Abstract

Pengaduan konsumen merupakan hak konsumen untuk menyampaikan keluhan atas sebuah layanan atau produk yang diberikan, atau dengan kata lain pengaduan merupakan ungkapan ketidakpuasan konsumen baik lisan atau tertulis yang disebabkan oleh adanya kerugian yang di alami oleh konsumen dan tidak dipenuhinya perjanjian yang telah di sepakati. Pemerintah sangat menyadari akan berbagai hal yang di alami oleh konsumen sebagai pengguna barang dan jasa. Melalui peraturan presiden Republik Indonesia nomor 50 tahun 2017 tentang strategi perlindungan konsumen dan melalui peraturan tersebut sektor terkait melakukan berbagai upaya dalam meningkatkan kinerjanya terkait dengan menindaklanjuti setiap pengaduan. Pengelompokan non hirarki menggunakan metode k-means adalah penempatan objek berdasarkan means kelompok terdekat. Melalui hasil olah data yang dilakukan melalui penelitian pada data pengajuan konsumen berdasarkan jenis pengaduan menunjukkan bahwa terjadi signifikansi pada semua variabel pengaduan masuk, pengaduan selesai, pengaduan dalam proses dengan tingkat signifikansi (sig) lebih kecil dari 0,05. Oleh karena itu ada perbedaan yang berarti dari cluster yang terbentuk yang berhubungan dengan semua variabel tersebut. Dan pada tabel nilai F terbesar adalah 355,957 yang menunjukkan bahwa pengaduan masuk pada masing-masing cluster berbeda. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin besar nilai F, maka semakin besar perbedaan cluster 1, cluster 2, cluster 3 untuk variabel yang bersangkutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, apakah dari kasus yang terjadi di dalam program konseling, terkait dengan resiliensi diri. Kasus diambil dan dibatasi hanya dalam lingkungan terbatas yaitu dari mahasiswa aktif Akademi Sekretari Budi Luhur. Jumlah subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 7 kasus. Penelitian ini juga dimaksudkan agar untuk mata kuliah tertentu yang berhubungan dengan penguatan diri dengan mengenal dan pengembangan diri, membantu mahasiswa pada umumnya, dan mahasiswa Akademi Sekretari khususnya untuk membentuk tingkat kesadaran diri dan reliensinya. Hal ini pastinya tak lain adalah membetuk mahasiswa menjadi pribadi yang tangguh terutama dalm kaitannya dengan profesi mereka nantinya sebagai seorang sekretaris .Penelitian dilakukan dengan mempelajari hasil laporan berdasarkan apa yang dsampaikan konseli (mahasiswa) kepada Konselor. Dan adalah tugas seorang konselor untuk bersama konselinya membentuk kembali rasa percaya diri dari kekuatan diri yang selama ini tertutup oleh bermacam penyebab yang melatarbelakanginya.

Abstract

Management is a process of achieving planned, organized and oversight goals of all organizational activities to improve the quality of education that houses the school, the library as an institution that manages key sources of information in the educational process which helps improve the quality of education. Libraries as learning resources require good and professional management. The purpose of this research is to find out how library management improves education management at SMP Negeri 1 Delima, and to find out how to improve the quality of education through library management at MIS Muhammadiyah Sibatua, Pangkep Regency. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, while the subjects in this study were school principals, teachers and school librarians. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that library management in improving the quality of school education. library work program, the third is making a library development program which consists of developing human resources, institutional development, and developing library infrastructure, then the fourth stage is planning library evaluation activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peranan etika dalam kegiatan bisnis bagi para pelaku bisnis. Analisis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif. Data yang digunakan berupa data pustaka. Berdasarkan analisis penulis dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa etika bisnis memegang peranan yang sangat besar dalam kegiatan bisnis. Hal ini dapat diilustrasikan pada Nabi Muhammad SAW dalam praktik bisnisnya. Beliau sangat siddiq, amanah, fathanah. Hasil penerapan prinsip-prinsip ini membawa kesuksesan baginya. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa siapa saja yang menerapkan prinsip-prinsip etika tersebut akan berhasil dalam menjalankan bisnis. Terjadi kemerosotan dalam berbisnis di kalangan pelaku bisnis saat ini karena hanya mengikuti hawa nafsu dan ketidaktahuan akan keunggulan dari prinsip-prinsip tersebut. Maka tidak heran jika bisnis yang dijalankan identik dengan perbuatan kotor, seperti berbohong, berkhianat, ingkar janji, menipu dan lain sebagainya. Entah karena terpaksa karena kebutuhan ekonomi, mereka melakukannya sendiri atau bersekongkol dengan orang lain secara tidak sah atau karena persaingan yang ketat yang membuat mereka melakukan hal-hal yang dilarang dalam agama. Jika hal ini berlaku bagi seorang pengusaha, maka akan menjadi kerugian yang akan diperolehnya baik di dunia maupun di akhirat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of developing strategic management in improving the quality of education at SDN 9 Baru-Baru Tanga, which is broken down into several sub-problems: How to develop management strategies to improve the quality of education at SDN 9 Baru-Baru Tanga and How are the results of developing management strategies in improving quality of education at SDN 9 Baru-Baru Tanga? The research method uses qualitative methods, through pedagogic, historical, phenomenological and psychological approaches. Data collection was used through observation, interviews and documentation studies which were carried out entirely by the researcher as the main instrument for obtaining answers and field observations, by bringing cellphones and interview guides as complementary instruments. The data obtained was then carried out by a data reduction process and then the data was presented and tested using data triangulation techniques namely source, method, technique and time triangulation. Furthermore, conclusions are drawn based on the results of the research conducted.

Abstract

This thesis aims to reveal how the principal's strategy is in an effort to improve teacher performance at UPT SDN 2 Majannang Kec. Balocci Kab. Pangkajene and Islands, which is broken down into the main sub-problems, namely What is the Strategy of the Head of UPT SDN 2 Majannang in an effort to improve teacher performance during the Covid-19 pandemic? To answer the problem raised, a qualitative research was carried out using a phenomenological and sociological approach by taking data sources from the UPT SDN 2 Majannang Principal and several UPT SDN 2 Majannang teachers. Research data was taken through observations and interviews obtained during the research carried out, with the presence of researchers in the field and equipped with interview guideline text along with stationery and smartphones as research instruments, then the process of data reduction and verification was carried out using data triangulation techniques. Furthermore, the data is processed and analyzed and then draw conclusions based on the results of the research conducted.

Abstract

The slow and gradual congestion of roads with private vehicles has prompted the government to take quick action to address this issue. Preventive and even curative measures have been planned and carried out to minimize the accumulation of private vehicles. The government has a breakthrough in creating public transportation aimed at reducing the use of private vehicles. Certainly, something is needed to integrate the community as a means for them to reach their desired destinations. Not only integration, but also a breakthrough with adequate infrastructure and transportation modes that are of good quality, competent, flexible, and do not interfere with existing roads. Therefore, in Jakarta itself, there is a public transportation called the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) which is used as an answer to the problem. According to the reputation obtained from data collected from the public, the advantage of this transportation is not only its ability to integrate the community, but also the infrastructure or construction that has a concept of being underground and several facilities that have good quality are some of its advantages.

Abstract

Balaroa Pewunu Village has home-based businesses, namely banana chips, brown sugar chips, biapong cakes and pop ice. Home business is one of the efforts to meet household economic needs. A home-based business in running its business certainly requires good management, so that the business can continue to run. However, home businesses have not managed home businesses well. Community Service activities carried out are focused on managing home-based businesses. The purpose of this article is to serve so that it helps in managing home businesses, especially financial management, innovating products and expanding market share. The implementation method is carried out through observation, training and mentoring. The results achieved from this implementation are that home-based businesses have implemented simple bookkeeping records such as making cash flow books, inventory books, product sales books and production cost books.

Abstract

This study focuses on the factors that influence the poverty rate in 15 regencies/cities in Central Kalimantan from 2010 to 2019. The type of research conducted is descriptive quantitative using secondary data sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The regression analysis of numerical data poverty rate in South Kalimantan and Central Kalimantan found that the economic growth variable did not significantly influence the poverty rate in Central Kalimantan. However, the variables Human Development Index and unemployment significantly influence the poverty rate of the two states. The poverty variable has a significant adverse effect on the poverty level. Human resource development strategies and policies focusing on education, health, and people's incomes are vital to reducing poverty.
