Abstract

Pengaruh upah minimum dan tingkat pengangguran terhadap jmlah penduduk miskin di Provinsi Jawa Timur masih sangat perlu di perhatikan karena kemiskinan merupakan problematika kemanusiaan yang telah mendunia dan hingga kini masih menjadi isu sentral di belahan bumi manapun. Selain bersifat laten dan actual, kemiskinan adalah penyakit sosial ekonomi yang tidak hanya dialami oleh negara-negara berkembang melainkan negara maju. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Provinsi. Jawa Timur dengan menggunakan data BPS Jawa Timur. Sedangkan metode pengambilan data menggunakan data BPS dan artikel-artikel yang bersangkutan dengan penelitian yang hampir sama dengan penelitian ini. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Upah Minimum (X1), Tingkat Pengangguran (X2) dan Jumlah Kemiskinan (Y). Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Regeresi Linier Berganda dengan taraf signifikan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial variabel-variabel yang signifikan mempengaruhi kemiskinan pada penduduk di Provinsi Jawa Timur antara lain adalah Upah Minimum (X1) yaitu tingkat signifikan (0,004) dan Jumlah Pengangguran (X2) yaitu tingkat signifikan (0,237). Sedangkan secara parsial variabel Jumlah Pengangguran (X2) dengan tingkat signifikan (0,237) tidak mempengaruhi variabel kemiskinan (Y). Selanjutnya variabel (X1) dan (X2) secara simultan mempengaruhi variabel kemiskinan (Y).

Abstract

This research is to explain the influence of service quality on LASIK Center Surabaya patient satisfaction. This research is a quantitative study, a total of 65 people, data collection using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability while data analysis is done using multiple linear regression. The results of the study obtained based on the Validity Test showed that testing 6 variables for all statements on the questionnaire were valid. Reliability test of all variables obtained by Cronbach alpha value> 0.70 was declared reliable and for the Hypothesis Test based on the t-test there was a significant influence of Tangibles (tangible) on patient satisfaction as indicated by the t-test results of 4.925 with a significance level of 0,000. Significantly influence there is an influence of reliability (reliability) on patient satisfaction shown from the results of the t-test of 3.548 with a significance level of 0.001. Significantly there is an influence of Assurance (Guarantee) on patient satisfaction with a t count of 2.270 and a significance level of 0.027. Significantly there is an influence of Responsiveness (responsiveness) on patient satisfaction as indicated by the results of the t-test of 2.189 with a significance level of 0.033. Significantly there is an influence of Empathy (Empathy) on patient satisfaction with a t count of 2.103 and a significance level of 0.040.

Abstract

This research is entitled Brand Image and Television Ads on Purchasing Decisions of Pepsodent Toothpaste. The purpose of this research is whether Brand Image and Television Advertising influence people's interest, how big is the influence of advertising and brand image on consumer purchasing decisions in Bandar Lampung. The method used in this study is to use multiple linear regression with views. The results obtained in this study are that the overall/simultaneous television and brand image ads affect the decision to purchase Pepsodent toothpaste and the influence of the remaining 42.8% is 57.2% influenced by other factors not examined and partially only influential television ads. on the purchase decision of Pepsodent Toothpaste, while Brand Image had no effect on Pepsodent Toothpaste Purchasing Decisions. Television advertising is able to reinforce the attitude towards Pepsodent toothpaste products, while respondents assume that brand image does not affect the purchasing decision of Pepsodent toothpaste because consumers buy it just to meet the needs, brand image has not been embedded in the minds of consumers, because respondents in this study are teenagers young) who only use products and consider brand image not important.

Abstract

PT. Petrokimia Gresik adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang produsen pupuk, bahan kimia dan jasa dan mempunyai masalah dengan meningkatnya angka kecelakaan dan penyakit kerja, yang diduga di sebabkan oleh pelaksanaan program keselamatan kerja dan pelaksanaan program kesehatan kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : 1. Untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan pelaksanaan program keselamataan kerja berpengaruh signifikat terhadap kepuasan karyawan PT. Petrokimia Gresik bagian produksi Pabrik I. 2. Untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan pelaksanaan program kesehatan kerja berpengaruh signifikat terhadap kepuasan karyawan PT. Petrokimia Gresik bagian produksi Pabrik I. 3 Untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan pelaksanaan program keselamataan kerja dan pelaksanaan program kesehatan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikat terhadap kepuasan karyawan PT. Petrokimia Gresik bagian produksi Pabrik I.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasi dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Alat pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuisioner, metode penyusunan skala menggunakan skala linkert. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah probability sampling. Model regresi yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi parsial, uji F, uji T. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa pelaksanaan program keselamataan kerja dan pelaksanaan program kesehatan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan karyawan, ditunjukkan oleh nilai Fhitung 26.028 > Ftabel 3.11. Secara parsial, pelaksanaan program keselamatan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadapa kepuasan karyawan sebesar 3.631 (0.001). dan Pelaksanaan program kesehatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan karyawan sebesar 4.211 (0.000). Sehingga pelaksanaan program kesehatan kerja berpengaruh dominan terhadap kepuasan karyawan.

Abstract

Presiden menerbitkan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 6 Tahun 2015 untuk mengatur pembentukan Badan Ekonomi Kreatif disingkat Bekraf. Dalam pelaksanaannya, Bekraf berkomunikasi dan berkoordinasi dengan Lembaga Negara, Kementerian, Lembaga Pemerintah Non Kementerian, Pemerintah Daerah, dan pihak lain yang terkait dengan pelaksanaan fungsi ekonomi kreatif. Pimpinan Badan Ekonomi Kreatif terdiri dari Kepala dan Wakil Kepala, Sekretariat Utama, Deputi Riset, Edukasi, dan Pengembangan, Deputi Akses Permodalan, Deputi Infrastruktur, Deputi Pemasaran, Deputi Fasilitasi Hak Kekayaan Intelektual dan Regulasi, dan Deputi Hubungan Antar Lembaga dan Wilayah. Studi tentang Bekraf ini menggunakan metode deskriptif berbasis data dari Focus Group Discuss tokoh mahasiswa Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya yang pernah berkecimpung dalam transaksi di sektor ekonomi kreatif. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa pandangan mahasiswa mengenai kebijakan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 6 Tahun 2015 yang mengatur tentang pembentukan Badan Ekonomi Kreatif masih dinilai buruk, dengan alasan sebagai ancaman bagi kawasan ekonomi nyata. Ekonomi kreatif dipandang oleh mahasiswa sebagai sentralisasi kapital dari struktur bawah langsung ke elit ekonomi, karena ekonomi kreatif dipandang oleh mahasiswa sebagai penghapusan kelas menengah atau perantara dalam struktur ekonomi nasional. Ternyata ekonomi kreatif dipandang oleh mahasiswa sebagai kegiatan yang tidak pro nasionalisme dan ternyata kawasan ekonomi kreatif dipandang oleh mahasiswa sebagai kawasan yang terdapat banyak penipuan, karena kawasan ekonomi kreatif sebagai kawasan yang banyak mengganggu kesehatan mental masyarakat.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are businesses that started as family industries. MSMEs play a very large role in the progress of the Indonesian economy, although have shown their role as drivers of the national economy, are still experiencing difficulties or obstacles, both internal and external. This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity ratios and profitability ratios on the financial performance of Angkringan Gopel during 2016-2020. This research method is explanatory research using quantitative research. The sample used in this study is the sample used in this study is data from financial reports for 5 years, namely from 2016 to 2020, the source of data used in this study is data secondary. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing, with SPSS data processing. The results of the study conclude that there is a significant effect of the Liquidity Ratio calculated by the current ratio on the financial performance of Angkringan Gopel during 2016-2020, there is a significant effect of the Profitability Ratio calculated by Gross Profit margin on the financial performance of Angkringan Gopel during 2016- 2020.

Abstract

Modern technology today makes people get information faster, every day always comes the latest information and new products, especially through social media. Such as the latest fashion information, household needs, and various body care. Body care is one of the needs of the community that is currently loved and sought after like Scarlett Whitening products. Through social media makes it easier for people to get product information that is searched along with product ads that can encourage buying interest. Therefore, this study was conducted to find out if there is an influence between product reviews and advertising on consumer interest in scarlett whitening products. This study is aimed at respondents who have seen or watched reviews and advertisements of scarlett whitening products with non-problability sampling methods of purposive sampling type. The research method used is a quantitative method where the analysis technique uses correlation analysis with the SPSS software assistance. From the results of this study it is known that product reviews and advertisements have a significant influence on consumer interests.

Abstract

Optimizing the function of BUMDes in Kedung Sumber village to become the main mover in efforts to improve the economy in Kedung Sumber village, knowing that BUMDes is trying to start a role with one of the programs for establishing UMK centers which aims to empower business actors in Kedung Sumber village in a center with management in the form of a cooperative with a legal entity. The analytical method used in the strategy of establishing a UMK center in Kedung Sumber village is using qualitative descriptive analysis. Data from interviews, observations, and questionnaires that have been filled out are then processed using SWOT analysis which aims to determine the factors that influence the strategy for establishing a UMK center in Kedung Sumber village. The journey of the center forward is the role of BUMDes as an institution that plays a role in efforts to improve the economy of rural communities, and also has opportunities that also affect the village of Kedung Sumber which has the potential as an independent village in improving the community's economy by empowering business actors through the establishment of UMK centers. A good strategy to use for the establishment of UMK centers is a hold and maintain strategy, namely market penetration to expand marketing networks, attract visitor arrivals, and develop product innovations. Based on the SWOT analysis, the strategy for establishing a UMK center is able to help the welfare of business actors and improve the economy of the Kedung Sumber village community.

Abstract

MSMEs are one of the main actors in the development of a country's economic sector. The resilience of MSMEs is proven by the ability to withstand the existing financial crises. However, the development of MSMEs is hampered by several internal and external problems, with one of the main problems being the low awareness of business actors about financial management. Good financial management is influenced by several factors, where the focus in this study is the financial literacy factor and financial attitude owned by MSE’s (Micro and Small Enterprises). Good financial literacy will make business people able to utilize knowledge in the field of finance in making the right decisions in improving their business performance. While a good financial attitude can improve an individual's behavior towards the money he has. So the author is interested in compiling a study entitled "The Influence of Financial Literacy and Financial Attitudes on the Performance of Umk Financial Management (Study of Micro Business Actors in The Culinary Field in Surabaya City). The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of financial literacy and financial attitudes on the performance of MSE’s financial management. This type of research is quantitative, using the "purposive sampling" sampling method, which is the determination of samples with certain considerations or criteria. The number of samples used in this study was 100 respondents. Data collection techniques use questionnaires that respondents can access through Google Form. This study shows the results that Financial Literacy and Financial Attitudes have a positive and significant effect on Financial Management Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image, price and product quality on purchasing decisions on the Erigo brand. The data used are data from the results of distributing online questionnaires to samples that match the criteria and information from reference results. This study uses the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) 24 as an analytical tool and a Likert scale. The population used is the people of Gresik Regency, East Java who have bought Erigo brand products. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. The research sample is the people of Gresik Regency, East Java who have bought Erigo brand products with 50 men and 50 women. This study uses a quantitative approach (multiple linear regression). The results showed that the Brand Image variable had a significant effect simultaneously with the Price and Product Quality variables, but partially had an insignificant effect on the Erigo product Purchase Decision variable. Meanwhile, the price and product quality variables have a positive and significant effect, either partially or simultaneously on the variable purchasing decisions for Erigo products.
