Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine customer experience and customer value on revisit intention at Sumbersono Dlanggu Mojokerto Orange Picking Agrotourism. All data used in analyzing is data obtained from observation, interviews, documentation, distribution of questionnaires and various literature concerning customer experience and customer value on revisit intention at Sumbersono Dlanggu Mojokerto Orange Picking Agrotourism. This research uses quantitative methods. The population of this research is consumers who have visited as many as 100 populations, then 80 samples were taken using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing and multiple linear analysis. The results showed that: 1) customer experience has a positive and significant effect on revisit intention on Sumbersono Dlanggu Mojokerto Picking Oranges Agrotourism, 2) customer value has a positive and significant effect on revisit intention on Sumbersono Dlanggu Mojokerto Picking Oranges Agrotourism, 3) customer experience and customer value has a positive and significant effect on revisit intention on Sumbersono Dlanggu Mojokerto Orange Picking Agrotourism

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini mengambil objek di Ahass Honda Motor PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra Ceweng Diwek Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu konsumen yang telah melakukan servis di Ahass Honda Motor PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra Ceweng Diwek Jombang sebanyak 120 populasi, kemudian diambil sampel berjumlah 30 sampel dengan teknik sampling incidental. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Ahass Honda Motor PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra Ceweng Diwek Jombang, (2) Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Ahass Honda Motor PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra Ceweng Diwek Jombang, (3) Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Ahass Honda Motor PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra Ceweng Diwek Jombang.

Abstract

The importance of managing zakat, infaq and alms funds makes the government continue the empower by issuing various laws and regulations on zakat management so that to be objectives of ZIS managemen can be optimized. But in reality, until now with many institutions that manage zakat and various provisions that have been set have not been able to reach the potential of zakat in Indonesia, this can be caused by on obstacle in managing each institution. One of the obstacles experienced by NU CARE-LAZISNU Purbalingga in managing zakat, infaq and alms funds is the lack of strategy used in collecting and distributing ZIS funds. Therefore, this study aims to find out how to manage ZIS funds and how to optimize the management of ZIS funds from a GCG perspective at NU CARE-LAZISNU Purbalingga. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, using collecting data by observation thecniques, interviews and document at NU CARE-LAZISNU Purbalingga. Data validation thecniques use source triangulation, technical triangulation and time triangulation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and conclusion/verification. The results showed that the management of ZIS funds carried out by NU CARE-LAZISNU Purbalingga is quite good but there is still a need for evaluation and improvement so that it can fulfil the UU No. 23 year 2011 and SKKNI and on optimizing the management of ZIS funds from a GCG perspective at NU CARE-LAZISNU Purbalingga is not optimal.

Abstract

Nowadays, the number of internet users in Indonesia continues to experience a significant increase. According to data, the number of internet users in Indonesia in March 2021 reached 212.35 million, which put Indonesia in third place, with the most internet users in Asia. Internet technology is also used as an e-commerce trade transaction. A survey conducted by Katadata shows that 77.4% of internet users in Indonesia access food delivery applications. This figure is the highest presentation in the world in 2021. One of the food delivery e-commerce sites that is often used by University of Muhammadiyah Gresik students is Shopeefood. There are several factors that can cause someone to decide to buy online in e-commerce, including the Covid-19 pandemic, digital marketing promotions, sales promotions, affordable prices and also the quality of service provided. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price, and promotion on purchasing decisions at Shopeefood. The population of this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Gresik. Samples were taken of 100 students who had made a purchase transaction at Shopeefood. Data was taken using a questionnaire whose measurement used a Likert scale. The data obtained were processed and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that service quality and price had a significant effect, while promotions had no effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

Analisis jabatan merupakan suatu proses dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia yang bertujuan untuk memahami secara menyeluruh tugas, tanggung jawab, kualifikasi, dan persyaratan yang terkait dengan suatu posisi pekerjaan. Dalam konteks ini, analisis jabatan sekretariat redaksi memiliki peran penting dalam memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab seorang sekretaris redaksi dalam sebuah perusahaan media atau penerbitan serta menyajikan tinjauan tentang proses analisis jabatan sekretariat redaksi, termasuk langkah-langkah yang terlibat dalam pengumpulan data dan informasi terkait posisi tersebut. Analisis jabatan sekretariat redaksi mencakup aspek uraian pekerjaan, dan spesifikasi pekerjaan. Melalui analisis jabatan sekretariat redaksi, organisasi dapat memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang peran dan tanggung jawab seorang sekretaris redaksi. Informasi yang diperoleh dari analisis jabatan ini dapat digunakan untuk menyusun deskripsi pekerjaan yang akurat, membantu dalam rekrutmen dan seleksi kandidat yang sesuai, serta memberikan dasar untuk pengembangan program pelatihan dan pengembangan karir bagi sekretaris redaksi yang ada.

Abstract

Electronic Office (E-Office) adalah suatu sistem yang berhubungan dengan administrasi secara maya memusatkan komponen-komponen sebuah organisasi dimana data, informasi dan komunikasi dibuat melalui media telekomunikasi. Aplikasi E-Office dapat membantu mempermudah proses surat menyurat karena mulai dari proses pembuatan hingga pengiriman dapat dilakukan dengan aplikasi ini. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui penggunaan aplikasi E-Office PT XXX, mengetahui kelebihan dan kekurangan pada aplikasi ini, dan mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan E-Office. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan, dapat diketahui bahwa penggunaan E-Office PT XXX cukup efektif namun masih terdapat hal yang dapat ditingkatkan agar penggunaannya dapat lebih maksimal.

Abstract

ABSTRAK. Kualitas produk dan harga memiliki peranan penting dalam mempengaruhi terhadap keputusan pembelian dalam membeli produk. Kualitas produk dan harga dalam penerapannya tidak hanya dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan, tetapi juga dalam mengamati bagaimana perilaku konsumen dan memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen melalui upaya mengamati jenis dan tipe produk yang diinginkan konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Yamaha nmax pada Yamaha JG Cibinong. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pengguna sepeda motor Yamaha Nmax Cibinong. Metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, kuisioner, dokumentasi dan observasi pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 27 dengan teknik analisis data linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa , kualitas produk bepengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Yamaha Nmax dan harga juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Yamaha Nmax, selanjutnya kualitas produk dan harga secara simultan berpengarih signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Yamaha Nmax. Kata kunci : Kualitas Produk, Harga , dan Keputusan Pembelian ABSTRACT. Product quality and price have an important role in influencing the purchasing decision in buying a product. Product quality and price in its application are not only in increasing sales volume, but also in observing consumer behavior and meeting consumer needs through efforts to observe the types and types of products consumers want. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and price on the purchase decision of a Yamaha nmax motorcycle at Yamaha JG Cibinong. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study were users of Yamaha Nmax Cibinong motorbikes. Methods of data collection by interviews, questionnaires, documentation and observation of data collection using questionnaires. Data processing uses the SPSS 27 application with multiple linear data analysis techniques. Based on the results of the study, it shows that product quality has a significant effect on the decision to purchase a Yamaha Nmax motorcycle and price also has a significant effect on the decision to purchase a Yamaha Nmax motorcycle, then product quality and price simultaneously have a significant effect on the purchase decision on a Yamaha Nmax motorcycle. Abstract

This study examines the effect of capital structure, profitability, firm size, and dividend policy on firm value. The purposive sampling method was used to take samples of secondary data on the annual reports of 13 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a research period of 2019-2022. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25. The findings in this study indicate that capital structure and firm size have no effect on firm value, while profitability and dividend policy have a significant positive effect on firm value. This research is expected to provide information and knowledge for companies about value, and also as input for potential investors in making decisions.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial motivation on the interest of entrepreneurial participants at the Depok City Cooperative and Micro Business Office. This is done to see how much the level of entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial motivation of entrepreneurial participants in Depok City. The research method used is quantitative method because it is a method used to determine the relationship or influence between two or more variables. Data collection techniques through observation, documentation, interviews and questionnaires distributed to 80 respondents using probability sampling techniques with simple random sampling. In analyzing the data, using Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test and Hypothesis Test. The results showed that the coefficient of determination was 0.806, this means that 80.6% of the contribution of the Entrepreneurship Knowledge Variable (X1) and Entrepreneurial Motivation (X2) influenced the interest of entrepreneurial participants (Y). The conclusion from the data analysis above is that there is a positive and significant influence of Entrepreneurial Knowledge and Entrepreneurial Motivation on the Interest of Entrepreneurial Participants at the Depok City Cooperative and Micro Business Office.

Abstract

Employee motivation and discipline play an important role in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of a company. An employee who has high discipline and motivation will be able to carry out his duties properly and optimally, so that the company's employee performance targets can be achieved. This study aims to examine the correlation between individual motivational factors and employee discipline on employee performance by using the SPSS version 25 program at the Immigration Office Class I Non Tpi Depok. Existing data in this study were taken using the method of documentation, observation, distribution of questionnaires or questionnaires, and interviews. This study uses a quantitative method because it focuses on measurements and samples to test variables and hypotheses. Several tests were carried out using the SPSS program, including the Validity Test, Earnings Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Union, Heteroscedasticity Test, Autocorrelation Test, Correlation Coefficient, Determination Coefficient, Multiple Linear Regression Coefficient, T Test, and F Test. The results of the tests This shows that there is a positive relationship between motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Immigration Office Class I Non TPI Depok.
