Abstract

will discuss several main topics in human resource management, including recruitment and selection of employees so that teaching and learning activities are of high quality, training and development of employees in teaching and learning activities, performance management in school activities, and the school environment, which of course in teaching and learning activities so as not to If you are bored, of course you need a reflection from extra activities at school such as ice breaking, motivators at school, games at school or extra-curricular programs at school as sensory and motor cell development. In the employee recruitment and selection section for teaching and learning activities, ways to attract highquality employees and select the right employees for available positions will be discussed. Employee training and development will discuss strategies to develop employee skills and knowledge so that they can make a greater contribution to the organization. Abstract

Pendidikan memiliki peran penting dalam upaya peningkatan sumber daya manusia ke arah yang lebih baik. Pendidikan sangat membantu dan diharapkan mampu membentuk peserta didik yang dapat mengembangkan sikap, keterampilan dan kecerdasan intelektual agar menjadi manusia yang terampil, cerdas dan memiliki ahlak yang baik. Profesionalitas seorang pendidik dapat dilihat dari penguasaannya dalam bidang ilmu yang diajarkannya. Kemampuan teknis keguruan dan komitmen moral yang tinggi terhadap tugasnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam usaha pelaksanaan manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan mutu profesionalitas di SMP Negeri 51 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang ditujukan untuk mendeskripsikan serta menganalisis fenomena, peristiwa, aktivitas sosial, sikap, kepercayaan, persepsi, pemikiran saecara individu maupun kelompok. Hasil penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa pengembangan SDM dalam upaya meningkatkan profesionalitas guru dengan mengadakan pelatihan, diklat, seminar, KKG, studi kelompok antar guru MGMP, melakukan supervisi dan kunjungan kelas dan mengadakan penilaian. Selain itu juga memberikan motivasi bertujuan untuk menambah wawasan guru, memberikan kesempatan kerja kepada guru-guru untuk meningkatkan semangat disiplin dan keterampilan guru.

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem caused by a lack of nutrition in the long term, resulting in impaired growth in children. Stunting is also one of the causes of stunted children's height, so that it is lower than children of their age. Indonesia is a country with a high stunting rate, according to WHO data, Indonesia's prevalence of stunting ranks third in the Southeast Asian region. The phenomenon of stunting has a considerable influence on the quality of human resources in Indonesia in the future.This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method which can be useful for developing a deeper study of Management science that focuses on the realm of human resources (HR). With a demographic bonus, stunting is still one of the problems that must be resolved in order to build a golden generation in 2045. Conditions like this, and the high rate of stunting in Indonesia will present challenges for Human Resources Development (HRD) in recruiting new job candidates. To develop the ability of these prospective workers to be able to compete with others, one way is to conduct training for prospective workers who have these deficiencies to train their skills and knowledge.

Abstract

Quality education is strongly influenced by several factors, including teachers. In order to transfer his knowledge, a student must be able to acquire social skills and develop the application of democracy in his own life practice as an interaction with the community environment. Social studies education learning patterns should have been changed, both as teachers and students. Teachers as the vanguard have broad opportunities to open up carawala and treasures of mastery of approaches and methods for transforming social studies learning. Changing a new paradigm in social studies teaching is urgently needed nowadays, which aims to build good citizens. Students who receive social studies education can change their minds, that learning social studies can make these students ready to enter society under any circumstances. Through social studies education, it is hoped that civilized human resources (HR) will be formed, namely human resources who are educated (knowledgeable and skilled) and cultured (with strong character).

Abstract

Educators are professionals whose job is to plan and implement the learning process, assess learningoutcomes, conduct mentoring and training, and conduct research and community service. This paper aims to find the meaning of the existence of professional social studies educators or teachers. In this case it aims to determine the extent of the important role of a teacher in increasing professionalism in teaching and learning activities, especially social studies teachers. In this study we used a qualitative method. Increasing the Professionalism of Social Sciences teachers has its own challenges to measure the success of student learning activities, so that learning objectives are achieved. Universal social studies lessons are a challenge for every teacher to improve their ability to create interesting teaching methods. Characteristics Skills in the modern era need to be mastered by all social studies teachers from innovation, digitalization and collaboration on the values of life in society. It can be said that the professionalism of social studies teachers greatly influences the values of human civilization on this earth. Abstract

Social sciences at the school level is basically aimed to prepare students as citizens who master knowledge, skills, attitudes and values , that can be used as an ability to make decisions and participate in various community activities in order to become good citizens. To achieve these objectives, this paper discusses the development of teaching social studies in elementary education, which consists of: 1) recognize the concepts associated with society and the environment, 2) have the basic ability to think logically and critically, curiosity, inquiry, problem solving, and social skills in life, and 3) a commitment and awareness of social values and humanity, 4) have the ability to communicate, cooperate and competation in a pluralistic society, locally, nationally and globally.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how important human resource management is in improving the quality of education in an institution. This study uses the library research method, where the discussion of this research is based on expert opinion and the results of previous research. Research techniques with data analysis in the form of content analysis (content analysis) to select data and information contained in the various library materials studied. The results of this study note that the increase in the quality of education in an institution is due to the role of human resource management so that solutions are found to deal with challenges that arise in improving the quality of education in an institution so that it can make a clear contribution to educational goals.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of reading and writing on students' speech abilities. This research was conducted at East Jakarta Private Senior High School. The time of the research was carried out from September to December 2022. The method used in this study was descriptive (expost facto), namely the procedure for solving problems that are currently happening by describing or describing the facts in the field as they really are. The analysis technique used is correlational. These findings indicate that the variable data on reading skills varies quite a bit. The normality test results obtained with the SPSS 17.0 for Windows process variable reading skills (X1) on students' speech abilities (Y) can be seen in the graph or figure 5.4 that the data (dots) spread around the diagonal line and the distri-bution follows the diagonal line which means that regression is feasible to use to predict the reading skill variable (X1) based on the input of the speech ability variable (Y).
