Abstract

PT Perkebunan Nusantara VI is one of the companies operating in the plantation sector that is transforming the development of information technology to help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company. PT Perkebunan Nusantara VI has an ERP section that is implementing changes to business processes, initially all transactions were recorded manually and now all transactions are recorded through the SAP application system which makes all parts of PT Perkebunan Nusantara VI integrated in real time. In the implementation of the SAP application at PT Perkebunan Nusantara VI it did not go well where many human resources did not understand SAP technology and there were many data input errors that made errors in transactions and errors in the SAP application system, based on these conditions, a system is needed that can assist in handling of every problem that exists in every part of PT Perkebunan Nusantara VI so that the handling is more well structured and also helps in the reporting system. So the final result of this research is a proposed helpdesk ticketing system application that makes it easier for the reporting system and handling problems that exist in the transaction process in the SAP application.

Abstract

Proper and optimal risk management will increase the Company's certainty in achieving its targets, and provide confidence that the Company can realize existing business opportunities by minimizing potential risks and losses that may occur. The development of Risk Management in Indonesia is currently experiencing rapid progress, because all are aware that the world is full of uncertainty that results in risks that can harm interested parties, to achieve success in the business world, uncertainty and its risks cannot be ignored, but can be minimized by Risk management. At this time PT Perkebunan Nusantara VI in the risk identification process has used a Website-based System called SIMAKO, but the risk profile report cannot be grouped based on the level of risk, so the number of risks with very high, high, medium and low categories cannot be known and this It is very difficult for the user to identify all the risks that have been previously inputted, the system that has been implemented by researchers has changed the output results as desired by the company management.

Abstract

The development of information technology, especially the use of the system allows the data processing become more efficient, faster and accurate than the system that is still done manually. One is the Academic Information System is used to provide ease of data processing. With a design that takes into account the facility and understanding of the human resources that will use this information system is expected to run well if it will be implemented. This study proposes an analysis and design of a prototype of a system of academic information in SMKN 6 Muaro which provides convenience in data processing and obtain information.

Abstract

Nada Salwa Tour & Travel is one of the service businesses engaged in travel. Where the current system has problems in getting new customers, improving customer relationships, and retaining customers. Based on the existing problems, Nada Salwa Tour & Travel requires a web-based Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) system that can help Nada Salwa Tour & Travel and its customers establish good relationships. The purpose of this research is to analyze the service relationship between the company and its customers and to design a prototype of a web-based Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) system to create a better relationship between the company and its customers through features on the website. The author does object-oriented design including Use Case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams, display designs, database structure tables. The result of this research is a prototype of a web-based E-CRM system that can help solve the problems that exist in Nada Salwa Tour & Travel.

Abstract

Requests for information regarding Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) in public areas by the people of Jambi City through the complaint channel, are increasingly being received by the Jambi City Communications and Information Office. The installation of Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) in public areas in Jambi City is one of the service innovations for the community in order to strengthen law enforcement, public order and public convenience and at the same time realize the Jambi City Government's Smart City program. CCTV installations in Jambi City have been carried out in various areas of Jambi City such as in various parking areas in government offices, at crossroads, and red lights. Even private business actors also support the installation of CCTV in their respective business areas. Advances in GIS technology can be applied to mapping the distribution of CCTV points in the city of Jambi to help collect information on the distribution of CCTV points in various public areas of Jambi City electronically so that they can improve excellent service for the community in the field of security and public comfort both for business actors and for visitors who came to the city of Jambi. So the final result of this research is the proposed design of a Web-Based Geographic Information System (GIS) application for CCTV Point in Jambi City. The system development method used is Prototype using Use Case Diagram modeling tools, Activity Diagrams, and Class Diagrams. This research is expected to provide complete information about the distribution of CCTV points in the Jambi City area, and become the initial foundation for integrating all CCTV management in Jambi City.

Abstract

The development of technology has a positive impact in the delivery of news or information to the public to be easier and faster without any distance limitation in accessing the news. News portal is one of the media that is widely accessed by the public to get information through the internet. At PT. Jambi Ekspres Televisi (JEKTV) does not have a news portal to deliver such information quickly. The methodology used in designing this news portal is the prototype method. The purpose of designing this news portal is expected to help the company's performance in serving the news needed by the community quickly and the community can receive the news information up to date.

Abstract

RSUD Raden Mattaher Provinsi Jambi is a hospital owned by the Jambi Provincial Government located in the city of Jambi, established in 1948 with type C and joined with the Dinas Kesehatan Tentara (DKT). On November 19, 1972 it was moved to Jl. Lt. Gen. Suprapto No. 31 Telanaipura Jambi. This hospital was built on a land area of + 75,000 M2 with a building area of + 41,590 M2. Jaminan Kesehatan Provinsi (JAMKESPROV) is a health care effort whose financing is managed in an integrated manner. In addition, JAMKESPROV is a guarantee program for the payment of health care costs provided by the Jambi Provincial Government to the people of Jambi. The target of the Jamkesda Program is all people of Jambi Province who do not have health insurance in the form of Jamkesmas, ASKES and other health insurance. The Jambi Province Health Insurance program has weaknesses, among others, participant data is still not accurate, socialization is not optimal, and there are fees for getting cards. In addition, other problems are that there are participants who do not use the card when seeking treatment, the presence of Jamkesmas patients who incur costs, and the poor quality of service for Jamkesmas patients. To solve the problems that occur the authors conduct research and design a Decision Support System for Determining Acceptance of Public Health Insurance in the Health Sector with the SAW method. It is hoped that it can provide input and speed up the requirements process in supporting the decision of the recipient of the Public Health Insurance at RSUD Raden Mattaher Provinsi Jambi. And an alternative is to improve the Public Health Insurance service in determining who is entitled to Health Insurance at Raden Mattaher Hospital, Jambi Province. In this study, the UML (Unified Modeling Language) system modeling method includes Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Class Diagrams.

Abstract

Yaya Wedding Organizer is a business with core business in services, especially wedding events. At current condition, the process of ordering WO packages is still done manually, customer comes to the place and chooses the package ordered, then the data is recorded in the order book. This causes errors in recording, because lack of communication between field employees and office employees regarding the schedule for installing decorations and the length of the data search process and making reports regarding ordering wedding organizer packages, so that the service in ordering WO cannot run optimally. Based on the existing problems, a new system is needed in order to help Yaya Wedding Organizer in ordering WO packages. The purpose of this research is to design a prototype web-based WO package ordering system using a system modeling tool, namely UML. The result of this research is the design of a prototype WO package ordering system that can be applied by Yaya Wedding Organizer to speed up the processing of WO package ordering data.

Abstract

Jambi City Yadika High School is a special institution to provide educational knowledge to students under the supervision of teachers located in Jambi City, having its address at Jalan Maya, South Lingkar, South Jambi. The process of processing school financial administration often experiences various obstacles. Constraints that often occur include student payments such as Education Development Donations as well as payment of building fees and school financial reporting. The benefits of the research carried out are improving the quality of service to students, managing student financial administration data to be relatively faster and accurate, and student finance administration can be known simply by accessing a web page, without having to come to the administration section. The purpose of the research is to design the Analysis and Design of a Web-Based Student Financial Administration Information System at Yadika High School Jambi City. The method uses a prototype. The results of the research are data processing applications that have been designed to facilitate data processing and report generation. Suggestions before using the application, it is better for the user to get training first so that it can be operated optimally.

Abstract

The application of enterprise architecture aims to create alignment between business and information technology for the current and future needs of organizations. The success of implementing enterprise architecture cannot be separated from how an organization plans and designs the enterprise architecture. Planning and designing enterprise architecture requires a complete and easy-to-use methodology. In this study, a case study was conducted for strategic planning of information systems by applying the TOGAF ADM method with the help of the value chain model and other modeling tools at the Plantation and Livestock Service Office of Muaro Jambi Regency. The stages of the TOGAF ADM methodology are translated into enterprise architecture modeling, namely vision architecture, business architecture, information systems architecture and technology architecture. The results of the enterprise architecture modeling with the TOGAF ADM methodology provide a basis for overcoming the problem of lack of data integration and lack of information system support for business functions.
