Abstract

CV. Ravabia Kreasi Nusantara Bandung West Java is the one company that produced traditional shoes, such as handmade leather shoe and have a good and strong construction. The problem found in the hand welted type of shoe, when lasting the upper is still loose and less tight with the shoelast proportion on the part of the palm. Method of finding solutions by means of experiment the insole of hand welted shoe. Then analyze existing data with literature studies and shoe making experiments about hand walted shoe. Shoe manufacture at the CV. Ravabia Kreasi Nusantara, was found a lack when lasting. The cause of factor is when the insole that have no stitch lines yet. Action taken to overcome the problems that occur is by making a stitch lines at the bottom of insole. After lasting the shoe not loose again.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini akan membuat sarung tangan tehnis karet dari karet alam yaitu menggunakan bahan latek, yang disadap dari pohon karet dengan kaddar karet kering 36 % , kemudian sebagai bahan merupakan latek pekat ,dilakukan setrifut supaya latek menjadi latek pekat selama 4 jam. SarSarung tangan merupakan alat yang dikenakan pada tangan kanan dan kiri , jari tangan terpisah untuk sarung tangan model A , seperti sarung tangan tehnis baik menggunakan bahan kain, kulit suede , maupun karet tehnis dan kesehatan , sedangkan sarung tangan model B semua jari jadi satu kecuali ibu jari khusus untuk sarung tangan kerja berat.Sarung tangan tehnis dari bahan karet dibuat dengan metode dipping dari bahan kompon latek .pada pembuatan kompon latek terdiri dari latek pekat sebagai bahan baku , ditambahkan anti oksidan , ditambahkan acceleretor, ditambahkan aktivator ditambahkan pemvulkanisasi Pembuatan kompon latek dimixer semua bahan dengan waktu 5 menit ,setelah jadi kompon latek , kemudian proses dipping pencelupan mold sarung tangan pada kompon latek sebanyak 2 kali dipping dalam penelitian yang dikerjakan 2 dipping ,mold dicelupkan pada kompon latek selama 1 menit kemudian diputar- putar biar tebal lapisan sarung rata tebalnya , setelah itu dikeringkan dengan sinar matahari , sampai kering kira –kira 1 jam . Proses selanjutnya setelah kering sarung tangan dicelup kembali pada kompon latek dan diputar- putar biar rata kemudian dikeringkan dengan sinar matahari selama 1 minggu .setelah jadi sarung tangan dibuka dari mold dengan memberikan powder atau bedak agar tidak lengket sarung tangan jadi. Selanjutnya pengujian organoleptis: sarung tangan harus baik tidak boleh ada tambalan ,bebas dari lubang, Pengujian fisis : kuat tarik tertinggi 33 N/mm2,, elongation tertinggi 680 % % dan kuat sobek tertinggi 12 N/mm2 menurut standar SNI 0778-2009 dan SNI 06-1301-1989.

Abstract

HDPE-based plastic bag products are processed using a blown film extrusion machine. Problems that often occur during processing are the instability of plastic bubbles and the difference in thickness of the plastic sheet. The purpose of this paper is to determine the effect of room temperature on bubble instability defects to predict engine temperature settings. In addition, it provides a solution to overcome thickness difference defects caused by inappropriate nip roll speeds. Each defect problem was predicted using a polynomial trendline graph. The results show that the higher the room temperature, the unstable bubbles and vice versa. In order for the engine temperature to remain stable, the application of parameter settings according to room temperature can be carried out by looking at the room temperature trend. Furthermore, to keep the room temperature stable, the company needs to install an exhaust fan. While the results of observations and trend data on thickness difference defects obtained the optimal nip roll speed is 37.25-37.65 Hz for a thickness of 0.08-0.12 mm. The faster the nip roll, the less thickness it will be.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to utilize BHO tannery liquid waste for biogas production and to examine the effect of active digester effluent on the co-digestion of biogas production by co-digestion of BHO liquid waste and cow manure. The experiment began with an analysis of the character of the leather tanning BHO liquid waste. The biogas production is carried out in batches in an anaerobic biogas digester. The experiment was started by entering raw materials for BHO liquid waste: cow dung: active digester effluent with a ratio of D1 = 4: 2: 0; D2 = 4: 0: 2; D3 = 6: 0: 0. Observation of the addition of gas was carried out by means of a manometer to measure the increase in gas pressure produced in the digester every day until the 15th day. The results of the analysis of BHO wastewater showed high BOD and COD levels, namely 3265 mg / L and 11231.2 mg / L. The results of making biogas show increased gas pressure (gas formation) in digester D1 and D2. The result of D1 (BHO waste without starter) gas production is a lot at the beginning and then decreases. In D2 (BHO waste with the addition of starter and cow dung), it shows that gas production is formed on the 8th day with constant pressure until the 15th day and is still producing. In the D3 digester (BHO liquid waste without a starter and cow dung) no gas is formed.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara intensi berwirausaha dan kecerdasan adversitas terhadap employability mahasiswa Politeknik ATK Yogyakarta. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester VI sejumlah 172 mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif diskriptif, instrumen yang digunakan berupa skala kuesioner yang terbagi menjadi 3 skala yaitu skala intensi berwirausaha, kecerdasan adversitas, dan employability. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi ganda. Keabsahan data diperoleh melalui validitas dan reliabilitas. Penelitian ini memiliki 3 hipotesis yaitu, ada hubungan positif antara intensi berwirausaha dan kecerdasan adversitas terhadap employability, ada hubungan positif antara intensi berwirausaha terhadap employability, dan ada hubungan positif kecerdasan adversitas terhadap employability. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara intensi berwirausaha dan kecerdasan adversitas terhadap employability dengan nilai determinasi nilai R sebesar 0,591. Intensi berwirausaha mempunyai hubungan positif dan sangat signifikan terhadap employability mahasiswa dengan nilai r adalah 0,570. kecerdasan adversitas mempunyai hubungan positif dan sangat signifikan terhadap employability dengan nilai r adalah 0,535. Sumbangan efektif variabel intensi berwirausaha dan kecerdasan adversitas terhadap employability sebesar 34,9 % dengan koefisien determinan (R Square) sebesar 0,349. Sedangkan secara simultan sumbangan efektif intensi berwirausaha terhadap employability sebesar 22,1 % dan kecerdasan adversitas terhadap employability sebesar 12,8%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian adalah ada hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara intensi berwirausaha dan kecerdasan adversitas terhadap employability mahasiswa Politeknik ATK Yogyakarta.

Abstract

A device Recad Grading and Engineering System was implemented of PT. Vigano Ciptaperdana in 2019. Operation of the software isn’t optimal because there is no operator and handbook to operate the Recad software. Found Over-size issues in the pattern grading test for Boot with software Recad. The purpose of the final assignment is to be able to know and learn the operation of Recad software and solve Over-size problems in Tata Boot. The observed material is a pattern of Tata Boot Fall Winter that has been done by pattern maker. The method used in the resolution of the issue are experiments using Recad Grading and Engineering System. The root cause is found the difference of 1 mm in vamp and quarter components in the lasting allowance. Experiments are done by changing the Increment and the system size in the Grade Setup menu. The experiment showed that the system size of Chinese is suitablefor grading Recad on the type of boots. Then problem absence of Recad software operators can be solved by a handbook that contains tutorials to facilitate the features that have been provided by Recad software and doesn’t continue to depend on the instructors of other companies.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Karyamitra Budisentosa is a company engaged in footwear. PT. Karyamitra Budisentosa was founded in 1989 which produces women's leather shoes, one of which is the Gerry Weber brand. The problem that occurs in the process of making samples is the occurrence of leather upper breaks. The material observed was sample of Gerry Weber's pump shoes. After observing, it is known that the cause of the problem arises because the material used is of poor quality. The method used was an experiment by adding 7 mm to the vamp part pattern. The experimental results are by adding 7 mm to the pattern successfully overcoming the upper rupture. After an evaluation another problem arises, namely wrinkle on the toe. The results of lasting allowances analysis are too wide so that the pattern of lasting allowances is corrected by reducing the size of 12 to 18 mm which previously had a size of 16 to 20 mm.

Abstract

The establishment of micro, small and medium enterprises has an important role in the country's economy because it is able to provide jobs and drive the country's economy. Polytechnic of Yogyakarta ATK as one of the Vocational education institutions that educate the nation's young generation gives encouragement to students to have the spirit to become entrepreneurs. One of them is by giving entrepreneurship courses. To start a new business requires a viable business idea as a business opportunity. Entrepreneurs also need an understanding of the concept of finance for the sustainability of the business they have established. In learning entrepreneurship, Polytechnic of ATK Yogyakarta students has been able to understand business ideas so that they are able to emerge about business ideas and are able to identify the most possible business opportunities to do. And already have an understanding of the concept of finance, in this case, the financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. With an understanding of business ideas and financial concepts, it is hoped that Polytechnic of Yogyakarta ATK students can become entrepreneurs by establishing a business when they graduate from the Polytechnic of ATK Yogyakarta.
