Abstract

Bank BRI launched the BRI Mobile Banking (Brimo) application with the aim of improving services to customers and making it easier for customers to make transactions. With the BRImo application, the mindset of customers and bank employees needs to be changed and adapted to using the mobile banking application. This dedication article aims to explain efforts to increase understanding and security in using the BRImo application for BRI Bank customers at the KCP Ahmad Yani Pekanbaru office. The method used is customer service, interviews and problem solving by the service team. By providing direct explanations to customers about the benefits, convenience and security of using the BRImo application, users can increase their trust in using the application.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This article aims to ascertain/photograph and inform about the implementation of Islamic Religious Education for fishermen's children, the problems and solutions. This research was conducted in Mundu District, Cirebon Regency. The method used in this research is the counseling method with the following steps: First, make observations at the research location to see objective demographic and socio-economic conditions and the process of Islamic religious education; Second, holding interviews with leaders and residents: Third, doing reflection and Fourth, Socializing the constraints and solutions. The results of this research are that the implementation of Islamic religious education exists but is not optimal due to several constraints such as, a, family factors including limited parental religious knowledge, lack of parental attention due to busyness, fatigue, low economy and exemplary; b. child factor, lack of interest in learning Islam; and c. factors inadequate facilities and infrastructure. The countermeasures are making a study schedule, adjusting the desired learning atmosphere, providing support, repeating lessons at school, studying before going to bed, setting study time limits, studying children's learning types, accompanying children to study, giving rewards or awards, providing interesting books, learning while playing, teaching without emotion, using educational game media, explaining the benefits of learning and most importantly setting a good example (role model). Abstract

Education is a process to influence students to be able to adapt as well as possible to the environment so that it can cause a change in social life. While the teaching participate for directing the purpose of educational process and changes can be achieved. To create an educational atmosphere and standard qualifications, it is necessary to provide effective and efficient technology by utilizing Information and Communication Technology (ICT) based digital-devices by using computer equipment and its supporting facilities. Abstract

This study aims to obtain an overview of: (i) the factors that influence the occurrence of acts of violence against children in Makassar City, (ii) the efforts made by the Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service (DP3A) in protecting children who experience acts of violence, and ( iii) DP3A achievements in implementing Makassar City Regional Regulation Number 5 of 2018 concerning Child Protection. The research approach used is a qualitative approach, type of descriptive research, carried out by examining data based on facts aiming to explore data and information sourced from the DP3A Office and related agencies in order to obtain accurate and valid data. The results of the study show that: (i) The factors that influence the occurrence of acts of violence against children in Makassar City are family, economic, peer environment, and social media; (ii) the efforts taken by the DP3A are establishing residents' shelters, collaborating with various institutions/agencies, creating programs for the protection and prevention of violence against children, and maximizing the socialization of Regional Regulation Number 5 of 2018; and (iii) the achievements of the Makassar City DP3A in implementing Regional Regulation Number 05 of 2018 concerning Child Protection are the achievement of the strategic targets of fulfilling children's rights, the fulfillment of the realization of targets for achieving program performance and activities in 2021, and the reduction in cases of violence against children since the issuance of the Makassar City Regional Regulation Number 05 of 2018 concerning Child Protection.

Abstract

This study examines the adaptation strategies of pensi and langkitang traders in Pekanbaru, Pensi and langkitang are clams that live in fresh water and one of the traditional culinary preparations typical of West Sumatra. In Pekanbaru, there are also many street vendors selling pensi and langkitang, even special seafood restaurants have also mushroomed. The objectives of this study are to find out: 1) The adaptation strategy of pensi and langkitang traders in Pekanbaru 2) Obstacles experienced by pensi and langkitang traders in Pekanbaru. This research uses qualitative research methods. The theory used by Pierre Bourdieu's theory of Adaptation Strategies. The informants in this study were 5 people who were pensi and langkitang traders. The results of this study are 1)Biological investment strategies by sending their children to college in order to get a better job 2)Successful strategies by making savings, increase selling time and promote selling goods on social media 3) Educational strategies by finding information about how to process pensi and langkitang from friends and relatives 4) Economic investment strategies by lending to relatives and cooperatives, having a side job, establishing relationships with certain parties that are beneficial to him. The obstacles faced are due to the small business so that income is uncertain, lack of knowledge about online marketing or using social media.

Abstract

Durian is one of the fruits that are widely produced to be traded, because it has a taste that is so good to enjoy, the large number of durian fruits during the season on the roadside of a big city makes it easier for durian connoisseurs to enjoy the deliciousness of durian fruit. A descriptive qualitative approach and information selection using purposive sampling techniques, i.e., the acquisition of data from informants based on specific criteria or limitations, are used in this study to identify the components of social capital contained in durian trading business activities. These constraints or qualifications apply to traders who are considered veteran durian sellers. In this study, observation, interviewing, and documenting procedures were employed to collect data. The characteristics of social capital found in the durian trade sector are, according to the study's conclusions.

Abstract

World competition in the financial industry is increasing with the existence of fintech. The purpose of this community service is to socialize the banking business as an option in the 4.0 era for millennials, especially students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Majalengka. During his journey, he specifically invited banking practitioners to give seminars related to banking business in the 4.0 era (digitalization). The number of participants who attended reached 300 participants consisting of management and accounting students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Majalengka. The result of this activity is that students become interested in going directly into the banking world after graduating from college to work as well as the digital banking business at this time, where students are encouraged to be able to compete in the financial industry, especially according to their basic education which incidentally is a Bachelor of Management and Bachelor of Accounting.

Abstract

Program pengabdian pada masyarakat khususnya kepala Sekolah Dasar dilakukan dalam bentuk kegiatan pelatihan penulisan Tindakan sekolah, tujuan kegiatan ini untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman bagi guru kepala Sekolah Dasar tentang pelatihan penulisan penelitian tindakana sekolah sehingga dapat membantu kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis khususnya penulisan penelitian Tindakan sekolah di sekolah masing-masing. Kegiatan pelatihan ini menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi dan projek draf proposal penelitian tindakan sekolah. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa materi yang diberikan dapat membabtu kepala sekolah dasar dalam memahami penulisan penelitian Tindakan sekolah sebagai salah satu tugas pokok kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu sekolah. Peserta pelatihan adalah kepala sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Gowa yang berjumlah 20 orang. Kepala sekolah mengerti dan memahami materi yang telah diberikan pada kegiatan ini, karena materi ini dilengkapi dengan format sistematika penulisan proposal penelitian Tindakan sekolah, sehingga kendala kepala sekolah tidak bisa menulis jurnal dapat teratasi dengan pelatihan ini. Untuk meningkatkan kompetensi kepala Sekolah Dasar diharapkan pelatihan ini dilakukan untuk semua kepala di Sekolah Dasar sehingga kompetensi professionalnya meningkat, dan mutu sekolah menjadi lebih baik.

Abstract

Pengabdian pada masyarakat pada kepala sekolah dan guru dilakukan dalam bentuk kegiatan pelatihan pencegahan dan penanganan kekerasan pada anak, tujuan kegiatan ini untuk mencegah anak melakukan tindakan kekerasan di lingkungan satuan pendidikan maupun dalam kegiatan sekolah di luar lingkungan satuan pendidikan; dan mengatur mekanisme pencegahan, penanggulangan, dan sanksi terhadap tindakan kekerasan di lingkungan satuan pendidikan yang melibatkan anak, baik sebagai korban maupun pelaku. Kegiatan pelatihan ini menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi dan praktik penaganan kerasan anak.. Berdasarkan data hasil monitoring dan evaluasi yang telah dilakukan oleh tim pelaksana terhadap program PKM dapat diambil kesimpulan diantaranya, yaitu; bahwa program PKM sangat bermanfaat bagi kepala sekolah dan guru terlihat hasil tes sebelum pelatihan kategori kurang baik dan setelah pelatihan kategori baik, dimana program PKM yang telah dilaksanakan bisa berjalan dengan baik tanpa ada hambatan yang berarti terlihat kepala sekolah dan guru sangat antusias mengikuti kegiatan yang dilaksanakan dan kepala sekolah dan guru dapat melakukan pemecahan masalah jika terjadi perilaku kekerasan pada anak.

Abstract

Phenomenal problems that have hit Myanmar have recently been in the spotlight of the mass media. The existence of a group of Buddhist extremists who commit violence against adherents of other religions gives its own color. Discrimination based on ethnic conflict between the majority and minorities is not only identified by religious elements, but also accompanied by political, social, cultural and economic elements. Government instability also supports the spread of this increasingly prolonged conflict. In fact, the existence and teachings of the Buddha on nibbana are also questionable. Nibbana is the ultimate reality, which is said to be a situation or condition where humans experience peace and emptiness when faced with the reality of violence that causes suffering, especially for Rohingya Muslims. The theological approach that can be offered in resolving such conflicts is comparative theology which boils down to dialogue of works. However, before reaching this stage, a theological disposition is needed by returning to their respective originality, strengthening their identity roots first and then establishing dialogue and cooperation with those who differ in comfort, openness, and harmony. Kata kunci: Konflik etnis, etnis Rohingnya, nibbana, dialog karya, orisinalitas, identitas, teologis.
