Abstract

The automotive industry is an industry that requires a long process and high manufacturing costs. improper can have fatal consequences if not planned properly will cause financial losses. Production planning using statistical tools such as statistical process control can control the right amount of production according to customer demand. Part of the statistics that makes planning for future production planned is forecasting. Precise production quantities require the specialized abilities of technicians experienced in forecasting. The approach used in forecasting uses a quantitative approach using production data, and sales data of the Gabungan Industri Kendaraan Bermotor Indonesia 2020. The use of the Moving Average method in forecasting will determine the number of production limits so that excess production can be avoided, and the automotive industry in Indonesian has many opportunities to develop its production.

Abstract

Improving the quality of green space and efforts to improve the function of the area in the academic environment must be considered as an integral part of building arrangement activities. This is because the aspects of the building and the environment are inseparable components of settlements, supporting each other in a balanced, harmonious, and harmonious manner. As a campus that applies the concept of “Green Campus”, of course, it wants the quality of its environment to be well maintained even though it has the development of facilities and infrastructure, Universitas Pahlawan must of course also fulfill these provisions. Abstract

Riau Crumb Rubber Factory (PT. RICRY) is a manufacturing company engaged in processing raw rubber into semi-finished goods. The raw materials used are Ojol and Lump which come from rubber farmers in the Riau area themselves. The products produced consist of two types based on their quality, namely SIR 10 and SIR 20 which will be reprocessed as raw materials for making tires. This product will be exported to various countries such as America, Singapore, South Korea, Australia, Japan, China and so on. This company has a production target of 20,000 tons/year. Based on data in 2014, the company's production only reached 88.33%, which was 17,666.775 tons/year. One of the causes of not achieving the production target was due to problems at the milling station, namely the Mangel/Crepper machine. The large number of raw materials that will go through the milling process causes the Mangel/Crepper machine to operate beyond its capacity. This production process takes place over a long period of time, causing damage to the main engine components such as Bearings, roll grinders, and Dynamo, resulting in Downtime in the production process. Several factors cause problems in the Mangel/Crepper machine, namely human factors, machines, methods, and raw materials. Therefore, the calculation of efficiency on the Mangel/Crepper machine was carried out using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method. It aims to increase production yields. Based on the calculation results, the average Availability Ratio value is 96.512%, the Performance Efficiency Ratio value is 94.835%, the Rate of Quality Product value is 100% and the OEE value of the Mangel/Crepper machine is 91.528%. These values ​​generally meet international standards for each variable. However, the Performance Efficiency Ratio value still does not meet the existing international standards, so it is necessary to make improvements so that the Performance Efficiency Ratio of the Mangel/Crepper machine can reach the international standard values ​​that have been set.

Abstract

Road is a very vital land transportation infrastructure and transportation route. Apart from being transportation, roads also function as a medium of socialization and accessibility for the community. Damage to the road is a big problem for some people who use the road every day. Therefore, a public complaint system is needed to the authorities in reporting the location of damaged roads, so that road repairs can be carried out quickly. The purpose of this study is to make it easier for the public to report damaged road conditions using a damaged road reporting system website that can be accessed online. The research method used in this study is the waterfall method. This waterfall method has a sequential flow of software starting from planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. The design of this system uses Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Object Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD). The programming language used is PHP Framework Yii and MySQL database. This research was conducted on a website reporting damaged roads in Kampar Regency which also provides information on roads that have been repaired in Kampar Regency and provides information related to the Kampar PUPR Service. With this system, PUPR's performance in repairing damaged roads that have been reported by the general public will be better.

Abstract

In Kampar Regency, congestion occurs at many points, both on protocol roads and village roads. In addition to the fact that Kampar Regency has a large population, the density of transportation or congestion that occurs is also caused by damage to roads. This is also a factor that causes traffic accidents on the highway. The damage to the road could not be handled quickly by the Kampar government. This is because Kampar Regency has a fairly large area, and the survey process that must be carried out is quite time-consuming and costly. Difficulties are also experienced by the community who wants to report a road damage, including because they do not know the procedure that must be done to report it. The Road Reporting System, offers a reporting mechanism, where the reporter can send his report anywhere in Kampar Regency to the Department of Highways of Kampar Regency. The purpose of this research is to make it easier for the public to report damaged road conditions using a damaged road reporting system website that can be accessed online. . Abstract

Road is a land transportation infrastructure and transportation route that is very vital at this time. Damage to the road is a big problem for some people who use the road every day. Kampar Regency during 2020 damaged roads including high, lightly damaged asphalt surface conditions 59.20 km, gravel heavily damaged along 4.00 km, and heavily damaged dirt road surface conditions along 2.80 km. Damage to roads in Kampar Regency can cause various kinds of losses, such as obstruction of road access to the destination, accidents, and damage to vehicles due to passing through bumpy and potholed roads, thereby increasing vehicle repair operational costs. Damage to roads can be overcome by making plans in a web of public complaints to the authorities in reporting the location of damaged roads. The purpose of this research is to help make it easier for the public when reporting damaged roads to PUPR by using the online damaged road reporting system by entering their name and email. The research method used in this research is the waterfall method. This waterfall method has a sequential flow of software starting from planning. The design of this system uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Object-Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD).

Abstract

At this time the application of information technology has grown rapidly, not only on website-based technology but also mobile-based technology. The use of cellular phones is increasingly widespread among the public, people as cellular phone users can use their cellular phones for various needs, including being able to complain to the government, one of which is reporting waste. Garbage can have a negative impact on health if not handled, thus a more effective way is needed to improve communication between the community and the government regarding waste reports. Therefore, a web-based waste reporting application will be made using the PHP programming language and the MYSQL database, with the methodology used in designing this system using the RUP method. The advantage in the website-based waste reporting application is that it can make it easier for the public to report waste and the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Kampar can find out the locations of the waste piles reported by the community.

Abstract

The existence of information systems in various fields of companies and other industries, making a company / industry becomes developed. Menuru (Gama, 2011), the importance of information systems provides a function of presenting information, conveying information that can be processed and accessed easily. So with the development of information technology and information systems are able to make everyone to create new businesses that can increase the income of a region in particular and the income of the country in general. The application of information systems in automotive is important because it will be very supportive in processing data, transactions, and making reports easily computerized. To increase the number of existing workshop customers, the service or support of the information system is very important to maintain the continuity of the workshop, especially to increase the amount of revenue through increasing the number of customers. Such as service facilities that come to where vehicle users are located to provide ease of use of service facilities through the creation of web-based applications.

Abstract

A boarding house is a place to provide lodging services or temporary residence consisting of several rooms, each room has several facilities offered or provided and also has a price that has been determined by the boarding house owner. Students take a long time and cost more to get information about boarding houses that they want. The problems faced by boarding house service owners are difficulties in marketing boarding house services and providing information to prospective boarding house residents regarding the availability of vacant rooms. Information systems have helped humans, one of which is website-based information technology. This research was conducted in the Tampan District, Pekanbaru City from April 25, 2021 to April 29, 2021. The population used in this study was 67 boarding houses spread across the Tampan District. The subject of this research is the owner of the boarding house. Collecting data using observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The method of testing carried out in this study is a direct test method, namely by black box testing. Based on the results obtained from a series of research processes regarding the Information System for Searching Boarding Houses in Tampan District, Web-Based. This website provides a platform for boarding house owners to promote and market their boarding houses and this website can also make it easier for people who want to book boarding rooms by registering on the website through the registration page.

Abstract

Land is one of the most valuable assets for human life. In addition to a foothold, land is also a place to earn a living, build houses and assets that can be traded with high value. In obtaining land rights, it is usually done by transferring rights through buying and selling. At this time the marketing of land that has been plotted (plots) for Kampar Regency is still using the conventional method. This conventional method is to market the plots of land by word of mouth. In accordance with current technological developments, marketing is carried out by utilizing print media and social media such as Facebook and Instagram. However, this method is still not effective. Apart from the limited range, the information displayed is mixed with other sales information. To make it easier to reach and clarify marketing information for plots of land, it can be done by utilizing information technology and internet networks. So, information can be accessed by anyone, anytime and anywhere. The creation of a website-based land plot marketing information system in Kampar Regency aims to facilitate communication between sellers and buyers to interact with each other. The purpose of this study is to facilitate communication between sellers and buyers in marketing plots of land through a website. The research method used in this research is the waterfall method. This waterfall method has a sequential flow of software starting from planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. The design of this system uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The programming language used is PHP Framework Laravel and MySQL database.
