This study aims to determine the application of sanctions against the State Civil Apparatus as narcotics abusers in Mamasa District, and to find out whether rehabilitation sanctions for victims of narcotics abuse can cause a deterrent effect. This research is a type of legal research with empirical aspects or a type of non-doctrinal legal research or a type of socio-legal research with a qualitative descriptive research approach. This study uses secondary data as initial data to be followed up with primary data or field data. This means that empirical juridical research still relies on normative premises where operational definitions can be taken from laws and regulations to then look at the reality on the ground. The results of the study showed that the Polewali Mandar District Court had imposed sanctions on one of the State Civil Apparatuses serving in the Regional Government of Mamasa Regency who had abused the Narcotics of the Shabu Type with a sentence of 8 (eight) months of rehabilitation, but from the decision of the Polewali Mandar District Court the Prosecutor The public was dissatisfied with the court's decision so that the Public Prosecutor made an appeal to the High Court, from the results of the appeal at the High Court the defendant received a sanction of 1 (one) year in prison and 8 (eight) months of rehabilitation, after receiving a sanction from the High Court the defendant did not accept the results of the decision, then the defendant also appealed to the Supreme Court and is still waiting for a decision from the Supreme Court.

This study focuses on the effectiveness of supervision in the implementation of the Polewali Mandar district government carried out by the Inspectorate Office of the Polewali Mandar district and then evaluates the effectiveness of supervision. As for the criteria for validating the data used in this study is the Triangulation Method, namely the use of various methods to examine a matter, such as the interview method and the observation method. In this study, the researcher conducted an interview method which was supported by the observation method at the time the interview was conducted.The process of data analysis is carried out continuously starting with examining all available data from various sources, namely from interviews, observations that have been written in field notes, documents and so on until conclusions are drawn. The effectiveness of supervising the implementation of local government is reviewed from the timeliness experienced by the follow-up team of the Polewali Mandar District Inspectorate who was not punctual in completing reports because in general there were many audit objects who were often late in presenting the findings data as requested by the follow-up team, and in In this regard, the Inspectorate follow-up team, in terms of the objectivity of the supervision carried out in general according to the object of supervision, is objective. In terms of the monitoring procedures carried out by the follow-up team, it has been running well and in accordance with established procedures. Meanwhile, the monitoring standards of the Inspectorate follow-up team are in accordance with the standards with reference to the supervision performance indicators stipulated in the inspectorate's rules and regulations in general. The factors that influence the effectiveness of the Inspectorate's supervision of Regional Finance management in Polewali Mandar district are the lack of auditors and in terms of accuracy the data is still incomplete, and has not been presented in actual terms. Several Work Units of the Regional Government of Polewali Mandar Regency were unable to present data according to findings and to be accountable for these findings to the Inspectorate follow-up team.

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui proses pensertipikatan tanah-tanah Negara dan upaya penyelesainya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis-empiris yaitu metodependekatan yang mengacu pada kaidah dan juga melihat pada kenyataanyang ada. Data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. wawancara yang dilakukan terhadap responden, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari penelitian kepustakaan dengan studi dokumen melalui bahan hukum yaitu bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa masih banyaknya tanah-tanah Negara di Kabupaten Polewali Mandar yang belum disertipikatkan. Tanah-tanah Negara di Kabupaten Polewali mandar tersebut oleh pemkot diberikan kepada perorangan maupunba dan hukum dengan suatu hak : Hak Milik, Hak Guna Usaha, Hak Guna Bangunan, Hak Pakai, dan Hak Pengelolaan untuk perumnas. Permasalahan yang timbul adalah adanya Kendala yang terjadi dalam pensertipikatan tanah Negara pada umumnya adalah sengketa penetapan batas-batas bidang tanah antara pemegang hak atas tanah yang saling berbatasan.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the System and Procedures for collecting Motor Vehicle Tax on increasing Regional Original Income Data collection uses Primary data obtained by conducting direct research to the Office of the Regional Revenue Agency, UPT Makassar Regional Revenue 1 and using purposive sampling. The population in this study was 145,107 taxpayers who owned motorized vehicles in the Makassar City area at the Regional Revenue Agency, UPT Makassar Regional Revenue 1. The samples were taken using the slovin formula so that a sample of 99 respondents was obtained. The results of the research variables have been tested by assumptions. classic form of normality test, heteroscedasticity test. Methods of data analysis using simple regression techniques, and hypothesis testing after the data was collected, the data were analyzed using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 26 program.The results showed that the system and procedure variables for collecting motorized vehicle tax (X) had a positive and significant effect on the Regional Original Income variable (Y). namely 2,389 1,660. This shows the influence of several aspects, namely taxpayers more easily and quickly accessing motorized vehicle tax payments, fulfilling, and understanding their rights and obligations.

Aspiration of the people is the duty of the Parliament of West Sulawesi province in order to improve people's welfare. In carrying out the aspirations, DRPD have the legal provisions regulating the function of the budget, supervision and legality. With the program's aspirations DPRD West Sulawesi province, is expected to improve the welfare of people in West Sulawesi. The purpose of this study was to determine the forms of aspiration program undertaken by legislators of West Sulawesi and to know the aspirations of program implementation undertaken by legislators of West Sulawesi province in fulfilling the needs of the people. The location of this research is the Parliament of West Sulawesi province with the informant research was chairman of the parliament, five legislators of West Sulawesi and one staff DPRD of West Sulawesi province. Long time research as much as three months with the type of research is descriptive and historical. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documents, while the technique of the analysis of the data used is a qualitative approach was preceded by efforts to uncover the truth and honesty of research subjects. The research result was the role of Parliament West Sulawesi province in building and increasing public participation in the patterns of aspiration of society is used for this, not only refers to the rules / rules of applicable law, but many use a variety of ways that is effective, this to make it easier for legislators to get or obtain an aspiration of people of all walks of life. Suggestions in this research is the need for dissemination of the program's aspirations Parliament, increased cooperation with village institutions and improvement system within Parliament administarasi West Sulawesi province

This study aims to examine, analyze and interpret; Effect of Supervision on performance improvement; The effect of discipline on increasing performance and the influence of motivation on increasing performance. This research is descriptive quantitative using a quantitative approach. The population and sample in this study amounted to 30 people. Methods Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, interviews and literature study. This research was analyzed with the help of SPSS 24 software. The results showed that: 1) Supervision has a positive and significant effect on improving teacher performance. Supervision used by school principals plays a very important role in improving performance. its performance with a certain perspective; 2) Discipline has a positive and significant effect on improving teacher performance, with the application of discipline, teachers can carry out their duties as educators in a directed and timely manner which will then have a positive impact on the development of students; 3) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on improving teacher performance. The existence of internal and external motivation makes teachers have confidence and commitment and high awareness in carrying out their duties even without coercion from the leadership.

The purpose of this study to determine the fulfillment of the right to legal assistance for the suspect/defendant at the police station Polman Polewali Mandar and to identify constraints faced by officers in fulfilling the right to legal assistance for the suspect / defendant at the police station Polman Polewali Mandar. This research was conducted at the police station to find out Polman Samples were two investigators from the Police Polman Polman, a lawyer from the Legal Aid Institute Polman as many as two people, accused/suspect criminal cases as much as 2 people. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documents. Data analysis techniques used are the stages of data reduction, data presentation stage. And the stage conclusion. Research results obtained in the examination of legal counsel investigation still suspected of being people who are disrupting the examination. Has not been granted, and laid foundation of equality and the position of attorney-investigator is a problem in the provision of legal aid.

The implicit war between Russia and Ukraine showcases Russia's interests and desire for dominance through the use of military power and intelligence, advanced weaponry across land, air, and sea domains. The research method employed is literature review. Primary data sources are online news and up-to-date YouTube videos related to the researched topic. Secondary data is gathered from credible books and journals. Data analysis involves data extraction, comprehensive reading, detailed analysis, and holistic-integrative description. The research findings indicate that war is a political product and has become a cultural institution to showcase Russia's national identity. The war is filled with political and economic intrigues, woven into Russia's interests as a superpower capable of rivaling the United States. The global effects of the Russia-Ukraine war will prompt other nations to enhance their alertness and military readiness, leading to increased arms purchases for strengthening their countries. It will also impact global oil prices, causing them to surge. Furthermore, there's the threat of ideological expansion if Russia gains control over the world.

this studi aims to determine the socio economic conditions between scavengers who operate in the landfill, which shows that the social and economic life of the scavenger community is still vulnerable to poverty, while the results of scavengers in the TPA have not been able to neutralize the needs of life. From the sale of used goods, carboard aqua bottles and so on. Socially people who work scavengers are people who come from groups who are very have to be at the disposal site every day. To collect every day used goods that they can use as rupiah to make a living.
