Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran perbankan syariah dalam meningkatkan literasi keuangan di taman kanak kanak Malaysia. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi secara langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbankan syariah memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan literasi keuangan di kalangan anak anak usia dini. Melalui program edukasi dan pelatihan yang diselenggarakan oleh mahasiswa program studi perbankan syariah, anak anak di perkenalkan dengan konsep dasar keuangan seperti tabungan, pengeluaran dan investasi dalam skala yang sesuai dengan pemahaman mereka. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam pemahaman pentingnya pendidikanb keuangan sejak dini dalam mengembangkan kemampuan literasi keuangan di kalangan anak anak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh work engagement dan organizational commitment, terhadap employee performance yang dimediasi oleh organizational citizenship behavior pada personel Aviation Security PT Angkasa Pura Aviasi Kualanamu. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 169 orang karyawan PT Angkasa Pura Aviasi. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode angket, studi dokumentasi, wawancara dan observasi partisipatif. Pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan program software SmartPLS 4. Hasil Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa secara langsung work engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee performance mempunyai nilai koefisien jalur sebesar +0,596, P-Values = 0,000 dan nilai ????hitung sebesar8,807. secara langsung work engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior mempunyai nilai koefisien jalur sebesar +0,357, P-Values =0,000 dan nilai terhitung sebesar 4,513. Secara langsung organizational commitment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap employee performance mempunyai koefisien jalur sebesar +0,154, P-Values 0,030 dan nilai terhitung sebesar 2,170. Secara langsung organizational commitment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Organizational citizenship behavior mempunyai koefisien jalur sebesar +0,585, P-Values 0,000 dan nilai terhitung sebesar 7,561. Secara langsung Organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee performance mempunyai koefisien jalur sebesar +0,184, P-Values 0,000 dan nilai terhitung 2,242.

In the era of modernization influenced by technological developments and changes in consumer behavior, marketing strategies are the key to company success. This article discusses the importance of adapting marketing strategies in the face of modernization challenges, including digital transformation, globalization, and high consumer expectations. Up-to-date, data-focused, and customer-experience-oriented marketing strategies are key to maintaining a company's competitiveness in this ever-changing era. This article outlines some of the main factors that influence a company's marketing strategy in the context of the modernization era. First, technological developments and digitalization have changed the way consumers interact with brands and products. Therefore, companies must adapt quickly, utilize online platforms, and optimize their digital marketing strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Jigsaw learning model in the form of a sub-chapter of the material Implementation of Pancasila from Time to Time Phase D in the Independent Curriculum. This research uses the method of literature study or literature review using content analysis to better understand and interpret a study. The results showed a model that is very suitable for use in learning outcomes in the form of subchapters, namely the material Implementation of Pancasila From Time to Time Phase D. The jigsaw model makes students work hand in hand in mastering the material and encourages student activity in order to achieve maximum results. Each member or individual is taught to take responsibility for the submaterial they obtain. Students have independent responsibilities and teach students to communicate well, therefore this model emphasizes the development of civic knowledge citizenship aspects. Then the benefit of this model is to prevent competition and increase collaboration as contained in the independent curriculum.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Income Smoothing practices in animal feed sub-sector companies with a focus on the financial implications of using the eckel index during the period 2020 – 2022. The sample used is animal feed sub-sector companies in the basic industrial and chemical sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, there are 5 companies. Based on calculations using the eckel index derived from the financial statements of each company, This research shows that there are 4 companies that do profit smoothing and 1 company that does not do income smoothing.
