Abstract

Early Childhood Education has grown in our society. But on the other hand, the problem of violence against children (KDRT), including early childhood, is still an important issue in this country. This is because parents' understanding of the meaning of education as a whole, let alone exemplified by the Prophet, is apparently still uneven. Even though the principles of early childhood education in the prophet's perspective already exist and can be role models. So, the objectives of this study are (1) to arouse awareness of parents to imitate the Prophet in early education for children, (2) to find a character education development strategy in early childhood education by involving parents This research method uses a qualitative research approach with text analysis (discourse), an objective hermeneutic approach to verses and hadiths as well as sources of information. The theory used in this study is the concept of AUD and combines the basic principles of verses from the Qur'an and Hadith and narrations. . The results of this study indicate that (1) at least 10 points of early childhood education have been exemplified by the Prophet in various aspects of children's life, in worship practices, and morals (2) strategies for developing early childhood education with the perspective of the Prophet's da'wah can be done by: strengthening communication parents with teachers, strengthening parent human resources with parenting study material, and strengthening the relationship between parents and teachers through family gathering activities.Keywords: da'wah, domestic violence, early childhood education, education, early childhood, Abstrak  Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini sudah tumbuh di masyarakat kita. Tetapi pada sisi lain problem kekerasan terhadap anak-anak (KDRT), termasuk anak usia dini masih menjadi persoalan penting di negeri ini. Hal ini karena pemahaman orangtua terhadap makna pendidikan secara utuh apalagi diteladankan Nabi saw tampaknya masih belum merata. Padahal prinsip pendidikan anak usia dini dalam perspektif nabi sudah ada dan bisa jadi teladan. Maka, tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk menggugah kesadaran orangtua untuk meneladani Nabi saw dalam pendidikan sejak dini bagi anak-anak, (2) menemukan strategi pengembangan pendidikan karakter pada anak PAUD dengan melibatkan orangtua murid. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan riset kualitatif dengan analisys text (wacana) pendekatan metode hermeneutic obyektif atasayat-ayat dan hadis serta sumber informasi.Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini konsep AUD dan menggabungkan dengan prinsip dasar ayat Al-Qur’an dan Hadits serta riwayat. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) setidaknya ada 10 poin pendidikan anak sejak dini telah dicontohkan Nabi saw dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan anak, dalam praktek ibadah, dan akhlak (2) strategi pengembangan PAUD dengan perspektif dakwah nabi saw bisa dilakukan dengan cara: penguatan komunikasi orangtua dengan guru, penguatan SDM orangtua dengan materi kajian parenting, dan penguatan silaturahmi orangtua dengan guru melalui kegiatan Family gathering.Kata kunci: dakwah, KDRT, PAUD, pendidikan, usia dini

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the ability of students in making thesis proposals. The identification of the ability to make a thesis proposal is expected to improve students' weaknesses in writing thesis proposals.  This research was conducted to students who have taken research methodology courses at the Faculty of Islamic Religion, Universitas Muhammadiyah Bandung.  The research method used was descriptive qualitative. The sample was 30 students who were taken purposively. Data in the form of thesis proposals in research methodology courses were analysed using research instruments in the form of thesis proposal writing structure tables and using descriptive statistical data to help interpret the data.  The results showed that in the ability to write proposals, showing the making of titles in the "Good" category. Background writing is in the "Fair" category. The writing of the problem formulation is in the "Good" category. While writing the theory and literature review falls into the "Fair" category, as well as the research method falls into the "Fair" category.Keywords : Writing competency; writing scientific paper; writing literacy

Abstract

The journey of life of the Messenger of Allah influences and forms the Shari’a. Ethnography in the Arabian peninsula (especially Mecca and Medina) influenced the development of Islam in the time of the Prophet, especially Mecca with trade culture and Medina culture agriculture.The Shari'a is influenced by the ethnographic situation in the Arabian peninsula, especially in the holy cities of the Islamic Community, namely Mecca and Medina. Ethnography can influence the development of Islam in the time of the Prophet, especially the Mecca that developed form exchanges of information by traders while the Islamic Medina developed from areas that were culturally derived from agricultural societies. The uniqueness of ethnography and his life’s journey refer to tashri (sharia) in terms of interpretation. Ethnography also influences the growth and development of Islam in Indonesia, which makes Islam acculturate with local culture.This paper is put forward as an effort to show the sirah nabawiyah (the journey of the Prophet's life) as one aspect of sharia formation, influenced by various factors in the spread, growth and development both in the Mecca and Madinah regions, as centers of Islamic teachings and Indonesia which has social differences , cultural, political and economic. The method put forward in this paper is the historical method, with the specification of a library research approach that refers to primary and secondary sources.Ethnography is one of the factors that can influence religious teachings to spread, grow and develop, a reality that also takes place on Islamic teachings. The teachings are influenced by the conditions of Mecca and Medina in shaping the law (tasyr’i). The teachings of Islam in Indonesia are spread and developed and grow sourced from the commercial activities carried out by the Arabian Peninsula in the 7th century AD, but trade does not dwarf the agricultural community that simultaneously embraces Islam, which at the same time also the community of agricultural communities trade with the spreaders of Islam in the Coast region.Keywords: Ethnography, Indonesia, Nabawiyyah, Sirah, Tasyri'

Abstract

Mental Health is a condition that should be taken care of like keeping the body healthy. This article aims to analyze the relationship between positive thinking and mental health maintenance. The research work carried out follows the conceptual analysis offered by Ludwig Wittgenstein's analytic philosophy. This article concludes that a healthy mind and mental health need to be maintained and harmonized at all times. As with taking care of the body, mental health must also be maintained starting from the way of daily activities and the way of thinking as well. Mental health is much influenced by the work of the brain and the brain certainly needs good nutrition. Through positive thinking to anyone and at any time, it can also make life happy and live with peace that can cause our mental health. Maintaining personal health also depends on the individual itself. Abstract

The development of information technology not only covers social, political and cultural but also affects the economy. One that is being widely discussed is Fintech. This article aims to analyze fintech on PT. iGrow Resources Indonesia towards fatwa DSN number 117 / DSN-MUI / II / 2018 about information technology-based financing services based on sharia principles. This research is a library research using a descriptive analysis approach. PT. iGrow is not directly participate in the lending and borrowing process but provides a digital technology-based platform to facilitate the lending-borrowing process. The development of technology and information, especially Peer to Peer (P2P) Lending, has made innovation in fintech-based financial services more practical and modern. The concept of adapting to technological developments combined with the financial sector by iGrow which was development step that is very aware of the needs of fintech for the business world. Regarding the extent to which the Islamic principles applied in PT. iGrow, can be seen in the discussion of the agreement. It is concluded that the standard contract is not in accordance with sharia principles based on the DSN fatwa number 117 / DSN-MUI / II / 2018 concerning information technology-based financing services based on sharia principles.Keywords: Contract, Fintech, iGrow, Sharia,  AbstrakPerkembangan teknologi informasi tidak hanya mencakup kehidupan sosial, politik, dan budaya tetapi juga berpengaruh terhadap perekonomian. Salah satu yang sedang ramai diperbincangkan adalah Fintech. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa fintech di PT. iGrow Resources Indonesia berdasarkan fatwa DSN nomor 117/DSN-MUI/II/2018 tentang layanan pembiyaan berbasis teknologi informasi berdasarkan prinsip syariah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analisis. PT. iGrow tidak turun langsung dalam proses pinjam meminjam tetapi  menyediakan platform berbasis teknologi digital dalam memfasilitasi proses pinjam-meminjam. Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi khususnya Peer to Peer (P2P) Lending telah menciptakan inovasi  layanan keuangan berbasis fintech menjadi semakin praktis dan modern. Konsep adaptasi perkembangan teknologi yang dipadukan dengan bidang financial oleh iGrow merupakan langkah pengembangan bisnis yang sangat menyadari kebutuhan fintech bagi dunia bisnis. Terkait sejauh mana prinsip syariah yang diterapkan dalam PT. iGrow, dapat dilihat pada pembahasan akad dalam kontrak. Disimpulkan bahwa kontrak baku belum sesuai dengan prinsip syariah berdasarkan fatwa DSN nomor 117/DSN-MUI/II/2018 tentang layanan pembiyaan berbasis teknologi informasi berdasarkan prinsip syariah. Kata Kunci: Fintech, iGrow, Kontrak, Syariah

Abstract

This research is motivated by the dynamics that occur in policy changes and the implementation of religious education MKWU lectures that are not taken seriously. This study focuses on the study of the substance of the general compulsory religious education subject within the framework of general education. The method used is literature study. The results of this study indicate that the substance of the general compulsory subject of religious education within the framework of general education at the conceptual level must be religious education, not only as a transfer of knowledge about religious teachings, namely education that does not only touch cognitive aspects, but education that can penetrate the hearts and inner consciousness of students.Keywords: Substansi; Mata Kuliah Wajib Umum; Pendidikan Agama; General Education Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya dinamika yang terjadi dalam perubahan kebijakan dan penyelenggaraan perkuliahan MKWU pendidikan agama yang kurang ditangani secara serius. Penelitian ini berfokus pada kajian substansi mata kuliah wajib umum pendidikan agama dalam kerangka general education. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa substansi mata kuliah wajib umum pendidikan agama dalam kerangka general education pada tataran konseptual haruslah merupakan pendidikan yang religius, tidak hanya sebatas pengalihan pengetahuan (transfer knowledge) tentang ajaran-ajaran agama, yaitu pendidikan yang tidak sekedar menyentuh aspek kognitif, tetapi pendidikan yang dapat menembus hati dan kesadaran batin mahasiswa.Kata Kunci: Substansi; Mata Kuliah Wajib Umum; Pendidikan Agama; General Education

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the attitude of religious tolerance of the salaf pesantren community affiliated with Nahdlatul Ulama in relation to the religious understanding that develops in pesantren, in this case it is the understanding of Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jama'ah. The research method used is a qualitative approach with literature studies. The results of this study concluded that pesantren communities are people who understand the concepts of religious tolerance. Since a long time ago, pesantren have always maintained an inclusive religious understanding and accepted various differences in madzhab, thought, and religion. In relation to the diversity of Indonesia in terms of agam, the Pesantren community has first applied the attitude of tasamuh and respect for fellow human beings based on the teachings of Ahlus Sunnah Wal-Jama'ah which connects to the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The research is expected to be an epiphany for Muslims, especially to explore the religion of pesantren which clearly teaches kindness and tolerance towards different people. Abstract

The competence of a teacher is very important. One of these steps is to form and develop a Teacher Working Group (KKG). At the Centeh Kindergarten School in Bandung, the presence of the KKG is very important for improving the competence of teachers in fostering planning, learning processes, learning methods, and solving problems in the education of kindergarten children. So the mastery of educators in teaching materials and learning methods is an important issue that the KKG pays attention to. The purpose of the study was to understand (1) the process of increasing teacher competence in mastering teaching materials at the Pembina Centeh State Kindergarten School in Bandung City through the Teacher Work Group (KKG), (2) the success of KKG revitalization in Centeh State Kindergarten Schools in Bandung, in overcoming problems -problems that arise in the teaching and learning process. The research method uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The results of the study, (1) Revitalization of the Teacher Working Group (KKG) in TK Centeh is a process of increasing understanding and competence for teachers in managing teaching materials so that they can maximize the potential of each teacher. students (2) The success of the KKG revitalization program in internal institutions as a forum for teacher professional development has shown an increase in their competence. The competence of teachers is formed so as to create an effective teaching and learning process in the classroom. Salahsatunya dengan membentuk dan mengembangkan Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG). Di Sekolah TK Centeh kota Bandung kehadiran KKG berperan dalam peningkatan kompetensi guru-guru dalam perencanakan, proses pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran, dan memecahkan permasalahan dalam Pendidikan. Tujuan Penelitian, untuk memahami(1) proses peningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam penguasaan materi ajar di sekolah TK Negeri Pembina Centeh Kota Bandung melalui Kelompok Kerj Guru (KKG), (2) Keberhasilan revitalisasi KKG di Sekolah Sekolah TK Negeri Centeh kota Bandung, dalam mengatasi persoalan-persoalan yang muncul dalam proses belajar mengajar. Metode penelitian, menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil Penelitian,(1) Revitalisasi Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) di TK Centeh merupakan proses peningkatan pemahaman dan kompetensi bagi guru-guru dalam mengelola materi ajar sehingga dapat memaksimalkan potensi setiap anak didik (2) Keberhasilan program revitalisasi KKG di internal menunjukan peningkatan komptenesi guru sehingga menciptakan proses belajar mengajar yang efektif di kelas.Kata Kunci : kompetensi; revitalisasi; materi ajar

Abstract

This research is based on the need to improve the proficiency and performance of the Madrasah Principles. The participants of the main Madrasah training already have their respective competencies. A strategy for adult education is therefore needed to promote higher competence. One form of training is known as participatory training. The data obtained were then analyzed using a quantitative approach so that some results could be reported, the results of the training which, in addition to the competence of the head of the madrasah, also included a tendency towards positive results as a result of the participatory training found other things that could improve the performance of this madrasah school principal influenced by work experience and educational background factors. Other results suggest that the proficiency of madrasah school principals who are in the moderate madrasa class category may be different from the proficiency and performance of madrasah principals who are in the high madrasa category due to their different educational backgrounds -Class lie, exceeds. These are the results of this analysis as an application of the participatory training model in the training of Madrasah school leaders.Keywords: Madrasah Principles, competency; participative trainingAbstrak Penelitian ini didasari atas perlunya peningkatan kompetensi dan kinerja kepala madrash. Peserta pelatihan kepala madrasah telah memiliki kompetensi masing-masing, karena itu, untuk mendorong kompetensi yang lebih tinggi dibutuhkan strategi pelatihan orang dewasa. Salah satu bentuk pelatihannya dikenal dengan sebutan pelatihan partisipatif. Data yang didapatkan selanjutnya dianalisis dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, maka dapat dikemukakan beberapa hasil, temuan hasil pelatihan yang antara lain bahwa selain kompetensi kepala madrasah yang menunjukkan kecenderungan hasil positif sebagai akibat pelatihan partisipaitf, juga ditemukan beberapa hal lain yang bisa meningkatkan kinerja kepala madrasah ini  yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor pengalaman kerja dan latar belakang pendidikan.  Temuan lainnya  menunjukkan bahwa bisa terjadi kompetensi kepala madrasah yang berada pada kategori madrasah sedang melebihi kompetensi dan kinerja daripada kepala madrasah yang berada pada kategori madrasah tinggi yang disebabkan berbeda latar belakang pendidikan. Demikian temuan dan hasil analisis ini, sebagai dampak dari sebuah aplikasi atas model pelatihan partisipatif dalam pelatihan kepala madrasah pelatihan. Kata Kunci: kepala madrasah; kompeten; pelatihan partisipatif

Abstract

Although only once in a lifetime, every Muslim who still has faith, must have the desire to visit the two holy lands to perform Hajj or Umrah.  Being in Mecca and Medina makes one feel close to Allah and the Prophet. It is not surprising that every pilgrim to the two holy lands is always at the peak of their religiosity. Does this apply to everyone who is in the holy land? The essence of this research is to find out the religiosity of Indonesian workers in the two holy lands.  The research conducted is qualitative through observation and interview methods related to the religiosity of Indonesian migrant workers in the midst of their busy profession (random). The data collected, classified and compiled for further processing and analysis. Analyzing data in the field using phenomenological, ethnographic and heuristic approaches because there are also efforts to reveal the history of the development of migrant workers in the holy land. The presence of a person in the holy land does not always have a strong effect on increasing one's religiosity. Psychological factors, such as personality and mental state; as well as social stratification factors related to one's profession greatly affect the religiosity of each. Keywords: Religiosity; migrant worker; the holy city
