Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudul Implementasi Program Bantuan Pangan Non-Tunai (BPNT) di Desa Wringin Anom Kecamatan Panarukan Kabupaten Situbondo ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kemiskinan yang telah lama dihadapi hampir semua negara berkembang, terutama negara yang padat penduduknya seperti Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana implementasi Program Bantuan Pangan Non-Tunai (BPNT) di Desa Wringin Anom Kecamatan Panarukan Kabupaten Situbondo yang diatur oleh perundang-undangan pada Kementrian Sosial yaitu Peraturan Direktur Jenderal Penanganan Fakir Miskin Nomor 05/4/PER/HK.02.01/11/2019 tentang Petunjuk Teknis Penyaluran Bantuan Pangan Non-Tunai. Penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif digunakan oleh peneliti untuk mendapatkan data dari informan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan Program Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT) di Desa Wringin Anom Kecamatan Panarukan Kabupaten Situbondo. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kualitatif dengan metode wawancara, dapat disimpulkan bahwa :1.Dari segi kebijakan, program BPNT di Desa Wringin Anom sesuai dengan kebijakan yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah pusat yaitu Kementerian Sosial, namun tidak dengan perangkat desa yang hanya mengusulkan masyarakatnya yang tidak mampu agar mendapatkan bantuan pangan tersebut. 2.Dari segi pelaksana, Pendamping hingga Koordinator Daerah sudah melaksanakan tugasnya sebagai pelayanan penyaluran program BPNT dari Bank penyalur kemudian kepada e-warung. Setelah itu, bantuan disalurkan kepada masyarakat.3.Dari segi target, pencapaian belum sesuai dengan keadaan lingkungan masyarakat yang kurang mampu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pangannya sehari-hari. Meskipun begitu, sebagian orang yang mendapatkan bantuan merasakan bahwa dengan adanya program BPNT mereka dapat terbantu dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pangannya.4.Dari segi lingkungan, masyarakat harus dapat menciptakan suasana yang rukun dan damai agar tercipta lingkungan dengan tingkat sosialisasi tinggi dan tidak lagi ada kecanggungan antara suatu organisasi dengan masyarakat.5.Dari segi proses, masyarakat maupun pihak yang terlibat dalam penyaluran BPNT dapat merasakan hasil dari adanya program ini. Selain itu, prosedur penyaluran sudah sesuai dengan aturan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the work ability of the employees of the religious affairs office (KUA) in providing marriage registration services to communities in the Kendit sub-district of Situbondo district. This research is a field research that uses a qualitative approach. Data analysis was performed to answer the research problems used descriptive analysis of the data derived from the results of interviews, questionnaires and the results of observations (observations). The results of the study show that the procedures at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) are quite good, but only lack of clear information to the community and the attitude of employees who are less responsive and not friendly to the public

Abstract

Salah satu masalah yang dihadapi masyarakat miskin adalah terbatasnya akses terhadap rumah yang sehat dan layak. Kondisi rumah yang dimiliki masyarakat miskin dibangun dengan tidak memperhatikan kriteria fisik rumah yang layak huni. Program Rumah Tidak Layak ini bertujuan untuk meringankan beban masyarakat miskin dalam memenuhi hak dasar berupa rumah yang layak huni yang di kukuhkan dalam Peraturan Menteri Sosial Nomor 20 Tahun 2017 sebagai pedoman pelaksanaan program. Pelaksanaan program rumah tidak layak huni di Desa Paowan mengalami kendala yakni program tersebut dapat tertunda karena kurangnya koordinasi dengan warga, untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ini koordinator desa memberikan pengarahan untuk saling tolong menolong dalam proses pelaksanaan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and discipline on the performance of Lecturer Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo University. This research is quantitative research, there are 2 independent variable that is Organization Culture (X1) and Discipline (X2) and dependent variable that is Lecturer Performance (Y). Indicator used Organizational culture variable (X1) that is innovation and risk taking, attention to detail, outcome orientation, people orientation, aggressiveness and stability. Indicators of discipline variables (X2) are attendance, obedience to work regulations, adherence to work standards, high level of vigilance and ethical work. Indicators of employee performance variables are quality, quantity, timeliness, cost effectiveness and personal relationships. The way of data collection is by way of observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The result of this research is organizational culture have a significant effect to the performance of lecturer of Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo University. Discipline has a significant effect on the performance of university lecturer Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo. Abstract

Motivation is a very important thing to be considered by the company if you want every employee to contribute positively to the achievement of company goals, because with the motivation of an employee will have a high enthusiasm in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. Tax revenue is a source of funds to improve progress and prosperity in society, including providing opportunities for poor people to improve their standard of living. From these uses it can be seen that the tax contains elements of equity and justice . The formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is a motivational effect on the discipline of the community in paying land and building tax (PBB) in Dawuhan Village, Situbondo District, Situbondo Regency. The research method uses quantitative research, with a survey approach that is research that takes samples from the population and uses a questionnaire as a primary data collection tool . The results of the analysis conducted by researchers found that the t-test value of 8.753> 1.984 table. Based on the significance value, it can be concluded that the significance value of 0,000 is below 0.05 which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, this shows that there is a motivational effect on the discipline of the community in paying land and building tax (PBB) in Dawuhan Sub-District, Situbondo, Situbondo Regency .

Abstract

Dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin berkembang pesat, dimana sebagian orang dituntut untuk terampil dalam mengaplikasikannya, termasuk juga para pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Tapen. Diharapkan keterampilan pegawai dalam menggunakan teknologi informasi dapat membantu dan meningkatkan kinerjanya.Untuk menjadi orang yang terampil yang memiliki kemampuan khusus pada bidang teknologi informasi tidaklah mudah, tentunya harus diimbangi latihan dan belajar dengan tekun agar dapat menguasai bidang tersebut dan bisa terampil mengaplikasikannya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Tapen yang berjumlah 26 Orang, data ini didapat dari Kantor Kecamatan Tapen Tahun 2020. Sedangkan untuk sampel sebanyak 26 orang. Dalam penelitian ini, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling purposive adalah teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Menurut Margono (2004:128), pemilihan sekelompok subjek dalam purposive sampling didasarkan atas ciri-ciri tertentu yang dipandang mempunyai sangkut paut yang erat dengan ciri-ciri populasi yang telah diketahui sebelumnya, dengan kata lain unit sampel yang dihubungi disesuaikan dengan kriteria-kriteria tertentu yang diterapkan berdasarkan tujuan penelitan.Untuk pengambilan datanya, dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, secara keseluruhan dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa pengaruh keterampilan berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Tapen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pelaksanaan hak politik penyandang disabilitas pada pemilihan bupati dan wakil bupati tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif-kualitatif. Informan penelitian ini adalah Komisioner KPU Divisi Perencanaan Informasi dan Data KPU Kabupaten Situbondo, PPDIS (Pelopor Peduli Disabilitas Situbondo), penyandang disabilitas. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan hak politik penyandang disabilitas, sudah terlaksana dengan baik. Penyandang disabilitas dapat menyalurkan aspirasinya melalui forum yang diadakan paslon dan sosialisasi. Penyandang disabilitas diberikan kebebasan untuk memilih sendiri paslon yang ingin dicoblosnya. Penyandang disabilitas sudah mampu menjadi anggota atau pengurus dari organisasi masyarakat. Penyandang disabilitas bergabung dalam organisasi penyandang disabilitas untuk mewakili penyandang disabilitas agar pemenuhan hakhaknya terpenuhi. Berperan serta aktif dalam pemilihan bupati sudah dapat dilakukan penyandang disabilitas, namun untuk menjadi pelaksana pemilihan belum dapat dilakukan karena terbentur pendidikan yang mereka miliki. Aksesibilitas sarana dan prasarana pemilihan bupati sudah baik meskipun terdapat akses menuju TPS yang tidak ramah dan kotak suara yang tingginya di atas 100cm. Sosialisasi pemilu sebagai pendidikan politik bagi penyandang disabilitas sudah bagus dengan adanya simulasi pemungutan suara dan video tahapan pemilihan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of bureaucratic reform on employee performance at the Situbondo Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. This research paradigm is quantitative with descriptive type and uses survey methods. The population and sample in the study were 34 employees in the Population and Civil Disability Office of Situbondo Regency. The variables to be examined are the independent variable is Bureaucratic Reform (X) and the dependent variable is Employee Performance (Y). The analytical method used is Validity Test, Reliability Test, Simple Regression Analysis, Partial Test (t-test) and Determination Coefficient Test (R2). The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between bureaucratic reform on employee performance by 15% and the remaining 85% influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

The Fishermen’s Insurance Program was an innovation of The Marine and Fisheries Department in collaboration with the Situbondo Regency government in order to improve welfare and provide guarantees to fishermen in carrying out their daily work in order to achieve the vision, mission and goals of the Situbondo Regency government. The statement of the problem in this study was how the analysis of the fishermen's insurance program in the Village of Tanjung Pecinan, Mangaran District, Situbondo Regency. The research method was a qualitative research design which used oral data for requiring informants used interactive analysis methods. Based on the data described that the ease of registration has been going well even though there were some fishermen who had not registered themselves, the access to insurance companies was easily. The marine and fisheries department provided an understanding of and the importance of insurance, The socialization to fishermen held 1 – 2 times, the insurance premium payment in the first year was free, because it was government-borne, but in the second year the government had not borne it, the fisherman must pay it. The ownership of fisherman card was one of the requirements that when registering for insurance, at least 65 years old, the fisherman ages average was 25-55 years old, the fisherman who his age more than 55 years old was usually no longer became fisherman because of the physical factors, and they would be replaced by their children or relatives. Most of the fishermen in Tanjung Pecinan were not registered and never received an insurance program from the ministry. They were not using prohibited fishing gear by the government

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Influence of Service Quality Against Public Satisfaction in the Management of Police Note Certificate (SKCK) In Unit Intelkam Polres Situbondo. The research approach is quantitative research. The population is the community receiving service from the last 3 months as many as 1200 people. The sample in this research is 92 people. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, interviews, observation, documentation and literature study. Data were analyzed by multiple regression. The result of analysis stated that there is Influence of Service Quality to Satisfaction of Society in Handling (SKCK) of Police Note Certificate at Intelligence Unit of Situbondo Resort Police.
