya penyuluh pertanian dalam lingkup petani agar dapat membuat masyarakat  mandiri dan menggali potensi-potensi yang ada dalam diri masyarakat itu sendiri. Penyuluh pertanian  memberikan peran yang besar terhadap masyarakat terutama yang berprofesi sebagai petani yang membantu pertanian di dalam masyarakat agar meningkat dan terbebas dari masalah-masalah pertanian. Tujuan dari jurnal ini untuk memaparkan strategi penyuluh pertanian dan kinerja penyuluh pertanian dalam meningkatkan hasil pertanian masyarakat agar masyarakat dapat maju dan berkembang serta melalui potensi pertanian di wilayah tersebut masyarakat menjadi bisa berdaya dan mampu mandiri.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of community empowerment through entrepreneurship training at Yayassan Pabatta Ummi, Makassar City. The formulation of the problem in this is how descriptively the implementation of community empowerment through entrepreneurship training in Yayassan Pabatta Ummi, Makassar City. The purpose of the study was to describe the implementation of community empowerment through entrepreneurship training at Yayassan Pabatta Ummi, Makassar City. The results showed that community empowerment through entrepreneurship training is included in the good category. This entrepreneurship training can help participants to be able to be empowered and can get a decent livelihood for participants who take part in entrepreneurship training and other people.

Abstract

The problem of this study is how the description of the implementation of the life skills of the clothing sewing training program in empowering the community is carried out by the Non-Formal Education Unit of the Luwu Regency Learning Activity Center. The approach used in this study is a quality approach with a type of action research. The focus of this study is on: (1) Planning of the clothing sewing training life skills program, (2) Implementation of the clothing sewing training life skill program, and (3) Evaluation of  the clothing sewing training life skill program. The target of the study was the Head of the Non-Formal Education Unit of the Luwu Regency Learning Activity Workshop, Pamong Belajar, Auxiliary Tutors, Instructors and trainees in clothing sewing skills at the Non-Formal Education Unit of the Luwu Regency Learning Activity Center. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used is a qualititative descriptive analysis technique. The results showed that: (1) Before learning training in sewing women's clothing and alma mater suits, it is necessary to identify learning needs and learning resources so that the learning material is really in accordance with the learning needs of prospective trainees and not just the wishes of prospective participants; (2) Synergy between the government, the private sector / business world, and the community in the implementation of life skills education (sewing women's clothing and alma mater suits) can be carried out by designing the involvement of the government, private / business and the community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of implementing the rice plant program in the Bulu Cempa farmer group in Nusa Village, Kahu District, Bone Regency. This research uses a qualitatif approach with the type of research used is a case study. The subjects of this study were the head of the Bulu Cempa farmer group 1, the treasurer of the Bulu Cempa farmer group and 3 members of the Bulu Cempa farmer group. The data collection process is carried out by 3 methods, namely interview, observation and documentation. The technigues used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentasion, and conclusion drawing. Triangulation is used to explain the validity of the data by using various sources and methods. As for the results of the implementation of the rice plant program in the Bulu Cempa farmer group in the Village of Nusa, Kahu District, Bone Regency, which has increased compared to the previous year, the increase is around 85% of farmer members are more productive and all farmer members already have modern tools in the form of tractors as a tool for their planting process.

Abstract

This equality education is an activity carried out in out-of-school education as a sub-system of non-formal education. Participants studying the C package equality program are people who are over 17 years old and even many are employees. As a class attended by adult participants, the design of learning activities is adjusted to the characterization of the age of the students as adults. Therefore, learning satisfaction is considered as one of the factors that must be of concern to the organizers and tutors in the equality program. This research is a quantitative study that reveals whether or not there is an influence of the andragogy approach in learning on the level of student satisfaction.  The results of the an researchershow that there is an influence of the andragogy approach on the learning satisfaction of students of the Paket C equality program . Learner Learning Satisfaction in learning based on an andragogy approach in the high category when the tutor always connects the learning material with the learner's experience in his daily persistence.

Abstract

Efforts to mentally foster citizens in community institutions based on the correctional system are no longer seen as an effort to foster punishment, but are intended as the most appropriate step in providing education and guidance to them. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of case study research. The implementation of the program of coaching and handling assisted citizens at the Klas II A Sungguminasa Narcotics Correctional Institution is given so that they have more productive activities, even though they have violated the law that makes them have to deal with the law. By participating in a mental coaching program, they can change for the better and are optimistic about their future to make various positive and productive efforts. The mental coaching program is said to be productive because the results can be used as a source of livelihood in meeting the needs of life for themselves and their families

Abstract

The study aims to determine the picture of the implementation of literacy education in Maros district, seen in terms of planning, organizing, implementing learning, coordination, coaching and assessment as well as learning outcomes of learning residents. This research is a type of case study by usinga  combination of qualitative and quantitative research approaches.  Based on the results of the data analysis, conclusions were drawn (1) The literacy education program in Maros district has been implemented through a series of planning, organizing, implementing learning, coordination, coaching and assessment, as well as meeting basic literacy education standards, (2) the literacy education program is supported by the ranks of level II local governments, private institutions and illiterate citizens. In addition, there are still obstacles such as the slowness of disbursement of organizing funds from the government, the lack of tutoring in teaching citizens to learn and the lack of activity of citizens learning to participate in learning. (3) Learning outcomes in the form of literacy ability achieved by residents learning literacy education are more at a high level of achievement, in other words, that the literacy education program has succeeded in liberating illiteracy for illiteracy residents in Maros district
