Abstract

Counseling teacher services are a preventive effort so that students are not on the wrong path, students who have problems cannot solve their own problems, they need someone who can help in alleviating the problem. Especially in the case of broken home students in adolescents, where students are in a phase of searching for identity, and broken home students are different from other students, they have quite serious personal problems, one of which is loss of motivation to study. Based on the reality above, researchers are trying to explore the Service Counseling Guidance Teacher in Increasing Students' Learning Motivation Broken Home in Grade IX Students of SMP Negeri 1 Balongan. Thus, researchers can formulate problems that will be studied in the preparation of this research. First, how is the guidance and counseling teacher's service in increasing the learning motivation of broken home students? Second, how is the effectiveness of guidance and counseling teacher services in increasing the learning motivation of broken home students? The type of this research is field research using descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. The research technique used is data collection techniques and data analysis techniques. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are that the guidance and counseling teacher's service in increasing the learning motivation of broken home students in class IX has been going well, the service used by the counseling teacher in this case is group guidance, but in students with weak cases the motivation to study is quite serious so causing students to be reluctant to go to school, counseling teachers use home visit services. The services provided by the counseling teacher in increasing learning motivation in broken home students in class IX at SMP Negeri 1 Balongan can be said to be effective, because in the results of the interviews the students were satisfied with the services provided by the guidance and counseling teacher, as evidenced by positive responses and changes in themselves student

Abstract

This paper was created to find out the implementation and effectiveness of career guidance services at SMA Negeri 1 Loh Bener so that we can clearly see how the role of counseling teachers plays in the careers of class XII students, especially students who can't afford it. The type of this research is field research using descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. The research technique used is data collection techniques and data analysis techniques. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are 1. The career guidance service at SMA Negeri 1 Lohben consists of 5 stages as follows: a). Counseling teachers collect student data to find out whether or not students are interested in continuing their studies. B). Implementation of career counseling in which students will get questions about whether or not they are interested in continuing their studies, c). Counseling guidance teachers provide information via information boards containing lecture and job brochures, d). Counseling guidance teachers have the opportunity to enter classes to provide career information, e). Guidance and counseling teachers help students who are unable to continue their studies. 2. The effectiveness of career guidance services in increasing the interest of students who are unable to continue their studies has fulfilled the needs that students want, namely the existence of information boards, socialization of State Universities (PTN), guidance and counseling teachers who always provide services both individual and group counseling regarding careers , make students happy and get very extensive career information.

Abstract

This paper was created to describe the implementation of student character education through religious activities at SMK PGRI Jatibarang and to describe whether the implementation of school religious activities can shape the Islamic character of SMK PGRI Jatibarang students. This research was conducted using qualitative methods with case studies at SMK PGRI Jatibarang. The data collection techniques used by researchers are interviews, observation, and documentation. However, because a pandemic that is currently sweeping the world. Researchers focused more on research by using interviews with primary data sources, namely school principals and students, and secondary data sources, namely teachers and school staff. The first conclusion from this study is that character education cannot only be applied through learning but can be implemented through religious activities in schools. The second is, by using the habituation method carried out at school, SMK PGRI Jatibarang has so far been successful in carrying out the school programs that have been planned. In the implementation process, the SMK PGRI Jatibarang school always provides support to its students, so that the implementation of Islamic character education through habituation can go according to plan.

Abstract

This paper was written to find out the increase in student achievement in applying the demonstration learning method to PAI subjects in class XI at Indramayu National Vocational School and to find out the constraints and effectiveness of applying the demonstration learning method to PAI class XI subjects at Indramayu National Vocational School. The method used in this study is a qualitative method using a type of field research with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The sample in this study were students of class XI at SMK Nasional Indramayu. The conclusion of this study is that the application of demonstration learning methods has a positive effect on improving student achievement as indicated by an increase in the value of student learning outcomes in the subject matter being demonstrated. There are several supporting factors in the application of this demonstration learning method that make this learning method effective in increasing learning achievement, namely the factor of the teaching staff, and the factor of the condition of the school. As for the obstacles, namely coming from within the students themselves, namely the interests and attention of students as well as school facilities and infrastructure that support the learning process.

Abstract

The objectives to be obtained from this research are: Want to know the effect of applying the recitation method in increasing student learning enthusiasm in fiqh subjects at mts Darul Falah Bongas Indramayu, want to know the obstacles faced in applying the recitation method (assignment assignments) in subject areas Jurisprudence study at Mts Darul Falah Bongas Indramayu, wanted to find out how effective the application of the recitation method (assignment assignments) was in increasing student enthusiasm for the subject of Fiqh study at MTs Darul Falah Bongas Indramayu. This type of research is field research that uses a descriptive qualitative method approach which uses the results obtained using the data collection method using the interview and documentation methods obtained when the researcher conducts research in class, and to obtain the results of the data needed the researcher conducts interviews and takes documentation. from students and teachers there. There is also a conclusion from this research that this method is very interesting where teachers and students not only do assignments in class but can be done anywhere, and children are quite enthusiastic about this method in their class when it is implemented.
